Location is great, 10 minutes walking from the old town, across the Hotel entrance you find a bike shop with fair prices. Staff is very helpfull. I accrued a problem whilst staying in Vietnam and the managent and front office staffs were so helpful and were willing to try and help me in any way possible. It is perfectly situated looking over the river and also just outside the old town of Hoi An. The food in the restaurant is nice, the staff are very friendly

The rooms are ok, but not supernice. The beds are as hard as the floor. For breakfast, you get old food, springrolls must be from yesterday and fruit covered in flies. Dry bread with cheese is the best alternative. Good coffee, though. The WiFi is almost nonexcisting. The pool actually excists, but there is no water in it. The staff...

Good location across a bridge from Ancient Town. Views of river and Ancient Town from bungalow rooms. Credit cards not accepted and prices for services such as airport transfers are at the whim of the manager and seem to change daily Rooms overpriced - beds are hard, some lights didn't work, kettle had Australian plug which therefore didn't fit the...

We booked online, thinking the pictures made it look really nice, but when we arrived, its not great. The setting is nice by the river, but for what you pay and the quality of the rooms, which were definitely below par, i'd spend my money in one of the other numerous hotels in Hoi An

Very nice landscaping and ancient-style architecture give this resort a nice touch and an air of finish and refinement. It has a swimming pool, its own garden, lots of colourful flowers and vegetation, walkways paved in stone. Inside, I found the room to be just average. The bathroom was very old though. Cobwebs in the window, no dehumidifier in the...

My partner & I stayed in a bunglow with riverside view for $80USD per night. We also got some washing done which cost $18USD. This seemed rather expensive and the odd part was everything needed to be paid in cash. We enjoyed the bungalow, the room was next to the pool and was really dark and enjoyable. My big disappoinment...

On the paper, Pho Hoi Resort seemed charming, cute and a very good deal with the price of less than 30usd for 2 people. I must have been very cute 10 years ago, but the facilities are ageing and not well maintained. A/C very old and noisy, the handle of the bathroom was rusted, shower curtain was dirty, we could...

Oh well, a Resort fo $35 couldn't get any "better". Although the hotel was built 17 years ago, the rooms are pretty good. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but the AC was so old and noisy that made it hard for us to sleep. In the middle of the night we turned off, so we could sleep. The...
