Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
After arriving here from Ho chi Minh this hotel with its larger rooms was exactly what we needed. It was perfect, great location on the river with a great view out of the balcony windows. Noise wasn't too bad at all consider there was live bands playing just down the river, rooms seem to be well noise insulated. We opted not to have breakfast included but did pay to dine there 1 morning due to nothing being open on the streets but for price we should have just waited for local cafes to open. Shower area in bathroom is a little odd with so many taps etc, takes a bit to figure out & then water takes a while to adjust but once we had the hang of it it was easier. Staff all seem very friendly, helpful & welcoming. If your needing a taxi to airport try to organise it on the street with locals as you will get charged extra to get hotel to book it for you.

The hotel is in a great location, short walk (10 min) from the ancient town but far enough not to hear the merriment and festivities around the lantern boat ride area. We are greatly impressed with Ms. Hoa, the receptionist who went out of her way to order dinner for us from a nearby restaurant. We just came back from a long day of tour extremely tired, and not feeling very well. Your kind gesture is greatly appreciated. Thank you Ms. Hoa!

A beautiful boutique hotel in the beginning of old town of Hoi An. Perfect location as it close enough to all shops, restaurants and other activities yet it is quiet. Walking distance to old town. Beach is a little far but taxi is only $4 and less that 10 min. Stuff is very helpful and accommodating.

Major shout out to Dat, the receptionist at RV Hoi An. She has went all out in ensuring my passport returned to me all the way to Danang. The stay is very pleasant, very strategic in the places you want to explore the old town of Hoi An. River suite view is excellent and not overly noisy as it is along a quieter stretch of the road.
Breakfast was varied and delightful (still remembering the lovely pancakes) and made to order perfect sunny Side eggs.
Only considerably is that the hotel is quite seasoned, and the air conditioned room takes longer to cool in the afternoon.

Whgt a fantastic hotel right on the edge of the Old Town with a view of the river. The rooms are really nice and clean and the staff are great. Breakfast is good and is served near the lobby until 10am and you can sit outside under cover. The location is pretty quiet and the beds are nice and comfortable unlike many in Vietnam which are too hard for my liking. If you are staying in Hoi An I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at River suites towards the end of our trip and it was by far the best experience. The view from our room of the river was really beautiful, especially at night with all the lanterns lit , the entire old town was visible. The staff was also very helpful, especially Ms Dat who was very thoughtful and caring . We had an amazing time and would love to stay at river suites again and recommend it to our friends and family.

This is a gem of a hotel. We had a Deluxe river view room with sliding doors to a very small balcony which was welcome. Rooms were lovely and clean with a huge bed which was very comfortable. Excellent location with a very short walk to the old town, night market, boats to islands etc. All of the staff are welcoming and take time to remember your name and are very genuine in their manner. I would like to thank them all for the excellent service. Breakfast is small but there is something for everyone and again the service is super with lovely omelettes and scrambled egg. Laundry is provided by the Kg which proves well priced compare to some hotels on our travels, so thank you for that. I used the spa at the sister hotel, yes it is small and not some large purpose built spa complex but the staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the treatments are professional and well done. I didn’t use outside spas here so I can’t comment on competitiveness but compared to home I certainly wouldn’t complain about price. Thank you for an excellent stay, it was a little oasis after Saigon.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking into the old town of Han Oi which took about 10 minutes at the most. The hotel room was okay and met our needs. The breakfast was sufficient with limited offerings. The staff was helpful.

A small pearl of a hotel located practically next to the historic center a few hundred meters from the Japanese bridge (which is currently under maintenance) A fantastic stay almost like being at home, loving staff attentive to all your needs. WiFi very reliable in our room. We uploaded lots of pictures during our time in Hoi An.
The pool is indoor with an open roof. It is a small but lovely pool.
Yes there is a lift. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the start of the Ancient Town and around 10 mins to the Red Bridge area.
Hi Ken. We didn't have any issues as the majority of the busses are on the other side of the road and are all basically gone by around 9pm. The nightclub across the road is a bigger issue and can go very late. The windows do seems to block a lot of the noise but you can still hear it. Great place to stay in general.
