It’s the exploration of a new destination to Danang. It was quite a nice stay in this resort. >> Location (4): The resort is between the Danang city center and Hoi An. There are no shops and sightseeing spots around so you need calling Grab when visiting most of the time. >> Environment (4): We stay in an apartment which faces towards the sea. The room is nice and cool (in terms of the air con which I like it). However, it’s a swimming pool downstairs so I was waken up by noisy kids every morning. And, the privacy for those tenants staying in the huts or villas was low as we could see almost everything when we passed by. >> Service (2): A lot to say about services… The ambassador Kin upon our arrival and the waiters for our first dinner at Hay Hay were nice. However, the servicing efficiency at the breakfast and in-room dining was slow. The in-room dining was late for about 40 minutes (I was concerned as we would have day tour afterwards). Also, the staff did not stop inappropriate acts at the pool, such as allowing kids to open umbrellas and play inside the swimming pool, and they failed to stop yelling moms at the pool side who caused nuisance. And, whenever the carts passed by, they did not pause and let tenants to walk first. Oh, one more thing, there was an in-room dining button on the house phone but no one answered. I then called to the operator but she told me to press extension to the restaurant by myself without transferring the line. (Am I expecting too much? I doubt myself…) >> Cleanliness (5): The cleaning team (a few of them) worked at the same time and they did a real good job. We are messy eaters but they kept the room very tidy and clean every morning. >> Food (4): I really like the Pho Bo and the avocado smoothie which I had at Hay Hay on the first night. But then the quality varied every time when I re-ordered. And the iced Vietnamese coffee too! Anyway these are just small matters which I don’t deduct points. But one point deducted as there was no Banh Mi (only club sandwich was available). How could this famous food be missed out of the menu? >> Facilities (4): Wonderful pools and beach side facilities. But a few things for improvement: the shower gel and shampoo bottles were not easy for pumping; malfunctioning security door chain which almost locked us up before checking out; some ice buckets were leaking. And more directional signs in the aisles are essential. Lastly, by the last 10 minutes before checking out, we were at the lift lobby which was just a few steps away from the door. We went back for a sip of water but found a staff sneaked in, claiming that he was doing some “inspections” and he left all of a sudden with a pale face. Fortunately we left nothing there and we didn’t lose anything throughout the journey but we felt a bit awkward and suspicious. He would have a few hours’ time to check after 10 minutes, wouldn’t he? Anyway I enjoyed the moments in this resort. Still a 4-star comments after all.…

I stayed for 4 days in here. The breakfast was so good and they have a korean food(ttoek-bokki), so I really enjoyed it:) (Especially, pho was really good👍) The room condition was really clean and good. Swimming pool was beatiful so it was good for enjoying view with swimming! When I check-in, they arranged a staff for me at kakao-talk. I think it is really good idea cuz I can talk to staff whenever i want. Especially, Min was the arranged staff for me and she was really kind and friendly. She care us all days we stayed there. Thanks to her, I got best memories at Naman and danang! I will higly recommend here to my friends and family when I get back to korea.

Very accommodating and kind staff. Especially Miss Lily from check-in lobby. She helped me a lot within my stay at Naman. Thank you very much! I stayed at Naman Retreat for a week! Very clean and spacious rooms with spacious and comfortable beds. Also the balcony is very nice, just relaxing, looking at the sea while drinking a bottle of beer. It was perfect! 👌🏼I’m definitely going back to Naman Retreat, if ever I’m going back to Vietnam. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

We stayed in Naman for 3 nights. Overall dining and stay experience was fantastic no matter the hotel room, the atmosphere and the location of the resort. It was my second visit with my husband to Naman and never disappoints. Breakfast buffet are served with wide variety of food. Rose was my butler who was helpful, attentive and responsive, had taken well care of us throughout the stay, making recommendations on massage and places to go. There was an incident that we lost our property on grab, apart from Rose I would like to send special thanks to Ann who communicated with grab driver promptly so that I could get my property back the next day morning. Weather was much better than expected. Can’t wait for my third visit to Naman, loves Danang and Naman!

Just an amazing experience; we were very well cared for, and the staff does such a wonderful job of making sure your every need is met. Special thanks to Jenny, our dedicated on-site ambassador, who helped us book all the amenities and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. The environment and architecture is incredible; they’ve really created an oasis here, and the landscaping staff do an incredible work keeping it pristine.

We really enjoyed staying at Naman Retreat and we want to come back to this place! Ginny made the experience extra memorable. She made herself readily available for any assistance (even on her day-off, we could contact her) we need while staying at the resort ex. early check-in, booking for spa, preparing floating tray, arranging and confirming specific time for the shuttle to the airport on our day of deparuture, preparing breakfast boxes for two. Ginny was very thoughtful and made us feel very special! Becasue of the wonderful serive Ginny provided we definitely want to come back to this place.

The resort is beautiful with an exceptional staff. We stayed at the Premier Three Bedroom Pool Villa and it was a lot of room for our family of 6. Each of the rooms being separate from the living room area can be a bit uncomfortable for families with children but it can provide privacy for multiple families traveling together. Airport pick up which was complimentary with our room was very comfortable and the resort also provides a free bus shuttle to Hoi An. Lucy at the front desk assisted us throughout our stay and she was absolutely amazing! She texted us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and she greeted us every morning at breakfast. She seemed to sincerely care for the guests. Everyone is absolutely amazing! The service, the food, the facilities are phenomenal. Make sure you get Lily the ambassador to take care of you, she is a gem! Nhi the B-lounge waitress knows the best of the menu and will help you choose and make your food an absolute treat! I highly recommend a week here! Shuttle bus daily to Honai for food and shopping!

I was satisfied with the clean and pretty room, the water play that I could enjoy in private at any time, and the Naman retreat that always prepared delicious meals. Although it is slightly away from the center of Da Nang, there was no inconvenience at all to call Grab to move, and I think it was a condition where I could rest quietly and comfortably. And "KIN", which was as good as the resort Her kindness and pretty smile were the best enough to make me visit this place again on my next trip to Da Nang. It was such a good time that I didn't want to leave Da Nang! I'd like to visit again with my family soon. This is a beautiful resort. The view is breathtaking. We stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious, comfortable and stunning. We greatly enjoyed our own personal pool in the patio. The staff were also gracious and generous with their kindness. The staff at the spa were so kind and skilled. Thank you. The restaurants are also beautifully designed with such amazing staff. While the gift shop was also very lovely, I didn’t not enjoy the awkward conversation I had with the receptionist who asked if I was afraid to get dark while in the sun. I could have done without that conversation but greatly enjoyed every other part of our stay.
