Wow. What a Resort …. From start of holiday to the end Fabulous accommodation/food/staff. Pool and beach are both fantastic Trips a little bit more expensive from hotel but you get private car/tour guide so worth it Thanks to Hong Pink/Vy Nguyen Van/Vu Tong for making our Holiday so wonderful. These 3 members of Staff went over and beyond and are now friends for life. All staff are welcoming and helpful though. Hoi An Town can be accessed by free shuttle bus from Hotel although by taxi it’s only 120,00 vnd which is about £3/4. Would we come back …..YES in an instant ❤️💙

I didn't personally choose to stay at Palm Garden. It was assigned to me by my tour guide. It ended up being a wonderful experience. The beach and water fronting the resort is top notch. I jumped in the ocean at least twice a day. The sand is as soft as can be under your feet. One of the best beaches I've been to. That's saying something since I'm from Hawaii. They have a great pool also. I had some miscommunication with my tour guide that left me stressed one morning. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for her to show up. I was expecting her to pick me up at 1030 so I could make it to my flight. l actual time we agreed to meet was 1230. It was because of this dilemma that I got to experience the wonderful service of some of the hotel staff. They were genuinely concerned and they worked hard to allay some of my anxiety. It was much appreciated. So a special thanks to Van, Trann and Thi. They're a wonder example to top notched service.

Palm garden beach resort is well worth the visit, the rooms are surrounded by 5 hectares of lush gardens, if you want high rise don’t go there . We had beach bungalow 416 and was very quiet, there is construction next door at a new resort but noise is minimal, Beach is great and water is clear and clean, staff are very helpful and happy especially the lifeguard Vu, who will get you you pool towels, Breakfast is vary extensive, if you are after different food go directly across the road to a restaurant called Mi Casa they do authentic Vietnamese food and the owners Chung and Kha are willing to do anything for you, they treated us like family , they went above and beyond to help us Rose and Greg

It was one of the best resort experience for our family. Either of the rooms are nicely planned and facilities are great and good quality. Breakfast has broad selection of european and vietnamese food which is changing almost everyday. Also they had american and vietnamese coffee selection to choose from. The resort and its rooms are very clean and neatly organized. Actually the resort is much better than their photos on tripadvisor. Pool is cleqn and safe for kids and maintenance is pretty well. The staff speak perfect english and they are very kind and caring. It is the best resort that you can find in Da Nang amd Hoi An area as we have tried another 5 star resort close to Da Nang and that was disaster. Only drawback is that it is little far from Da Nang around 15-20min drive away.

We stayed at Palm Garden for 10 nights as part of our first trip to Vietnam. We live in Malaysia and have loved discovering this wonderful country. We booked a double room with seaview and we were happy with the location-overlooking the sea and sandy beach. The bungalow was comfortable, cleaned daily and had a turn down service each night. Staff in the beach bar, restaurants and around the pool were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. On our second night we received a letter to tell us that there was going to be an event on the grass in front of our bungalow with music lasting until 10pm. To compensate this, the hotel offered an additional free bus to and from Hoi An old town for that night. We took advantage of this and whilst we were not a fan of the loud music when we returned at 9.30, it did stop at 10pm. The next day, we noticed the hotel staff setting up for another event in the same way. This time there was no offer of a shuttle bus. We went out of the hotel for dinner and put up with the noise again which stopped at 10pm. On this occasion, we spoke to staff at reception to say that we didn’t like the loud music. The response was-‘but it stopped at 10.’ We asked if there were going to be any more such events for the rest of our stay and were told no. Disappointingly, there were at least 4 more events throughout the week on the grass and beach in front of our accommodation. On one occasion, the team building event was set up around our sun beds and we had to move when it started. Each time, we were disturbed by microphones being tested, loud music and team building events from around 3pm and lasting until 10pm. These took place in front of our accommodation on the grass next to the beach bar and restaurant. One more offer of a shuttle bus was given. On our penultimate night, we asked about the lack of shuttle bus and the hotel did pay for a taxi to take us one way to the old town. However, the following day, another loud team building event started at 3pm on the beach and continued into the evening. The attendees were shouting, laughing and singing Karaoke. Even though we had asked about the bus the previous night, no bus was offered. The shuttle bus would have been a gesture but it would not have compensated for the number of events that happened throughout the week. I work in a large organization in Malaysia and many of my colleagues and friends love visiting Vietnam. I will explain my experience to them honestly and doubt they will then want to visit. We are planning to return to Vietnam next year with family but could not possibly risk the noise levels we have had to endure with our family. Sadly, we will also not return to Palm Garden as a couple.
