I’ve stayed here twice. 12th floor room with a terrific view. Rooms are clean. All amenities in working order. Close to the river walk and good restaurants. Nice business hotel. Breakfast provided several options

The Petro Hotel is located within walking distance of City hall and the Han River walkway, however it is getting a bit threadbare. The carpets are dirty and the breakfast is lackluster. The AC works and there are good views from the rooms at a reasonable price.

On a business trip, we arrived in the late evening in Da Nang, and with a very early morning flight to catch to HCMC, breakfast had to be skipped. The hotel is a 3-star affair and with basic amenities. Spa for massage is on the 3rd floor. Cant comment on the F&B as there was no chance to have breakfast. The room is of a fair size and with a king bed. Wifi was free and pretty fast. The hotel is closed to the dragon bridge. Would love to visit this city again as a tourist in future. The only staff interaction we had were with the front desk staff, they spoke (very) basic English and were courteous nevertheless.

Hotel is very near the Han River. Quite a centralised location yet not in a noisy area. Staff is very polite. Room is clean. Housekeeping is friendly. Gave me free extension for check out. I think this is one of the better hotels in Danang at this price range. Value for money!

This is a clean comfortable hotel, near to the museum which is worth a visit and the river which offers a lovely stroll to the Dragon Bridge. Great substantial buffet breakfast, staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel is located near to Han river within walking distance. We have checked in late and the counter reception is very polite and do a quick checked in for us. The room was clean and tidy, but interior looked a bit old. Shower have to turn on for around 2 mins before the hot water come in. Air con is working great and a lot of satellite channels available for watching. The breakfast is normal and not much of a selection with mostly vietnamese food, the pho especially is salty, lucky it just a small bowl. The reception understand simple English, recommended to go if you are on budget.

This fairly new hotel has spacious and well furnished rooms with fabulous views especially at night. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable as is the central air conditioning and the bathroom clean but staff are scarce. Management need motivation I think as the white walls in our room were dirty which could easily be cleaned in 10 mins with soap and water. The mini bar had 2x Pepsis and 2 x red bulls. Smoking is permitted ( or tolerated) in the area outside the rooms and lifts which permeates the room at times. There was no hot water on our final morning due to " a problem". Breakfast was buffet primarily geared to Vietnamese tastes although eggs, bacon, toast and Lipton tea were available. Access to the hotel is only up steps to the first floor so with heavy baggage you just have to pray there will be a bell boy awake ( there wasn't when we arrived). Reception is helpful if asked but often looked bored, maybe due to the lack of guests. This is clearly not a tourist hotel as there was no maps with tourist places pointed out, no tour/ travel desk but there was a business corner.

I spent a couple of nigths in this hotel, I was there for my job. The room was very nice, clean and had everything I needed. The restaurant was not so well managed (long waiting times). Location is near to the sea and there's quite a lot to see around there. I would suggest it.

The room was fairly clean and provided bathrobes , toothbrushes etc. However, when going to the swimming pool we were rudely told there was no swimming pool, however when we went a second time , a different person told us the water was too cold. Upon looking outside our window, we could clearly see the swimming pool which was green and black with litter in it. For the breakfast buffet, all the food was served cold, they would not restock the main items apart from drinks, and the pasta had been left out so long that it had become inedible aswell as the sauce being horrendous. On the positive they had fast free wifi. Overall would not recommend

I use this as s business trip. Room is OK. Regular clean. Many of room is tight design from desk to small sofa. I can not use desk unless move sofa. Shower is many times just little warm. Want to have more hot water. Breakfast is dodo. Like Pho, bread, congee, eggs etc. but no fresh juice. This is not good.
