We stay at hotel 3 night, staffs are very nice, especially staff at reception, they are very helpful and friendly. Hotel have sauna and I use every day so good and comfortable. We will come back the hotel for the next time.

Rooms seem old, we had a small room first, but the window is leaking, they tried to fix it but it didn't work, so we were upgraded to a bigger room. But lack of design so it's felt so bored. Soundproof isn't good so I hear noise from the outside very clear. Luckily it wasn't last longer. Staff are nice and over sometimes but it's fine, pool is small but sauna and onsen are great. Breakfast need to be improved. Hope to stay the other by the beach to review more. This one is suitable for tourgroups.

I stayed 2 nights at Grandvrio and was very satisfied and impressed all the staffs here. They are so kind willing help you if you want to ask something.
