We chose Hoi A based on previous reviews and proximity to the old town and markets. The facilities are clean, the staff take incredible pride in the business and maintenance. The room is comfortable and quiet and we are walking distance to the majority of the attractions in town.
We love the fact we can grab a drink with ice and drink it safely. Coming from Australia this sort of thing is very important to us as we can’t afford to get sick. Breakfast is varied and delicious with enough to pack a sneaky snack if you need to.
The tours and activities the staff have recommended have been amazing and offer a pick up and drop off back to the hotel.
The neighbouring businesses all support the Hotel offering a good rate to Hotel guests as well.
We highly recommend staying here. We have another four days here and intend to explore a little bit more of this beautiful country and the amazing people that we have met on our journey here.

The hotel is beautifully designed and very clean. The hotel staff is very attentive and seemed to truly care about our satisfaction. The Hadana Boutique resort is also at a great location, with restaurants nearby, tailoring, and pharmacy but also not too close to bars so the night sleep is peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet is free and has great options to suit different preferences. If you need, they can also arrange transportation back to da nang airport or da nang city with about 30 mins notice for a pretty fair price similar to grab but the hotel vehicles are bit more spacious for yourself and luggage! Totally recommend for a getaway or a honeymoon.

I stayed in Vietnam for one week but this resort was the best of all of the ones I stayed at. The staff and service were all so friendly and lovely. From the moment I walked in o felt so welcome and safe here. The breakfast had a great selection of options and it was always full and plentiful. They gave me a free room upgrade and it was absolutely beautiful, cleaned everyday to a high standard and always felt fresh and comfortable. The pool was very nice to enjoy during the hot afternoons and overall the resort was fantastic and very close to the Old Town. In particular Mei was very welcoming and friendly she made my stay from the moment I walked in, very relaxed and amazing. Thank you Mei for your hospitality and kindness.

To summarise in one line - The Hadana is very good value for money.
Location - the hotel is a 15 min walk to the river side in Old Town which is where you're likely to end up in the evenings. It's a pleasant walk through the hordes of Tailors, massage parlours and cutesy cafes. The hotel is on a quiet street which is good, the only flip side being the walk can seem a bit tedious in hot and humid conditions, which was the weather during my time there.
Room - the room is spacious with all the amenities as you'd expect. Importantly the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, I had a good nights sleep during my stay there. It also has a large balcony overlooking the pool.
The breakfast is a bit of hit and miss in my opinion. They have a counter doing local food which I quite enjoyed, a local noodle soup combination like Pho and other things. The chef is happy to show you the condiments to add and talk you through it.
The breads could be better, particularly the croissants which were soft, and not crisp and flaky as they're supposed to be. The other assortment of cakes, Danish etc were just about okay. The waffles were also pre-made and hence not enjoyable if you like them hot and crispy.
The service was helpful and attentive, they'd be happy to arrange transport, tours or even just recommendations should you need any.
All in all, it's a well appointed hotel, certainly not high end luxury. But good value for money and comfortable for a short stay.

We travelled as a group of 4 and had a great time. The location of the hotel was very close to the main part of Hoi An, and the reception team were very knowledgeable for local attractions and places to eat. The buffet breakfast was incredible and varied with options, and the rooms were very comfortable with great mattresses and pillows. An all round great experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, about a 15-20min walk into the old town. We had room on the 1st floor with a small balcony over looking the pool / courtyard. The pool / courtyard is bordered by the hotel on all sides, this has the effect of reverberating any noise below and amplifying it for the rooms above, I'm unsure if a room to the front of the hotel is better due to noise from the street. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, the bed was comfy but the pillows less so. House keeping was spot on every day and the room included multi plug style plug sockets if you didn't bring an adapter. There was also an in room safe inside the wardrobe although this wasn't fixed to anything. The buffet style breakfast had a good selection of foods from Asia and the west, although I'd recommend the omelette as it's cooked fresh, so of the precooked food wasn't always kept as hot, and sadly the coffee was a disappointment. Staff at the hotel were really good, Stella le in particular became our personal link to the hotel via WhatsApp, she was able to organise elements for our room and answered our queries promptly and efficiently. Directly opposite the hotel entrance is a laundry and a small mini mart if you need some supplies.

We were made to feel welcome upon arrival and the attentive, friendly service continued throughout our 8 day stay here. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who were always interested in what we had been doing with our day. They organised day tickets & private taxi to Ba Na Hills for us and recommended a theatre visit in Hoi An to see Teh Dar at the Lune Center and collected tickets during the day for an evening performance on our behalf……..going above and beyond for customers. A special shout out to the chef with the biggest smile ( I apologise for not remembering his name ) who cooked the eggs as well as stocking others items up in the dining room. Also special thanks to Ngan (Mei), Thuan, Sen & Hieu. The only problem we had during our stay was that the water from the shower flooded a lot of the bathroom floor and reaching around the back of the toilet / however as soon as I reported staff arrived to attend to the problem. It did continue and I was offered to move room which I couldn’t be bothered to re-pack our belongings. I asked for a squigee so I could move the water back into the shower which took a minute or so and once it had been wiped dry it was fine for us! They recommended the Dolphin restaurant that was on the beach at A Bang which supplied free sunbeds & towels for hotel guests. A superb stay which we won’t forget 👏🏻

I am very pleased to inform that there are many people who always book the hotel cars to pick up guests from Da Nang Airport. Hotel's airport service is always the best choice for travelers for a safe trip.
In order to meet your expectation, we would like to offer you our special resort add private airport/ railway limousine service at 450,000 (about $US 20) per way for 2 people. surcharge VND 100,000 if pick up time after 10:00PM.
In addition, we have s special offer 10% promotion for total amount when you book 2 ways for tranfer service.
If you agree the rate offered, please reply us with details ( flight number, place of arriving, departure and arriving time).
There is no shuttle bus service from airport to Hoi An or at a certain location at a scheduled time.
Currently, according to the policy, GrabCar Service is no longer available in Quang Nam (Hoi An) ...Although it will probably be cheaper (little bit less cost about 2-3 usd), but it is safer and easier to book a hotel service.
