Excellent service from all staff, especially Myna and Dwyen. Very clean and well built rooms with luxurious feel including a marble-finished bathroom. Couldn’t fault anything with the daily room cleaning and they even added a special touch of leaving short Vietnamese folk stories on our bed every day. Daily buffet breakfast had a huge variety of local and western food all well done, and even an egg and pho station! Free bicycle rental, An Bang shuttle service and overall helpfulness of staff was definitely worth it. We were sad to leave and would stay again if we come back to Hoi An.

Visited here for my wife’s birthday. She let them know the day before and they reserved a rooftop table with views for us then provided a free birthday cake for us in the restaurant.
All the staff seemed to know it was my wife’s birthday and escorted us from one location to another to avoid us getting confused or lost after a few drinks.
Rooftop cocktails during happy hour were great (save the one with ginger in which was too potent).
Japanese restaurant food was lovely (and we have had a lot of Japanese food whilst in J
apan.) We would not recommend the Marius Syrah Grenache but the food and service were outstanding.
Special thanks to waiters and waitresses Dat, Quy and Sara and manager Patrick for putting in that extra effort to make our evening into a really fun, memorable occasion.
Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best value imaginable with fantastic staff who are just so good.
We had a spotless, well appointed, air conditioned double over looking the river and breakfast included. There is a pool and a health spa. They will arrange tours and whatever you need and it’s only around $70 AUD per night. Night manager and Tour guide Duy was terrific and the girls running everything else during the day ; Vyna, Suong and Lan. It was personal and homely but always professional . It was a nice environment where we chatted to other tourists too. Thank you for making Hoi An even more special. We are determined to come back. Susie

We stayed wonderful three nights in the hotel! The location is superb, max 5 minutes from the old town, right on the river with fantastic views. The staff was very welcoming, Vyna and Duyen introduced us the city and gave us great tips with what to do in the city and which tailor to go to.
The room was modern, clean and silent, and we had very good night sleeps on the very new matrace. The breakfast was very good as well with lots of fresh fruit (what I love) and also a live cooking station. I’d love to come back here!

Check in was quick and was shown to a room that we had been upgraded to.
The room itself was large and beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the river. A large, comfortable bed was a joy to sleep in, with chaise lounge, television and a mini bar complimenting the room. The bathroom was part of the bedroom, with a curtain that you could draw back/close to separate the two areas. A roll top bath was a nice feature of the room, with the shower having its own cubicle.
At breakfast it was busy, even in low season, with plenty of quality food on offer to suit everybody. The dining room was less formal, and it gave a nice relaxing feel to eating.
Two pools on site, one on the ground floor which is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and chairs, and a roof top pool. Our preference was the ground floor pool, despite it being in the shade in the afternoon. This was pleasant from the intense sun.
My wife had a spa treatment on site, and rated it as one of the best she has ever had, and was worth the money paid.
The location is great, with the centre of the old town only a short walk away.

We stayed at the Royal Riverside Hotel in Hoi An for one night during our Vietnam roundtrip. The rooms were ok sized, bathrooms somewhat run down, water pressure below average. Breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel was practical at walking distance from all the attractions. I had a shirt custom made and the hotel staff was helpful with the delivery despite the time being close to midnight upon its arrival.

Royal riverside, Positioned about a 10 minute walk to old town hoi, provided a wonderful view of the river from my room. They also provided rental bicycles free of charge - so getting around was very easy. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful; particularly the front desk receptionists Duyen and Tham. They made it very easy to book a tour to the golden bridge - and a taxi to and from the airport. I would book again!

This place is absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay in Hoi An. It is modern, clean, the rooms are lovely, cool and tranquil. An easy 10 minute stroll to the ancient town and the night markets this made a perfect base for my recent trip. The reception staff speak very good English and make it their duty to greet you by name each morning, ask what your plans are for the day, ask if you need help with anything and happy to call taxis, organize the electric cars, shuttles, suggest trips and always remembered what I was doing and asked about it when I came in later in the day. The restaurant staff organised pots of ginger tea for me when I came down with a head cold even during their busy morning rush. The pool is cute and the sun beds are IN the water! I can not recommend this place enough, it was perfect for my solo travel relax and explore needs - thanks especially to Na, Suong and Duden on reception they are amazing and caring staff, a credit to this hotel

As part of a Vietnam and Cambodia trip we stayed here 2 nights in one of the larger 2-bed rooms (nice large/wide and comfortable double bed). Everything was clean and well maintained. Here, the bathroom is separated from the main room over its entire surface with glass panes - blinds are present inside the bathroom. Quite tricky is the double use of the bathroom door to close the shower area, unfortunately not quite properly executed in detail in our room (the bathroom floor is flooded more than necessary), but this is for me professionally. Yes, and that was it with the typical German nagging, because the rest was just great. The hotel is a little gem in Hoi An. It is close to the old town, but not so close that the bright nightlife makes it too loud. Within walking distance you are in less than 10 minutes in the old town, which you should definitely experience even at night. The location of the hotel I would call ideal. The hotel is more modern and traditional than the giant hotels that are more common in Vietnam. Very pleasantly designed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being welcomed and served with kindness just feels good. I also ask the following guests to heed the fact that we may/should also be friendly as guests. Only if both sides heed this will everyone enjoy it. Breakfast should not go unmentioned in any case. A wonderful breakfast buffet with many things Europeans are used to and some things they don't know and should definitely get to know. We liked the versatile offer and made us want to go the next morning. It should also be mentioned that you can also have a lunch here. This prejudice from Europe, it would always be so expensive to eat in the hotel can be safely forgotten here. Thank you for the wonderful time.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. First off, it has the perfect location- close to the old quarter while being distanced enough to offer seclusion and piece. The breakfast was delicious and had a ton of choices. The egg station in particular was egg-cellent! Lastly and most importantly, each and every member of the staff was an absolute delight. Each person was friendly and took a genuine interest in ensuring our stay was perfect. And a special thank you to Na and Duyen who went above and beyond at each step. Do not hesitate to book this hotel for your time in Hoi An.
