Myself and 3 friends stayed at the Lantana Boutique for 2 nights , we arrived early morning after a very tiring overnight train journey. We were very warmly greeted and offered breakfast whilst our paperwork was sorted, our rooms were made ready very quickly and we were allowed to use a room to shower and change All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, they were always smiling and eager to help. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean,the rooms were bright and airy and the breakfast choice was brilliant As the hotel is along side the river we enjoyed early evening cocktails with a great view If you are visiting Hoi An this hotel should be your first choice

My husband and I have had an incredible stay at the Lantana Boutique hotel in Hoi An. The location is fantastic as it over looks the river and is only a 3 minute walk from the old town which has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is quiet and not on a main road so street traffic noise is minimal. The staff here have been so friendly and kind. They surprised me with flowers and a cake for my birthday! They have been really helpful arranging taxis and trips for us. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the near by private beach which is worth a visit if you want to chill. We enjoyed our time so much we asked to stay another night! Brilliant hotel!!

The rooms were nice and spacious but the real charm of this hotel is the wonderful staff. Sally, Rosie and Amy were professional and friendly and they updated us on everthing we asked for. The hotel offers a heated indoor pool which is very relaxing specially after walking around the old town.

Lantana Boutique Hotel Hoi An - We visited Hoi An over the Christmas and New Year period staying for 12 days at Lantana Boutique Hotel. This hotel was close to the city and had a great view of the river. It had all the convenience we wanted during our holiday. The whole front of house staff were exceptional, extremely friendly, courteous and so helpful. In fact, all staff were very friendly and happy. The Operation Manager (Sally) is amazing at her job, always checking in on us and offering advice, information and support. She and her team are the most personable employees in a hotel that we have ever meet whilst travelling both interstate or internationally. We are so impressed with the personal attention and location of the hotel that we are planning on returning soon. At Christmas and also New Year the staff made the celebrations wonderful with complementary alcohol and dinner, plus a beautiful show from some of the staff. We would highly recommend this hotel should you be staying in Hoi An.

Happy to report Lantana Boutique Hotel is still as fabulous. Sally and the team delivered our group of thirteen people across seven rooms a fantastic week. We chose to return to Lantana with the group after a lovely holiday in 2018, and the hotel lived up to all our memories, from the beautiful breakfast to the clean and extremely comfortable rooms. The staff are like family, without the awkward bits and nothing is too much trouble. It’s really worth paying the little extra for a super deluxe room with balcony and river views (see pics attached)

Sally the manager is such a lovely and caring person and her staff gives us a homey and welcoming feeling. The lovely team is very helpfu, supportiven and professional. The hotel offers a wide range of services, and the team has always suggestions if you need something special. ( even househunting or hairdresser)
The location is perfect, it's close enough to the old town to walk, and far away enough to enjoy the tranquillity and enjoy the view of the river from the elegant balcony or the stunning terrace. The atmosphere and the interior remind us of the elegant past, and it's easy to feel immediately very relaxed and looked after.
The room is very cosy and the furniture is elegant and tasteful. The bed is super comfortable and guarantees the best sleep. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful. The shower is the best we had so far in Vietnam (even better than in some 5-star hotels) with hot water and a strong waterjet. The room stays cool even after hours without running the ac.
Coming back after busy hours, you feel like coming home and relaxing in the awesome room or on the lovely balcony with comfortable chairs.
It's by far our favourite hotel, and we extended our stay so often, that Sally already offered us a 2 years stay :))) - We stayed here 2 times for a week.
We definitely come back and want to thank Sally and her absolute lovely and dedicated team for giving us an unforgettable stay in her beautiful hotel.
After writing these lines I even realise that I really don't want to leave :)

A group of 13 of us stayed at Lantana for 6 nights for a couple of celebrations. The staff, Melisa, Mary, Sally, Amy, Angela & Haine made our stay memorable and made the birthday people feel very special with cake and flowers on their birthdays. They remembered everyone’s names including those of friends that were staying elsewhere that would often join us for a drink or meal on the lovely terrace. The hotel is an easy walk to the old town, provides a shuttle bus service to and from the beach and the staff ensure you are well looked after. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is lovely. We were very sad to leave and We will definitely be back for another holiday,

Spectacular service. Hotel is a stone's throw from the Old Town. Our room was facing the river which gave it a more scenic night view. Cleanliness was always maintained. Water pressure was strong and heater was working perfectly. Free breakfast was always delicious. Highly recommended to anyone. Amazing staff namely Sally, Jenny Lilly, Nhung, Selena, Emma and our driver. They treated us like family, always checking up on us, ever ready to provide the best service. We cannot emphasize their outstanding hospitality enough. Our stay was very homely because of them! We would definitely come back here when in Hoi An.

The hotel is just a 5 minute stroll to either the Old Town or the Night Market and yet at a quieter location. The staff are friendly and helpful and hotel rooms comfortable. Definitely a big plus is that it is a smaller establishment so it is not packed with tour groups and provides a laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Try to request for a room facing the river. If you are tired after lots of walking, the spa offers relaxing massages.

The location of the hotel is great with Hoi An Ancient Town and the Hoi An Night Market about 5-10 minutes away by foot. There are tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping areas in the town itself and also a mart about a minute away from the hotel. The place is clean and has all the amenities you will need.
