The hotel is nice situated near the beach it is its own private piece of beach check-in is quite slow at this hotel when I arrived to wait quite a while not all the staff speak English the room itself was nice smile not really sure it was worth the price I paid but there are other hotels on the strip of beach there is half the price and just as nice there is also still a lot of work going on there building work at the hotel which made it quite noisy a lot of the facilities stated ant actually available. I’m a frequent visitor to Da nang and the building work seems to have stalled nothing seems to be really happening at the hotel the food in the hotel is very average had room service a couple times wasn’t great. Staff are friendly but there is a major lack of staff that speak English. Best thing about hotel is the beach which has its own bar on the beach.…
During our staying of 3 weeks in Da Nang we went every day on the beach side of the hotel. The location is better than any other similar beach side along the coast line of the city. Definitely more expensive, however not up to the standard of a luxury location in view of the following shortcomings: A-The unacceptable strong noise of drums coming from the kiosk used for cooking. B-The beautiful sand across umbrellas and beach loungers not cleaned every day, as full of objects as plastic and cigarette buts. C- People coming to seat on the shadow of the paid umbrellas within one meter of the loungers. All the above shortcomings occure in spite of many attendants prompt to charge services, but not to care for the wellness of the guests.
I got the room with a view of the beach and I loved it! My bed gets turned down and I got cookies every night. Nice design of the sink and faucet. The bath tub is in the open but it's no big deal. There are separate toilet and shower rooms. All the hotel staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming and give great service. Shout out to Thao who even brought me to my room together with the bell boy. The hotel is right across the beach and has free lounge chairs for its guests. It also has free daily shuttle to Hoi An which was a big plus. I also got 20% off coupon to the hotel spa. Breakfast was decent (vs the spread in 5-star hotels) and I love trying the different Vietnamese cuisine they serve every morning. The staff here are very attentive, taking away your plates as soon as you're done, helping with your napkin, etc. I also ordered room service for dinner and prices are cheaper than in some restaurants. There are lots of places to eat in the area too. The only downside is the small pool at the rooftop. There's a big pool at the ground floor but it's currently under repair. Due to the season and big waves, swimming isn't allowed at the beach so swimming is out during this visit. …
Beach chairs ate the same price as other venues but here you get great wc facilities, not porta potties. good food and service at the beach side bar. great place to spend your days in Danang. by far the best place on the beach to hang out.
We stayed there for two nights before we had to changed hotels due to rooms being fully booked. The service we received in Holiday Beach was impeccable, staff were very well trained and service oriented, friendly and always greeting us with a smile and attending to our requests very promptly. This was seen throughout the hotel, whether at the front desk, the pool side, lobby or restaurant. The ocean view room was magnificent, great panoramic view of the South China Sea and the beach. Water pressure from the rainshower was extremely strong. Room was very clean, new and modern. The location of the hotel has to be its greatest point, just cross the road and you are at the beach, one minute to walk. 24 hour convenience stores were about 300 metres away, and a lot of good food options within walking distance, both local and international fares. All in all a wonderful and memorable stay, would love to have stayed longer and would return on our next trip to Da Nang. Keep up the good work!…
My wife thought Holiday hotel owned a private beach in Da Nang based on Agoda/booking.com pictures, but it did not. I walked around and found that the upper floors were under maintenance. It did not mention anything on Agoda/booking.com. However, we were satisfied with the service and the room. We came to Da Nang during the rainy season, so everything was windy and cloudy. I guess I would come back another time for the different experience.
Was at holiday beach Danang for a weekend getaway and it was located in a really convenience hood with plenty of quaint eateries and cafes within walking distance. The beach was amazing and our beach view room allowed us an expansive view of the beach. The service of the staff was also excellent, especially the reception and guest relations. The reception team also noticed that there was a birthday celebrations in our group and had a cake delivered to our room. Overall a wonderful stay!
It’s a beautiful place to stay while in Da Nang City. The hotel location and views at the balcony is really satisfying along all beach and all the restaurant around is absolutely beautiful. The people working at this hotel are hospitable and welcome you at their best. It’s a nice place to stay though there are some items I would like to mention. The rooms are fairly good size but I am more concerned on the way the toilet has been designed as it is open that connects the room. It has bathtubs but again it’s connected to the room there’s no partition all along. It seems not normal to me. Other thing is upon arriving at the hotel though they assisted in getting my luggage to enter the hotel, there’s no ramp to where you could push or pull your luggage. As much as I appreciate the hotel assistance and help, I’m not use to have somebody carrying my luggage for me so this is something I need for them to create as this can be use also for the PWD people who needs access. One final minor comment is there’s no trash can in the room. I don’t understand why. Anyway, overall I enjoyed in staying in this hotel. …
The hotel is very nice - impressive lobby. We stayed in a Studio room on the 10th floor with a sea view. Our room was large and bright and well equipped. Bathroom was nice with a bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Beds were very comfy, Breakfast was really nice too. The subway to the beach is very useful as the hotel is located on a very busy road. The beach is beautiful and big with views of Lady Buddha. You do get traffic noise on the beach though. Make sure you tell the staff you are staying at the hotel and you will get free sunbeds and towels. The hotel is also being extended and there is a lot of construction work going on, but this seems to be everywhere in Da Nang. However we didn't hear any noise in our room from the building work or the road so this did not spoil our stay - it was fine. You do however hear VERY loud music from an unrelated beach bar across the road which goes on until 11.30pm every night. This was slightly annoying when we wanted to sleep before an early flight. Staff are very helpful and polite and can't do enough to help. I would recommend this hotel.…
Me and friend stayed in a twin room, which was big enough for the both of us, and we loved the fact there was a separate toilet to the shower and sink. They gave homemade biscuits twice a day to our room which served as a nice snack. Just by the beach and the staff were all super friendly.
