The location was excellent for the main areas, staff could not do enough for you at all times. The pool area was relaxing, clean and drinks were available at all times (to purchase). Rooms were spacious and clean and provided teas and coffee and water and also toiletries. Would definitely recommend this for a break in Hoi An, they even had cycles to use free of charge.

This hotel is beautiful and the service provided by the reception staff is fantastic. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, the short walk to the market / old town is easy and the spa / gym is great. The breakfast spread is excellent too. We had the cheapest room option but it was clean and beautifully laid out. Some downsides for us were: - being woken up by house keeping every day knocking on our door at 8.30am. They even tried to open the door at one point using their key card - luckily, we had locked the door because I was in the bath! - the water pressure wasn’t great, especially in the hand sink, it was literally a trickle. The shower was better but still not powerful at all. - the taps don’t run hot or cold consistently eg in the shower I just used the cold tap and it came out luke warm, the hot was way too hot so I just didn’t bother with it. It could just have been our room though! Maybe other rooms aren’t affected. - the lady at breakfast who you give your room number to and opens the door isn’t particularly welcoming, perhaps her English isn’t great. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The staff generally are excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the environment is one that is clean, well organised and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel for one week, to relax, but end up staying 16 nights…That's how comfortable it is. The first week was in a Loft Room which has a homey feel to it. It was spacious and quiet. The other room we stayed in was next to the pool. Also great, especially the access to the pool and terrace to dry bathing suits. It was a little less quiet. The reception staff is great, especially Diëp, Lien and Hiep. They are very welcoming and hospitable. They help with whatever you need and greet you with a big smile. Breakfast is complete. Many different Asian - and more specific Vietnamese - dishes. Also great choice in eggs, fruit, salad, bread, yoghurt, pastries. And of course coffee, tea, fruitjuice, water. We did not miss anything. The restaurant serves good food. They also serve food and drinks at the pool. Happy hourS were nice. Funny detail, same dishes or drinks werd prepared differently on different days. For example if we ordered a Caesar Salad, the lettuce would be different from the day before. Or it would have croutons or egg (or not). Quality was good, so it didn’t bother us. But is inconsistent. Restaurant/breakfast staff was also very friendly and remember your preference. We especially liked the ladies My, Mai and Van. And also the man (Thom?). The pool (staff) was also great. Good beds, big towels, restaurant service. Nice to cool of during the hot days. Sometimes children would be a little loud, but that’s the parents task to control. Overall great stay and if we visit Hoi An again - which we probably will because it is a great town - we will book this hotel.

This is a modern hotel with comfortable, well air conditioned bedrooms about 15 minutes from the heart of the old town of Hoi An. The highlight is the spa, which is well managed by Sen, and staffed by a large group of skilled masseuses. Our package included a daily 45 minute session and we used it every day. On the day after our long trip to Hue we had a double session to make up for the one we missed. My favourite was the hot bamboo stick massage which seems to have ironed out some of the knots in my muscles. The pool area is beautiful and the main pool is about 20 metres so long enough for swimming not just cooling down. The breakfast is one of the best buffets I have experienced with all cuisines catered for. The Japanese choices will presumably by back when the Japanese tourists are. The menu for lunch and dinner is small but includes Vietnamese, other Asian and Western options including pasta, pizza and burgers for the fussy eaters. The hotel is quiet in the evening but there is plenty to do in Hoi An town.

Almanity Hoi An is an absolute oasis. We stayed for 5 nights and have never felt so relaxed. Everything about this place is polished and professional as well as welcoming and very very clean. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and a special mention goes to Hiep from the front desk and My from the restaurant who both went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thankyou so much Almanity Hoi An!!

Thank you lien, diep, minh, nhung and ba for a fantastic stay. We Loved the location, the breakfast and everything inbetween. The location near the old city is fantastic and being able to rent the bicycles made it even more convenient. Given the reopening just recently post covid, my family and I couldn't be happier.

I can only echo the other reviews below. The hotel itself is actually quite nice, but it’s completely let down by the uneducated Vietnamese guests who stay here. There are only a handful of guests here, but they are so loud and it’s awful. 5:30 am shouting, running, stomping, dragging furniture around. Then you get peace from 10am until 3pm and then it starts all over again. Families just let their kids shout and scream, no consideration for other guests. The hotel is so small, there is no escape. Gym is ok but the actual hotel room isn’t at all special. Very basic. I have stayed in nicer rooms in a 3*. The best part is by far the pool area but that is ruined by the guests who stay here. So glad we are only here for 2 nights. If you want peace and quiet with likeminded people, THIS ISNT FOR YOU. You have been warned. I can only imagine how bad it is when it’s full.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.
