Avoid that place at all cost , staff aggressive , not friendly at all , A friend of mine vietnamese came to visit me at the hotel ,they block him at the entrance .. I try to get another Bedroom than the one booked online , no option , and they had available room .. And if you rent motobike be carefull to park your bike when it must be , or the security scream at you , welll for 3 Star hotel , i can say .. poor service .. And of course no refund if you want leave early .. All the best

We took the deluxe suite with half board for 6 nights. The room was spacious and modern but a bit sparse and lacking in character. The beds were confirmation we had all that you would expect (air con, modern shower, good tv and hairdryer). The private access to the beach is nice with comfortable sun loungers and beach towels are provided. The only downside is the half board option which we would not take again. When booking online, it seemed good value to take a half board option so we would have both breakfast and dinner included but on arrival we were given vouchers what were 350,000 dong each. When we got to the restaurant, we were surprised at how expensive the meals are and how little we could get for the value of the voucher. For some dishes the voucher was not enough for both me and my husband to get a main and a drink. When we queried this with reception, we found the receptionist to be blasé and unhelpful. She laughed us off and eventually said she would speak with the manager who wasn’t interested in our problem. Overall, it’s a nice enough resort and the food we did eat was of good quality, just bad value. We would stay again, but we would avoid half board as you can get such good value in town.

Beware! While we were gone someone from the hotel came in, opened our safe in the room with the master key and took all the cash. Shocked we went to inform the hotel management. They refused to help us in any way. Not even to file a police report, which is impossible for a non-Vietnamese speaker in a town like Mui Ne. Just beware, there are people working for the hotel who are just crooks. And the management supports it.

Smelly very old hotel. Staff are not friendly. Always ready to fighting. A lot of terrible noisy Russian tourist. For this price better to choose something another. Not recommended. From the positive there is its own access to the sea and is located in the tourist center. There is access to restaurants. Although the prices in the restaurants are higher than in the other part of the bay.
