- The appearance of the hotel is very dilapidated. In order to save electricity, the lights in the corridors of the hotel are completely turned off. Only when you get out of the elevators then only turn on the dim lights in the corridors. How terrifying are the dark corridors! -Don't be deceived by his large floor-to-ceiling windows, there is a layer of stickers, so you can't see the scenery clearly! - The hotel staff disturb the customers at night. When friends came to gather (just small talk in the room), the hotel staff kept calling to disturb us, and even came to the room door to chase people away in a very impolite manner? We stayed as a group of 4 couples at this amazing hotel for 5 days. Everything was perfect from start to finish, Service is excellent and very accommodating, friendly staff especially Ricky at the roof top pool. The views are spectacular. This hotel has an impeccable breakfast. It was a real treat on our holiday and well and truly worth the indulgence. We had 2 complimentary spa treatments including free sauna and spa/pool access. Highly recommend Fusion Suites Vung Tau.

My family came to Da Nang and chose this hotel for our trip in March on 2021 . We was so surprise because of helpful from Front office staff. My family and I stayed here last week as I was ony way back from a business trip on Hanoi. It is not the first time we have stayed there and once again we were super satisfied with our stay. Just a great place to relax get a good night sleep and not forgetting the Excellent breakfast "gotta try the Egg benedict" Thank you Fusion Suites, we will be back.

We were lucky to stay in the Penthouse with our family of four. The apartment is arranged nicely. Great views and all the comfort you need. The full fledged living room and kitchen are nice and make it tempting to stay in and make use of the extensive room service menu. The very comfortable beds and high quality bedding are definitely worth mentioning. We all had a very good sleep. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good. The pool and beach are at your doorstep, adding to the Da Nang experience. Highly recommendable.

Everything is good, from location, room and breakfast. The room is excellent, so clean. I have no much time to enjoy lunch and dinner here, but I will on next trip. The most important thing is that the hotel made me feel that I was a VIP and of course all of guest will feel it also. I believe that I will come back soon.

Hotel services were excellent. All services were developed really from customer's point of view. Most rooms has a spectacular view to sea. Beach is not very crowded. Nice daily massage was included in room price.

I am currently staying at this hotel in an Ocean Suite. The room in itself is fabulous and has everything you need. It’s like a mini apartment with kitchenette etc. Separate room with bunk beds for families or a dressing room if you are a couple like us. Unfortunately my husband became unwell and is currently in ICU in hospital here. In a difficult situation and being a long way from home, the staff here have been absolutely outstanding. Their care and service has gone above and beyond. Food parcels prepared daily to be taken to the hospital when I leave. Even a simple phone call to my room upon my return to see how my husband is and offer further assistance with anything I need. This hotel is absolutely outstanding when it comes to customer service as well as the facilities, rooms and food. The view is also amazing! I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many top hotels - but nothing compares to the level of service I have received here. Absolutely amazing! To the team here at Fusion Suites - you are amazing and everyone one of you is beyond brilliant at your job. Keep up the amazing work! If you are in Da Nang - stay here! Well....our two week vacation is sadly coming to an end, we’ve had a fabulous time at the ‘ Fusion Suites hotel. The staff are excellent, your met when you arrive with > smiling attentive bell boys, > first class one to one service at reception > accompanied to your room shown around the room > breakfast is fantastic ( just ask if you require anything extra) all the staff are more than happy to help......with a smile. > foot massages are a dream...and do help you to relax ( I had one most days ) > pool are extremely clean and pool lads are so courteous and helpful. All the staff are very knowledgable and will try to help in all circumstances, if they don’t know they’ll find out for you. > we had a sea view suit it was excellent > the suit had everything you could require..complementary dressing gown, flip flop,hairdryer, etc the suit was very very spacious. Yes there is building works going on around....but it did not affect us. We made some very nice friends at the hotel I could be specific and name them, but that would not be fair on the rest........there all excellent and a credit to Fusion Suites, you can have any hotel but the staff make it.
