We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in the resort. It is definitely 7 star resport with most friendly staff. Monkeys on the treees and mangoes for breakfast. Faboulos view of oceans and forests. I hope I can go back.

The resort is absolutely stunning and that goes without saying. You pay a lot to be there, and its gorgeous. The rooms are just lovely, and a lot of attention to detail. The staff are very pleasant both at the beach and at the restaurants. However. The price of the food for room service and at the bar (I'm not...

This is one of the prettiest resort you can find in South East Asia. Locating at the top of the Son Tra peninsula, the resort is very private, no outsiders are allowed. It is very far from the downtown of Danang, so for those who is looking for a good location, this is not recommended; but for those who are...

The Intercontinental was the last stop before heading back to reality. This place is beautiful, quiet, private and we really grateful to be able to have such a lovely last 4 nights in Vietnam. When checking in we were given a brief on where everything was and were asked if we'd like to book for dinner at La Maison which...

Everything was GOOOOD :) Rooms, Swimming pool, Welcome drink, Breakfast, Terrace, View.. Everything was perfect without missing anything. I was so thankful for the Korean staff to explain and help out at check-in and check-out. I do not remember my name, She was a Korean employee who can speak Japanese and Korean. Thank you for leaving a good memory.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hidden in the myth-filled hills of 'Monkey Mountain' in the heart of the Son Tra Peninsula nature reserve, the five-star InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort a work of art as much as a resort. Set in 37 hectares of stepped gardens leading down to a private beach - dramatic views of the sea can be enjoyed from all 200 rooms - every inch of this luxury resort is the stunning creation of star architect Bill Bensley and, as a result, is unique in design and concept. Gourmet travellers will appreciate La Maison 1888 (and its outstanding wine cellar) by multi-Michelin starred Pierre Gagnaire, while those looking for a genuine wellness retreat will love the HARNN Heritage Spa set in a private lagoon. Travellers can treat tired feet to the ultimate pedicure by 'podiatrist to the stars' Bastien Gonzalez as global leaders put the world to rights at The Summit, the resort's impressive conference centre. Billed as the place "where myth meets luxury", it's an easy drive from InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort to UNESCO world heritage sites of Hoi An, Hue and My Son (described as "Vietnam's Angkor Wat") making it a perfect base for travellers seeking an experience that connects them to central Vietnam. ... more   less

“We were in one of the suites which is spacious and beautifully equipped. I do not think there is a bad room. The rooms are private and all have great views. The resort is big, but there is always a buggy available within minutes to take you where you want to be if you do not want to walk.”
