We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the service from everyone was amazing from front staff,.to dining to security guards and the Gardner's. I unfortunately fractured my foot before we arrived and when I asked to be on a bottom level room they accommodated me. When my husband asked about a knee scooter or wheelchair, they contacted a place and brought to me a chair and took it back when we were done. I just can't say enough about the people working there. The only gripe I had are that the beds are a little hard. Other then that, absolutely beautiful!!

Beautiful simple hotel with lovely gardens and swimming pool. Breakfast was brilliant. As a kitesurfer having the compressor on the beach to blow up your kites every day was fantastic as well as the services of paba Kitesurf school to help you launch and land your kite. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bao Quynh for 12 days from the end of November till beginning of December 2013. It was the cheapest first line hotel available in the centre of Mui Ne, and it had the best reviews too, so I decided to try it out and hoped for the best. To our delight the hotel exceeded our expectations.

What we liked most was the service and the hotel staff. We really felt appreciated and welcome! I suppose, due to low amount of rooms here every customer becomes valuable. We first experienced it even before our trip began. When we inquired about available rooms directly to the hotel's email, a hotel manager instantly sent to us room availability data for flexible days and offered a 5% discount if we stay 13 days or longer, without any need of prepayment. And this was done in pretty good English too. By the way, English proficiency of the chief manager (Mrs.Thoung was her name, if my memory serves me right) was very decent compared to a lot of other places on the coast. I can say that for sure because we bothered the manager a lot with our requests, and she dealt with them just perfectly. She contacted for us a guy from a rental station where we rented a scooter to tell him when to bring/pick up the rented scooter. She printed out for us SinthTourist but tickets to HoChiMinth. Then on our last day in Mui Ne she on her own called the bus company to check if the bus was on its way. When we paid for our stay, we had 12 nights instead of initially ordered 13 because we decided to stay 1 day in Saigon, but the lady still kindly gave us a discount. Finally, she wrapped us 2 big green mangoes from the mango trees in the garden, which we enjoyed back in Moscow as soon as they ripened up. This was the kindest service I've ever experienced.

Another important thing to mention is the guests of this hotel. My guess is that the hotel doesn't work with big tour operators, so the people who stay here are more self-dependand and well-behaved. In other words, there are no drunk tourists there, people are quite and friendly, and greet each other on breakfast, even if they are from another country. Being a Russian, I frenquently feel ashamed for my countrypeople on holiday resorts. But the Russians we saw in Bau Quynh didn't bother us. In addition, there are people from other countries in this hotel and at breakfast I didn't feel like I hadn't left Moscow at all.

We stayed in a standard double room for we had no intention of staying in a lot and paying more for higher room types. The room was small, the bed occupied most of the space. It didn't matter to us for the reason mentioned above. In the rooms there was a standard set of furniture and appliances: a bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, a nightstand, a chair or two, a tv on the wall, an air-conditioner, a free safe, and a hair-dryer in the bathroom, free wifi. We had no complaints to the rooms, though we would have gladly tried to live for a day or two in the beach front bungalow if it had been available, just to hear the sound of waves when you fall asleep.

The breakfast buffet was great! Perhaps not as luxurious as in a big 4 or 5 star hotels, but there's always a variety of delicious food with a few new dishes every day that will keep you plate full. I had been to a bigger 4 star hotel in Mui Ne earlier and the breakfast had been quite the same there, maybe except the fact that in Bao Quinth they didn't serve jackfruit, but you can buy them yourselves. In fact, every morning I woke up looking forward to the nice breakfast expecting me just a few steps awa from my room. If you happen to be there, you must try out the pancake rolls with cream or fruit filling! They are divine!

The territory, despite being small, has its own peculiar air. The garden seems to be really well-kept. It's not just coconut trees all aorund: You can see a mango and a papaya tree here and there, some lotuses and water lillies, and enjoy exotic birds chirping all day long. There's also a swimming pool if you feel that the waves are too much for you.

The beach is small but there were almost always enough chez-longues for us. By the way, if you feel like kiting and aren't equipped or educated for it, on the beach to the right there's a good kite-station. The instructors are local guys and they don't charge as much as some perfec English or Russian speaking foreigners from other stations.

As to the drawbacks, I honestly cannot remember any taking into account how much we paid for our stay. You shouldn't expect to find a big territory, spaceous recently furnished rooms or suerspeed wifi all other the place here. No excesses, but everything we required was there.

To sum it up, we were happy with our hotel choise. It is a great option for those who travel on their own and are looking for a quite place in the center of Mui Ne.

Now at the hotel, it's been a week. Booked the hotel on reviews, they're almost maximum, didn't understand why. We started off by signing a list of tickets for violations. The hotel only pulls on its three stars, although the cost is at level 4. The room is extremely small (forgotten when they lived in such), in the shower one can with do not understand what (no standard sets), had to buy shampoo, there are only mugs (no dishes), in the room lives a gecko (how to throw out we do not know, the bastard himself does not come out). The pool closes at 7pm until 7.15am, ties the entrance with a rope, there are no pool towels, no iron anywhere, not even at reception. The area is small, one path to the sea, decorated creatively. The room forgot to put a blanket on the second bed, the TV doesn't work, the freezer in the fridge can't handle the ice cream melting. On the first day he sat on a deckchair he broke, the handle to his room broke off. Small mosquitoes are eaten in the evening. The key is one, for a triple room. From the pros: the sea, the landscaping of the trail, normal beach access, creative decoration, accommodation in the center, was a compliment in the form of coconuts on the pool. Hotel for 3 stars, price for 4+. Came from Nha Trang, where they rented a hotel 3 times cheaper, we are in shock. Why such reviews, the hotel is half empty, quiet, for families with small children. It's overpriced. Breakfast is extremely modest, Vietnam was better everywhere, with two families trying to change hotels for food. The postmen who were already here said it had gone bad. There's no way to refuse breakfast, you won't be hungry, but there's nothing to choose from. The quality price ratio is average. Nice three with high reviews

A affordable and nice Resort at far below half the price of nearby Resort. Good value for money. Cleanliness was good. Good and easy breakfast that was included.
We stayed here for a week and ate lunch every day. Suitable selection to choose from for a reasonable money both when it came to food, drinks and other drinks. We were positively surprised after being at another more luxurious facility at the forefront. If one should note something it is that it is limited with beach beds. Many were out early to lay a towel to occupy a bed and then come when half the day has passed. Otherwise it took some time to get serving in the restaurant.

Staying here currently for 3 nights. Where do I start?? We are in the beach front bungalow which is lovely location right on beach. Bungalow is nice however that’s where it stops! We are paying AUD$150 per night and would expect to get basic items in a place that charged this much. There was no soap in soap dispenser, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, no toiletries that you usually get at all hotels. Beach towels were just small bath towel, no glasses just small coffee mug, they only supply 2 miniature bottles of water, when they didn’t restock we called reception and they said we only get 1 bottle each for the 3 says staying???? WTF?? So we used one of their bottles of water which was AU$6!!! The breakfast is pretty bad! They didn’t have glasses for juice, when we asked for a glass they refused to give? They said they don’t give glasses at breakfast just small coffee cup??? We asked for wine glasses and that was an issue as well???? No robes, no tissues, bed linen looks 20 years old! Only 1 pillow each so had to ask for another. Tv was completely untuned so had to try and work our ourselves and it is in Vietnamese so took forever. There are much nicer places close by that are half the price so would not recommend this place at all for the price you pay. We were thinking of extending our stay by 2 nights but decided that was not a good idea.

We had stay for 2 days 1 night only. As last minute booking we don't expect high it was a luxury hotel but once we experience their services were much more high then ours expectation.
Room was big enough with 2double bed n 1single bed for three people, super clean n neat room. Besides that, in room also provides that umbrella for 3, laundry bed, extra blanket and so on. The only a little improvement they need was the air-conditioner not really cool enough.
Room was including breakfast for 3, I love their buffet breakfast had a lot of choices, not only western u can also enjoy for local Vietnamese food.
Really thanks for the good service of the all the hotel staff and the security uncle that keep help us for assisting our luggage.
Especially we want to thanks to the receptionist Ms. Trinh for her helpful assistance n she always serve guest with friendly smile.
Thank to let us having a wonderful stay at Mui Ne.

My mom and Aunt and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We were there in Sept of 2014 and it was not overly crowded. The pool was great to cool off in and relax. The bungalow we had was simple and clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. I came down with a bad bought of a stomach issue and the cook made me a plain chao insisting that anything else would make it worse. It was very kind and generous they even had it brought to my room. I could not believe the the service! They even had some anti diarrhea pills they brought! Lol too much info I know but I just can't stress how nice they all were.

The beach is really nice at the bungalow and the morning breakfast was good as well. The location is great within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. I would totally stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We stayed for 4 nights in a standard room. The room is well appointed and well above average for a "standard room". It was quiet and impeccably kept. The daily room service was the best I have witnessed with immense attention to detail.
The staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. We stupidly lost our room key, they promptly issued us another and at checkout only charged us half the cost ( $7). We also left a hat behind, not worth anything just sentimental value. We contact them about it and they promptly delivered it to our next destination ( Nha Trang) the next day, for NO charge. The staff are that good.
The gardens and pool are immaculately kept.
The breakfast is varied each day.
The location is great and the standard rooms are great value.
