I can only echo the other reviews below. The hotel itself is actually quite nice, but it’s completely let down by the uneducated Vietnamese guests who stay here. There are only a handful of guests here, but they are so loud and it’s awful. 5:30 am shouting, running, stomping, dragging furniture around. Then you get peace from 10am until 3pm and then it starts all over again. Families just let their kids shout and scream, no consideration for other guests. The hotel is so small, there is no escape. Gym is ok but the actual hotel room isn’t at all special. Very basic. I have stayed in nicer rooms in a 3*. The best part is by far the pool area but that is ruined by the guests who stay here. So glad we are only here for 2 nights. If you want peace and quiet with likeminded people, THIS ISNT FOR YOU. You have been warned. I can only imagine how bad it is when it’s full.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

When we checked in, I thought it was so perfect so far from the service to the pool. That I would be lucky as the first 10 people who booked the best price. But I was wrong, more people came and it turned to a public pool, so crowded and noisy cause 99% are families, and they brought children. The room is designed 2 floors and bedroom is upstair. And noise from walking up and down is terrible, especially when children run. It's hard to rest and relax. Pool open from 6am-9pm, but 10:30pm still many people swam and yelled, had to call reception cause it was so noisy. Normally in resort, staff will go around and check if there any people gather and make noise after 10pm, there's no one do that here. People just brought food to pool and drank like they're on the street. And 5am they brought children to the pool, couldn't sleep. I wonder where are the staff. I don't see any high standards or star here, lack of management and over sale. Not recommend for anyone, especially when you want to enjoy and relax. Should check if there's any families reunion here, especially Vietnamese. Uneducated people could ruin your vacation.

It's 11pm now and the resort cannot do anything to stop a group of guests making noise from the pool are. I can hear clearly and cannot sleep. Room decoration is good but no soundproof prevention, I hear everything outside from that big noise to the knocking door in next rooms. It's one of my worst experience staying at a 4star resort hotel.

From the beginning I totally liked the design of Almanity hotel with large swimming pool, beautiful garden and well decorated rooms, especially the room type "My Spirit". I was very impressed with the bedroom upstairs and living area downstairs. That's why I booked here. This room actually met my expectation. It's an amazing unique place. I can truthful say that I really recommend this hotel to all my friends. The only thing this hotel should improve is the service of reception. I booked room via an online travel website and didn't know why the hotel's system could not show our booking. This mistake could be come from the online agency or hotel's site but of course guest couldn't know it. Although we've arrived around 14:45 we'd to wait 45 min. for check in. The reason is that the house keeping was still making room. I wondered why they took so long time to do it while it's a very low season. My booking was "My Spirit" room type but the receptionist let me change to another room which is called "My mind" without asking me before changing. When we asked her about this alteration she just explained that the "My Spirit" room type was so hot so she gave us an upgrade. I think before she decided something she should pay attention to the feeling of customer so that guest will not be confused at all.
