We were so happy to get dropped off at Thanh Binh 3 in the middle of the night. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating to our family. The pool made it a perfect hotel for my 6 year old during the hot weather. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and well priced for the...

We stopped at this hotel for one night at the recommendation of the driver who brought us from Danang. It was a charming place, worthy of exploring the building, and at $30 for a double, economical. The breakfast was variable, very good, and plentiful. The location is convenient to the river and the old town, yet it was quiet. While...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the Old Quarter, Mini Mart right next door, lots of cafes and massage places in the same street, and only a short 10 min taxi ride to An Bang Beach. A reliable money changer is located in the Optical store around the corner....

Very comfortable bed, clean pool, central location and efficient air conditioning. Staff are fairly disinterested. Needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning around reception and pool but the rooms are good. Very poor breakfast

We've stayed here on previous occasions [some years ago] and returned in April this year. Our previous stays were so good and the staff [Mr Long and ors] make the visit memorable. We had 2 rooms overlooking the pool that offered a private balcony, entered from the bedroom through large opening doors. The hotel is situated a walking distance from...

Minutes walk from the tourist area of Hoi An. The rooms all surround the pool and the timber work through the hotel is beautiful. Our room was large, clean and great little balcony overlooking the street but quiet enough to not stop us from sleeping. Breakfast had a wide selection and everything freshly made. Zero complaints about this place. Fantastic...

Stayed here for 4 nights upon recommendation from a friend. The rooms and pool are the highlights along with the close proximity to the old quarter. Breakfasts are ordinary featuring cold coffee, basis good choices and average staff service. The hotel provides basic comfortable service but nothing beyond this. The pool remains a winner.

Decent sized rooms and good location however this is all irrelevant for the fact that the service is severely lacking. Checked in handed over my passport and was handed the keys to the room. That's as far as the communication went. Suffice to say as soon as a tour bus arrives with a group of Chinese tourists the front desk...

After looking at different hotels throughout the cityI discovered this little gem which I highly recommend. It is also called Serene Hotel and it certainly lives up to it's name. The place is beautiful, well taken care of with spacious rooms all overlooking a lovely pool. The staff is helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast is included and has...

The hotel is old but the rooms are good, they have good mattresses and nice bathrooms. They have a killer free buffet breakfast! Laundry is a little bit more expensive then what is normal but it's really fast. The location is perfect and the street is not too busy.
