What a wonderful 5 night stay! The dragon bridge facing room was beautiful with magnificent views. The breakfast was extensive and changed everyday during our stay. Firgun coffee shop serves fantastic coffee and they offered 15% discount for room guests. A special mention for Ms Giang in customer service - she helped with our trip bookings and also superbly helped solve some minor issues with housekeeping. We will be back again,

The hotel service was exceptional which really stood out from all the other hotels we’ve been to so far! There’s also an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge outside which looks beautiful at night, and the room is just perfect for couples. The hotel room is spacious, the water is relatively clean (as tested with our own showrt filter), and we enjoyed the relaxing complimentary herbal foot bath too. The buffet was an amazing highlight too! There was an array of food to choose, from Vietnamese cuisine to fruits and all sorts of beverages too ☺️ Highly recommended for solo travellers, couples, and families!

We chose the Haian Riverfront Hotel as we liked the look of the Rooms , it's position right on the River with a view to the Dragon Bridge and the Room we chose also had a Unique Round Bed . We were dropped off at the side entrance to the Firgun Cafe on the Ground floor and staff members took our Cases and directed us to the Lift . Reception was on the 1st Floor where we checked in . We were soon up to our Room on the 7th Floor , Room 7048. It was on the Corner of the Building with a Balcony with each of the large Windows . There were great Views over the River the City and the Dragon Bridge . The huge Round Bed with a great Head board to match and bedside tables built in . with controls for all of the lights in the room . A great bathroom with a huge rectangular , very deep Bath tub . We loved it . Loads of Wardrobe space , a good size fridge and a nice Safe for our valuables . In addition to the Firgun Cafe on the Ground floor , there was a Dining Room on the 2nd Floor where we had the Buffet Breakfast each morning of our 4 night stay , mostly Asian Fare , Eggs & really crispy Bacon was just ok . There was an indoor swimming pool on the 11th Floor . The Pool had Glass sides and views over the River . up stairs from the Pool area was the Roof Top Bar . As it was a Friday we decided to view the Dragon Bridge at 9 o'clock when the Dragons head Breaths Flames and sprays Water from its Mouth . The staff were busy preparing for Halloween with all sorts of scary things . The staff were very friendly and the Cocktails were awesome . The next morning we went to reception after Breakfast ,as they were going book a trip to Ba Na Hills for us , They did the booking efficiently and off we went for the Day Typhoon Trami was on its way to Da Nang . We arrived back from our trip about 3 pm . That afternoon we went up to the Roof top Bar for a Drink and the staff were busy locking everything down incase the Typhoon might cause some Damage . The Bar was not opened that night so we watched the Dragon Bridge from our Room . The following night the Bar was back open and the staff were putting up the Halloween Decorations again . They informed us of the Happy Hour where a selection of Cocktails were buy one get one free . We took advantage of that . The Team at the Roof top Bar were Liem ,Lugen , Cuong and Diem . They really made our stay special . Well done Team . The Firgun Cafe on the ground floor does a very nice Egg Coffee and a Brilliant Coconut Coffee . well worth a visit . There is an indoor Market about 100 metres away and plenty of restaurants and bars to chose from . We highly recommend the Haian Riverfront , Da Nang .

We stayed at the Haian Hotel and this place was the restaurant inside the hotel. Their breakfast buffet was wonderful every morning. I always looked forward to their rotating soup of the morning. There was glass noodle soup, pho, and bun bo hue for the 3 days I stayed. Love that AC is blasting so that I can enjoy the hot soups! The place is also very clean.
My family also stopped by for their set lunch menu one of the days and it was sooooo cozy. Definitely a great deal for a small group to get their set menu of all Vietnamese family meal classics!
The staff is also great. They were very attentive, cleaning up the dishes very timely during the breakfast buffet. The main hostess, Rose/Dien, is super sweet. We loved chatting with her every time we came in. Do give this place a try even if you’re not staying at the hotel!

I would describe Haian Riverfront as a corporate or package trip style hotel. It was very nice but not especially flashy. It’s a nice option on the west side of the river near downtown. The upper floor room had a nice view of the riverfront and the infamous Dragon Bridge so if you are there on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday you will see the Dragon breath fire even though this side of the river is on the tail end side of the dragon. The room was comfortable but not spectacular. It had a nice size bathtub if that is of interest. Breakfast had many choices to accommodate the many visitors from different countries who were there. There is a rooftop pool but because the weather was not so hot, I did not partake.

Great location Staff service is exceptional. We’d been travelling already for 7 days without laundry service. Provided express service so we had all clean clothes within 6 hrs of arrival Staff were amazing helping us get to our next destination ordering us private car at great price.
