Generally good and clean. I stayed in room 608 first then 605. Difference in size was shocking because after experiencing such a big room 605 has very little space to move about.
Rooms are clean. Staff are courteous.
Shower door doesn't close properly and water flows out. We used floor mat to stop flow.
Water did not flow down the drain pipe fast. Needs some clearing there.

Booked the sea view suite which comes with 2 double beds. Room was spacious and clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Liked they have many power outlets around the room and at accessible areas to charge our devices at the same time. There were many channels on TV too so it kept us entertained in the room. View from balcony overlook My Khe beach and can see Lady Buddha statue from far. Bathtub was big and spacious but water pressure from shower head was very low but it seemed across the standards in Vietnam. Breakfast was below my expectations and I have not much appetite looking at the food. Servers at restaurants seem uninterested and only wanted to gather and talked among themselves at the egg station and took a long time to discover food was dropped and coffee spilled on the floor etc. Booked massage for one night and it was a fabulous session by Tien but when I booked her again next day and reception confirmed it will be her again, turned up another older lady who was just mediocre and felt like wasting my money. Feedback to reception when I checked out and they gave me a small discount.

If you are staying in da nang look know further than this hotel. Staff are very helpful, all rooms are kept clean every day, toiletries in the bathroom and tea and coffee in rooms with bottled water supplied. Great sea views to wake up to. We are family of 23 people. The hotel arrange us staying in the sea view rooms in different level but near to each other, every morning they reserve the table for our breakfast and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The best, they greet you with a glass of tea. They make you feel welcome and the service is top notch!!! The staff is amazing. They help you arrange everything you need: tour, birthday decor, masssage...The breakfast was delicious they always had a variety. Good hotel located 2 minutes walking from My Khe beach, a large and nice urban beach, not crowded at all with nice sand and clean and warm water. We stayed in a very large and nice suite with balcony and nice sea view. The rooms are clean, staff is kind, breakfast is ok, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Small swimming pool in the rooftop. The bathroom doors are made of opaque glass and not soundproof at all, not the best for those used to more privacy. After a 5 night stay we asked for a 2 hour late check out but we got it only by paying 30% of the daily rate (hotel policy)

Stayed 5 days. First 2 days had to call for a room safe ( someone had removed it), towels, & toilet paper. Housekeeping did an average job cleaning the room. The rooftop bar is a joke. Beer was very cheap but they had very little other alcohol. We were to have private club access with room but when asked about it they said we didn’t have it. Showed them printed reservation where it was stated. Said they’d check with manager & let us know in few hours. Never heard from them. Breakfast is only meal restaurant serves & most of the choices were Chinese or Vietnamese dishes. Only thing going for this hotel is it’s location & all the other restaurants near.

Good hotel. Staff. Bfast was room service only with limited options as they had low occupancy but no complaints. We got a good clean big room with two giant single beds. This is the second time I come to this hotel and I notice that the entire staff of the hotel is great! But separately, I want to note that once again the employee of the reception Vi at Alani Hotel makes a pleasant impression from the very beginning. She was friendly, patient and professional, and quickly resolved all our issues. Vi sincerely tried to make the arrival as comfortable as possible by providing useful recommendations on the hotel and the surrounding area. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made staying at Alani even more enjoyable. She is definitely an important part of the hotel team! It's not the biggest,but it is located on the top level which makes for a good view. Unfortunately it's not one of those pools that you can lounge about all day and relax. It's good for a dip but that's about it.
