The staff and rooms were really nice and clean. The surrounding is full of green trees and the architecture is like in the old Vietnamese House with wooden stairs and bridges. The staff is ok, but a little bit annoying when they knock in the door at 18.00 pm for...room cleaning and asking me if I'm ok, just after check-in....

Vinh the front receptionist checked us into a a most delightful room with a nice big tub. The hotel is only a few years old. Chinh and Sinh also from the front reception helped with lots of information to make our stay in Hoi An a busy one. And Anh from the restarurant recommended us to delicious sea food in...

From the very beginning you are greeted with happy helpful people at the hotel, it was very clean and the twin share room was of a good size, I was extremely happy with the value for money. My sister and I stayed and as we had a lot of day tours we stayed in at night and ate from there...

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The landscaping and environs are lovely, including the pool. The old town is 15-20mins walk away. However the rooms are in need of a refresh - over time the wardrobe doors and bathroom door no longer shut, and there is mould in the bathroom. It seems impossible to use the shower without getting...

This place was chosen by my travel agent, well priced but more than comfortable. The rooms are large and have all modern conveniences. The gardens and rooms are beautifully maintained. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast included is fantastic, fresh food and a range if local and western food to choose from. A central pool adds to...

We stayed in Hoi An for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience. The hotel was lovely and totally relaxing. Transport was provided into town or the beaches. You can walk to town as it is not far and plenty to see. You can hire bikes if you want to travel around. At the back of the complex you can watch...

We stayed for a week in January. We were 11 people traveling together (2 sets of parents w/ 3 and 4 kids :) respectively) Rooms are beautiful, beds comfortable, and the garden and pool are calm and inviting. Staff help us with everything - arranging tours, booking air travel, serving late lunch, breakfast bags for early morning check out. Thank...

Can't fault it really, was a great stay. Front of house staff very sweet and attentive. Quite a few steps so wouldn't be good for people with disabilities. Staff are happy to carry your bags to the room. Lovely setting, rooms cleaned very efficiently. Done a lovely honeymoon spread on the duvet for us. Bikes available for free use. Breakfast...

We chose a suite for our 6 night stay over New Year. Expensive for the quality of the room. Arrived late evening and shuffled to our room - no welcome drink or overview. The rooms are tired and have a musty smell, the suite had no view except another rooms door and the roof of the house next door (very...

They really try to make the stay a pleasant one. However, everything is very dated, not soundproofed at all. The management is not flexible at all (chaning room because of too much noise and not properly working shower). The employees there are very friendly but it doesn't make this say comfortable because of all this mentioned above. They have free...
