NGO House Villa is a small complex, run very efficiently by Loan. I had a deluxe double balcony room. It was clean and modern with a nice hot shower, comfy bed & small balcony. The room is very small though and I find it hard to believe the advertised 28m2. The location is super convenient, over the river and near the night markets. One morning there were screaming kids in the pool at 7.30am and being small, the noise travelled. Loan was very apologetic, but I came across this at other properties also which really amazed me. Why do parents & hotel staff have no consideration for other guests. All of this said, I do recommend NGO especially if you are on a budget (and don’t mind a small room) as her prices are very reasonable for what this property delivers.

We stay in the rooftop room which was small but perfectly adequate, The room facilities were great, fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The night market was located one minute away and main area was very close. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. Perfect place to stay when visiting \Hoi Anh

This is my second stay at the Ngo House. It's not a fancy place but it's a great value and the family that runs it are what keep me returning. They are always so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend a room away from the road as the road noise can be a bit loud at times. I love how close it is to the river/restaurant area. There is a little mini-mart right next door so you don't have to go far for anything you need. I will continue to stay there when I come to Hoi An.

I had asked a friend in Hoi An to find me a place to stay in the island. She found this place for me. To describe the room, bottom floor, windows to the pool, refrigerator, good TV with a few good Channels, a shower which you can close the shower door. I didn’t use the pool and should have, it was very inviting. Friendly staff, very welcoming, my room was cleaned and bed made every day. The location is perfect, 3 minute walk to the river, as well as, the night market, bars and restaurants. I actually stayed there twice and hope to again when I come back to Hoi An

Good place to stay in Hoi An! Good location, great rooms, good price and very helpful staff🌟 The place is close to the river, restaurants, the ancient town and the night market. It’s a nice and quiet street and if you walk one block away from the place there is bars, music and lots of people.

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at the Homestay. It's a nice property and is in a perfect location to enjoy the Ancient Town in Hoi An. Loan and Dat are so pleasant and accommodating, and the staff are great. One of the highlights for me was the marvelous breakfasts I was served.

I'd stayed at Ngo Homestay four years ago and upon returning, wasn't surprised to discover that like me, many people come back to stay at this delightful location. It's that good! This time I stayed across the street at the Villa which, like the Ngo Homestay, has the same high standards that ensure a comfortable and memorable time in Hoi An. The family members and staff who run both establishments are a key feature - great people who work hard to look after you. This time, I was treated to coconut coffee at a cafe near the Japanese Bridge, as well as a complimentary airport transfer with the owners who also happened to be on their way to Da Nang on the morning I was leaving. The owners are very friendly, i got new towels every day, even the rooms were cleand daily. The bathroom had hot water everytime and was also very clean. They have a nice pool. Tien from the reception was very friendly and helped me a lot :) tey booked me a tour and provided airport transfer.

I had an awesome time staying here. The location is great, just a short walk to all the attractions and restaurants in ancient town. The WiFi in my room was fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay in Hoi An.

A family run business, really uniquely decorated, very very clean, quiet, super convenient location. That staff are all very friendly and helpful, Nhi was great helping up book our tours and taxis. Great price for such high quality!
