From Check in until checkout, the Staff at this hotel were outstanding in their attitude, friendliness, and helpfulness. They made a nice stay into a really terrific one Our oceanfront room was very large and comfortable The bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower was very refreshing. Very nice linens and comfortable bed and pillows! The breakfast buffet was very large with a wide assortment of Asian and western dishes, all good quality and well stocked. The rooftop pool was very clean and larger than most rooftop pools. My only disappointments were that the windows were quite dirty and spoiled the view of the ocean. Also, the carpets in the rooms and hallway need a good cleaning. They are vacuumed, but it appears spills and stains have never had a good cleaning by a commercial rug shampooer. The elevators are fast and we never had to wait long for one. WE would not hesitate to return

For the price you pay you won't find a cleaner room, with great breakfasts, epic seafront location and the friendliest and most attentive staff anywhere else in Da Nang. Spent a week there whilst exploring the surrounds and it was wonderful. Breakfast were very good, rooms and beds very clean, showers always hot, airconditioning cold and the beers even colder. All the staff were so friendly (especially Jake and Tanya , thank you) and that is basically what Vietnam is all about. Can not recommmend this place highly enough.

I travelled in Sept 2022. Staff - the staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and cheerful at all times. A special mention to Nguyen and Duong for answering all of my questions and interpreting my various Vietnamese test messages and being genuinely nice people to talk with. Breakfast was good and provided enough choice to satisfy European and Asian guests tastes Room - the room was clean (cleaned daily to a good standard), spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean and beach across Danang. Spa gave a 30% discount on all treatments to hotel guests so it worked out a very good price.

Our stay was just wonderful with considerate, thoughtful service by Anh, Huong and other managers. We stayed at a deluxe room and a Seafeont premier room with a beautiful sea view of My Khe Beach and the Son Tra or Monkey Mountain in the distance.
The rooms were spacious but cosy, clean and tastefully done up. The rooftop pool was gorgeous with magnificent views to soak in too.
Service was exemplary. We planned to go to Hoi An for a day and they allowed us to keep our luggage with them. They even helped with arranging good motorbikes for us on our travels to Hoi An and Hai Van Pass. The staff were also creative with suggestions for dining qnd shopping. A wonderful experience overall, at Paris Deli Hotel, Danang and we highly recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for one day before proceeding to Hoi an. Was accommodated at this hotel by San Marino hotel management because they could not provide us accommodation at their hotel because it was closed for renovation where I had actually booked the room. Paris Deli hotel is also equally good and they very accommodative in providing us early checkin for one room to allow us to freshen and take some rest since the check in time was 12:00PM and we had arrived early in the morning at 6:00AM. The Room and the bathroom was very clean and well maintained and was up to our expectations. The breakfast was included in the room tariff in our one day stay and was also satisfactory.

Staff was very attentive. Hotel breakfast was good with the menu changing every morning. Room was clean and had a very good view. The hotel is 30 seconds walk to the beach, although the restaurants in the vicinity are touristy and average. Better to eat in town.

The room was clean and comfortable including a lot of grooming tools that were handy as I made the mistake of forgetting my toothbrush. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The spa services were excellent for the price point, but there was a large brown stain that I think could have been from the coffee they use for the scrub on the side of the fitted sheet I was lying on for treatment. The staff at the spa was very attentive. The front desk was very helpful in arranging a car to my next destination, but I felt that the driver overcharged (not the hotel’s fault) and he kept taking me to places where I felt like I had to buy something just to get to my destination.

I have a bussiness trip in Jan 22. This is one of few 4-star hotels at average price having breakfast so I choose it (in Covid time, most of hotels sell off, so they don’t reserve breakfast). Paris deli is really beautiful at my first impression: Big swimming pool with breath-taking view, nice staff, cinema room, children room, stay room with full facilities,… So the price at this moment - in Covid time is relly cheap for all services. Stayed here 4 nights having come down from Hanoi. Location is right in the beach which is good however the area is running short on good restaurants. Taxi ride into the town needed for half decent food, although the restaurant did offer an excellent lunch and dinner on a number of occasions in the absence of alternatives. The beach front restaurants aren’t great. Hotel room was huge and had an epic view of the sea. Bathroom also great and finished to high standard. Gym was good for hotel standards and not too busy. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful! Breakfast wasn’t great, only thing stopping this being a 5 star stay.

That was a good vacation! I got a double room which was clean and nice, full of everything we need: tea, coffee, complimentary water, brushes, ... On top floor, I could see how beautiful the beach was though a perfect view and taste some food or cocktail on the bar. Breakfast also variety and yummy. Staffs were extremely friendly, the receptionist always have a good smile and try their best to support customers. I've remembered Huyen and Quyen, they took care of me a lot when I lost my room key. I'll comeback next time.
