Our free shuttle (courtesy of Grasshopper Tours) is at 7:30 PM tomorrow evening. The manager here is letting us stay in our rooms until 4:40. Then we can go have dinner and make our shuttle. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the price is very reasonable. The adjoining restaurant at each location has had some of the best food I've had since coming to Vietnam. The hotel location is very central, just around 5 mins of walking to the old quarter. I was well taken care by the reception staffs. They showed me some hidden gems to eat & places to go in Hoi An. The room is well equipped combined with great breakfasts. I will definitely stay at this hotel again once I come back to Hoi AnDear Trần T, Thank you for your great review. - animalmadUkHereford, United Kingdom91 contributionsVery pleasant stayWe stayed as part of a tour through Vietnam, the hotel was very welcoming with helpful friendly staff throughout. Reception spoke good English , were available to answer any queries and knew the details of pick ups relating to us. The room was very generous with a comfortable bed, decent pillows and an amazing shower with really hot water. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from covering most tastes/ cultures. The pool was clean and well looked after. There were plenty of sun beds available. The only reason I haven’t given 4 * is the view out of our room was onto a jumble of old roof terraces so not pleasant. We just kept the curtains closed. There were some rooms with lovely balconies over looking the pool but I imagine these would be more expensive. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.Xin chao, Thank you so much for your review. I travel for business but bring my parent and my 8 months boy . The staff is so young but so supportive and friendly. They pay attention to details at the level that you would feel like they hunt for every chance to help you. I feel very comfortable leaving my family at the hotel, as I know they has been taking care of. You definitely should try the restaurant as well, Vietnamese cuisine. Basic dish, cheap but excellent. Overall, value for money and over expectation.

We had a happy time at this hotel, good service and friendly staff. Close to the city and easy to ride to the beach on a bike which you can borrow for free at the hotel. Great experience 👍 Nice breakfast with freshly eggs. I would suggest this hotel to everyone….

Nothing to be faulted with this hotel other than (unrealistic wishful thinking) that the pool would have been nicer if colder. Refreshing to see "What you see is what you get" advertising. Would stay again :) for sure

The hotel with good service, staffs with professional attitude, when we entered the room we were really surprised because the room was very large and designed with really elegant and delicate colors. The food is delicious and diversed, the most special ones are the specialties of Hoi An. We really like this hotel and Hoi An city too, we will definitely come back here.

Perfect choice for a short holiday in beatiful Hoi An city! The staffs here is the heart of the hotel, very enthusiastic, always help if you need any assistance. We took an overnight bus from Nha Trang and arrived early, they tried to let us check in earlier than normal. We very appriate that! Great location, large swimming pool, delicious food. Thank you so much EMM for your great service and hospitality!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. All the staff were very hospitable and accommodating. They try their best to fulfill your wants and needs. The pool was a plus especially during the very hot afternoons. Air conditioning and temperature control in the rooms were near perfect. Location was great near Old Town and free bikes, even though it was hot, we’re great for early mornings. If we are in Hoi An again will consider staying here again for sure.
