I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Tourane hotel. We had a Ocean Deluxe Premiere Room which was a corner room that overlooked the ocean. This room in the states would easily be around $200-300. The room had amazing views of the ocean and beach. The room itself was very spacious and large. After traveling in Vietnam for a couple weeks, it was nice to have a large spacious room where you didn't feel crammed. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch but the food was just average. They have a lot of tourists so they make the food in large quantities and I found that some foods became stale or cold as they just sat there too long. The staff working there were fabulous and always so attentive and nice. We tried to check in earlier, 12-1pm but was told that we had to wait until 2pm for our room to be ready. It wasn't really an issue as it allowed us to walk out and check out the area. Location was prime as it was right across the street from the beach. Across the street and around the corner there are some seafood restaurants but are pretty overpriced for Vietnam prices. If you hang to the right as you leave the hotel and go down to the next main street, there are many local and tourist restaurants that are decently priced. I would definitely stay here once again.

Super friendly and attentive staff, genuinely caring about giving good service. Whether at reception/concierge, pool, outside assistants, , dining hall, or the taxi drivers - always available at the hotel exit.
The enormous My Khe beach is just across the street, where you can rent solid beach bed under shadow parasol at almost no cost. Life guards on duty. The wide path running between the beach and the road perfect for jogging or evening/night stroll.
The hotel offers more than we could try out during 5-days stay: Spacious rooms, the 52 sqm option was just as pictured. Generous pool that we had virtually to ourselves the day we used it. Separate “kids pool”. Free towel service. Fair equipped fitness room next to the pool.
Special mention: The in-room air condition is among the best I’ve experienced in 20 years if traveling around the world. Instant flow of cooler air when adjusting the thermostat, and silent operation.. A relief versus countless annoyingly noisy ACs in other hotels..
Leaving Da Nang and the Grand Tourane hotel after 5 great days. Will be back.

Big 4 star hotel right on the beach. Huge rooms with modern amenities. I staid on the 17 th floor with great views of the city, but no balcony access. Bathrooms are very modern with glass showers, and Amazon rain shower head, no bathtub. King Bed was very comfortable and all the interior was newer. Huge continental breakfast 6:30 to 10 am. You can custom order any egg or pick from about 30 other prepared dishes. The staff in the buffet was super friendly. A special thank you to Pham Thi Thuy and Bui Thi Thanh for their extra attention and hospitality at breakfast time.

Definitely not 5 star,I am thankfully checking out today after a two day stay. This is definitely not a 5 star ,the heat for a start is intense they have no a/c in the corridors or foyer. The breakfast room was chaotic and if there was a/c it definitely wasn’t adequate. Breakfast is poor without even orange juice ,we left due to the chaos,heat and lack of choice. The restaurant is a joke ,the waitress ran her finger down one whole side of the drinks menu to tell us that they weren’t available -no mocktails ,cocktails,spirits or Coke Zero etc so I enjoyed a glass of water with my dry noodles. The sky bar on the 21st floor, advertised on their website isn’t open ,hasn’t been opens in years nor are there plans for it to open but they are still happily advertising it. Their bar downstairs sells gin but no tonic ,seriously if a guest asks in two separate bars for a gin and tonic would it not make economic sense to maybe get a few bottles of tonic from the supermarket and charge the usual five times the price !! As for the laundry -avoid we got five items of clothing that weren’t ours back in our laundry and I gave up trying to find out if we paid for them. Very disappointing stay.

The room was set up beautifully. We were thoroughly impressed with the details and thoughtfulness of the staff who worked on our room preparation. Recetionists Thuy and Ngan were exceptional. Our experience was vastly enhanced with the assistance of the awesome staff of one of the most beautiful hotels in one the best locations in Da Nang. Total reccomendation from me for sure!

We had a fantastic week here at the Grand Tourane hotel. They were super kind and they offered a free upgrade to a room with an 180 degrees view of the beach and coastline.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of Western and Asian food, staff was really professional and kind. We were welcomed every morning by amazing Thu and that was a great way to start the day.
Pool is fantastic too, despite the weather was a bit too cold during our stay we enjoyed the crystal clear water for a couple of swims.
Reception, conciergie and tour staff were also alway helpful and we want to send a big hug to lovely Joy (tour manager) and we really hope to see her again soon.
Room was always super clean and we were treated every day with a selection of fresh fruit. TV with many internation channels for news and movies. Overall a must stay place in Da Nang!

We stayed at the Grand Tourane for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. The staff were great and they spoilt us with fruit, a cake and card, and decorated the bed with rose petals and 2 towels shaped like swans in a heart shape. The pool was great, although not always attended, but it didn't take long to find staff. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice especially for asian dishes. It was unfortunate that the rooftop bar was still closed post Covid, as we would have visited that and therefore went to other rooftop bars, like the Brilliant Rooftop bar in town. My Khe Beach opposite the hotel was amazing and great facitilites as you could rent a sun bed and locker and drinks weren't expensive. The beach bars were quite good although it seemed to be hard to get chicken! It was a bit hectic crossing the road with all the motorbikes and scooters but not nearly as bad as Ho Chi Minh! We really liked Esco beach bar restaurant and East West Brewing for evening drinks and dinner. Thank you again to the staff at Grand Tourane for a great staycation.

The hotel is very well equipped and nice. Location is excellent mainly because of the proximity to the beach.. Only problem we had was, two small bottles of water were not enough for us and the staff refused to provide extra water without extra charge. We could not avail the complimentary tea vouchers as we were out sightseeing during the time.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and responsive. Miss Linh of the reception staff was able to help us check into our rooms early and gave great advice on must visit landmarks and other must visit places. The location is also great as it is close to the beach and city centre. All in all it’s a great stay, would 100% recommend.

The spa was incredibly relaxing for the price, the people here are so attentive and sweet. You also get complimentary homemade cookies and tea! I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying at the Grand Tourane. The massage for an hour after traveling is much much needed

I am so sorry to inform that we do not have the twin-beds room with ocean view and bath tub. For the ocean view with bath tub, we only have king-size and queen-size beds.
Of course, you can reserve 1 double room and 1 twin bed room with ocean view, but please be informed that the twin bed room do not have the bath tub.
We also have City Family room with 1 twin bed room and 1 double bed room with connecting door. Both rooms do not have bath tub.
