We wanted to love this hotel as we booked it months in advance but it was hard to after looking past the cute room. The hotel is generally louder in most of the rooms, they don't have many rooms and there is construction of a building going on outside of the hotel which makes for a lot of day noise. We got our room moved from the construction side to under the washing machines, my partner has trouble sleeping and this did not help. I would recommend this hotel for people looking for an upgrade from 2 star hotels but are okay with a lot of quirks. The hotel entrance is in an alley - I would not advise for lone travellers to stay here due to this. The breakfast was very good but in their sister hotel on the main street, a short walk from the hotel. It's about a 15 minute walk into Old Town and down a street with a lot of people wanting to give you a massage. I found it a bit farther than i had hoped. They do have bicycles but they are older and need their tires pumped. The washrooms need a thorough cleaning, bleaching and scrubbing for the showers, there is signs of wear and tear and mould. I am a noted germaphobe. The staff from the luggage handlers to the front desk staff are impeccable and the reason why I can suggest that you stay here if you aren't too fussy, don't need an elevator and are okay with slightly unclean washrooms. They were super nice and accommodating. The problems that we experienced were lessened by the wonderful staff. My partner got sick during the stay and they provided us ginger tea to help. The pool here is small and dusty due to the construction happening and all the chairs are old and musty, you have access to a rooftop pool at the sister hotel which was nice. My partner did break the top of cup and a porcelain soap dispenser in the shower (i have no idea why they have slippery porcelain soap dispensers on tiles in the shower), the tea cup top was reasonable at about $3US, the bottle however was over $15. EDIT: They contacted me after I wrote this review and reimbursed me. The front desk is super nice. In a lot of ways it was fine, but i found it hard to justify the price that I paid for the room.

Service: - We stayed at Cozy Savvy Boutique hotel and everything was so smooth from check in to check out. They gave us welcome drink and snacks during our check-in, and let us do an early check-in (at 11.00AM). Lynn, our receptionist, is very friendly and accommodating. She gave us many recommendations for where to eat, where to shop, and the best tailor. She went above and beyond and even sent us to our car after we checked out. Thank you so much Lynn for all your kindness!! - All of the staffs are very accommodating, the bellboy helped us with our luggage and the room service provided us with an iron board and iron within minutes after we requested it. The room and facilities: - We loved the room and the hotel decoration, it’s well decorated, beautiful and sparkling clean. They have a rooftop pool with quite a lot of sun-beds, and a small gym in the basement (with 2 treadmill machines, a smith machine and a bench) - The hotel provided us with free bicycle everyday (first come first served) and it made it really easy to travel around Hoi An. We practically biked everywhere and everyday, as taxi and grab aren’t as available especially in the Old Town. Overall I would highly recommend Cozy Savvy to anyone that’s looking for an accommodation that’s a bit far away from the bustling Old Town, but not too far away. The service provided by the staffs made our stay very enjoyable, we can’t thank them enough.. We loved our stay at Cozy and would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Hoi An.

Stayed here for two nights and cannot fault it. The staff were very attentive and helped arrange our trip to the beach with ordering taxi and providing free beach towels. Nothing is a problem for them. The breakfast was excellent also. Would definitely return here if coming back to Vietnam in the future.

We stayed in January and the staff at this hotel are what make it. Good location as it’s quiet in the street. You can use bikes to get around and go to old district amd beach etc. The roof top pool at cozy savvy is an added bonus to staying here - it’s the sister hotel and only 1 minute away. Hannah on reception was very helpful and also the front of house manager was kind offering a refund of one night as we had to leave early. There is some construction at back of hotel so you need to ask for a room overlooking the the cozy savvy side! Small shop opposite has drinks, laundry, snacks. Overall the staff make it a good place to stay.
