We booked a 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment and we had a memorable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Bathtub had a good partial ocean view and the full ocean view from the 2 balconies were amazing!
There is a kids club to keep the young kids entertained. The sky infinity pool is not very big but adequate with a great view of the Danang coastline and city.
Breakfast spread wasn't a lot and the taste was ok. There is a mini mart just 2 mins walk from the hotel lobby but there ain't much food options around the hotel except a few seafood restaurants within 5- 10 min walk. It is easy to order grab food and also call grab car to the hotel. The beach is directly across the road and it's not as busy as the main boardwalk of My Khe beach. Service from the staff was very good throughout our stay although they refused to allow any form of late check out. Overall, I will recommend this hotel if you want a nice hotel with oceanfront view.
Suggestion for hotel to provide some plates and cutlery.

A hidden gem, away from the maddening crowd of the danang beach prime hotel strip, it's located 10 minutes car drive away from the main tourist beach area.It gives the property a unique free air space. Commuting to the hotel is so hassle free, we came and went past midnights on many occasions, cabs are plenty and quite affordable. The area around hotel is very safe, we strolled past midnights and never felt uncomfortable. Our room with sea facing balcony on the 12th floor gave us mesmerizing 180 degree views of the sunrise over the hills overlooking the ocean.The room was quite comfortable, with good air-conditioning, comfortable mattress, and a smart TV. The attached washroom had a strong shower pressure, yet a bath tub would have enhanced the bathing experience. Housekeeping is still struggling being a new 2022 property and English is alien to majority of them. The restaurant on 3rd floor with great views of the ocean and beach has a team which is very caring and attentive, they arranged vegetarian sandwiches and pizza for us specially for us after knowing that 95% of the buffet breakfast is non palatable to us. Our special thanks to Ms Melanie and the whole hardworking and dedicated team at the restaurant. The front desk team lead by ever smiling Ms Jolie arranged day tours for us to Ba Na Hills, Hue etc and did a fantastic job. Special mention of Ms Emily who did a great job. The laundry was fast with same day delivery. The hot cappuccino at the reception cafe was so nice, I had it ordered at buffet breakfast daily. The hotel felt like a second home after our 5 days stay and we really miss the dawn pics from our balcony. If you care for beautiful sea views, unspoilt beach with peace and serenity, look no further. PS : I hope they have taken corrective measures to secure the roof top lounge chair, which toppled over and a huge accident was averted due to God's Grace.

No regrets with our short stay at Le Sands. This hotel is located towards the further end of the beach stretch along danang beach and away from the hustle and commotion of the touristy restaurants and bars. We booked the Deluxe King Ocean View and it comes with a nice comfortable sized balcony that overlooks the sea. Room fittings are mostly branded with Grohe bathroom equipment. Bed was very big and we had a great sleep. Staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Really good value for the amount we paid!

The Le Sands Oceanfront Da Nang Hotel is one of my all time favourite places to stay. The suite is excellent, with modern furniture, a bath tub with a sea view and the convenience of a washing machine/ dryer if needs. The array of breakfast is extensive - congee, soups, croissants, fresh fruit, and cheeses and a chef to cook omelettes. The spa treatments are heavenly - massages, scrubs, facials and a steam room that leave you floating on air. In addition the roof top pool complete with coffee and cocktails is a real treat at the end of an indulgent day. This hotel is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the local sites - approx 15 mins ride to Lady Buddha or the Dragon Bridge, 25 mins to Marble Mountain and a 45 minute drive by car to Hoi An. I hesitate posting this review as I want to return without finding my favourite hotel fully booked! Enjoy!

Our family of 5 chose this hotel because it’s new in the vicinity and has a good sea view. Check-in was quick and fuss-free. Reception could have better if can have some introduction of the hotel, example breakfast area etc. Our family room was clean and spacious, furnishing was new. One of the thing we are fussy is the firm pillows, which we can’t complain as their pillows are quite firm. Breakfast spread was not fantastic, local Vietnamese coffee need to pay before can enjoy. What we like is the washing point for us to wash our legs and slippers whenever we are back from the beach within 3 minutes walk across the hotel.
Keep up the standard as we hope to be back! Hope your breakfast can be improved to enhance our stay experience :)

Chanced upon this newly opened Hotel. I'm quite amazed that all their rooms are ocean facing. Very nice and peaceful views of the ocean and mountain. Rooms are value for money and come together with breakfast, They even have an infinity pool up in the 23th floor. Staff can speak English and polite. I'll definitely return again on my next trip.

We travelled to Da Nang for a one week stay during our month long trip to Vietnam. Our stay at Le Sands was very nice. The hotel is new and beautiful. Well designed rooms that were clean and facing the ocean with an absolutely beautiful view. The rooftop pool and bar were also amazing! All hotel staff were kind, helpful and extremely respectful of guests. Enjoyed the spa for one treatment as well. Housekeeping staff and room service staff were always quick and responsive. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was always tasty and plentiful. A special thank you to some staff who made our stay extra enjoyable - Alice (Spa), Phuong - Manager of Food and Beverage, Waiters - Grace, Brian, Edward. James, Eric and Ryan at the Sky Pool and Bar were amazing hosts! Jenny and Brian in Guest Services were also very helpful and made great recommendations during our stay. We would definitely consider returning to Le Sands when we return to Da Nang.

Da Nang is a beautiful place with a long stretch of sandy beach. We stayed at Le Sands from 20 - 24 Dec on the Penthouse level which is a big 2 bedroom unit with balcony on the top floor overlooking the sea. It comes fully equipped with whatever you need including a washer/dryer. This hotel is a slightly quiet area which we like. Away from the bars and clubs. There are few seafood restaurants around it and a mini mart. All the staffs here are warm and friendly and Emily from the reception has been very helpful.

I'd highly recommend this hotel. Pros: Airy, modern and highly efficient rooms built and furnished to a high spec. and with a small, but nice seaview balcony. Varied and pretty tasty breakfast buffet in pleasant room overlooking the sea. Stylish infinity pool (23rd floor), offering a panoramic view of the sea and city. Secure storage for motorbike renters Love the way they personalise the TV with a individual welcome Reasonable priced (at least in October) Cons: A little too far from town. Star of the show was Brian, a very personable and helpful employee, a true asset to this hotel.
