We have had the pleasure of staying at this great hotel for 1 night. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel only has 6 rooms so you have to make the reservation 2-3 months in advance. What made this stay so speciel was the atmosphere of the hotel, the area and the staff. Complimentary the guests are invited on a...

this hotel was the highlight of our trip. A 200 years old merchants house - so beautiful. We stayed in the Michael Caine suite, very comfortable. There are only 6 rooms here. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. We took advantage of having dinner with the staff and had lovely food and got the opportunity to learn a little...

We stayed for 3 nights a few weeks ago that coincided with Full Moon. We enjoyed our stay in The Michael Caine room. Nice to sit out on the balcony and people watch. The room was very big and comfortable if a bit dark. Very big comfortable bed. The staff were very pleasant too. Always a smile and an 'hello'...

Only 6 rooms, period furniture in 200 year old house. The rooms are dark teak, with red lanterns in the corridors. A shared balcony overlooking the street actions. They have free WiFi, breakfast ( fruit, eggs, toast) and even dinner with the staff at night should you wish. You also get a free foot massage and you can visit their...

I stayed 4 nights and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The historic house is just superb, and the stuff are very friendly and helpful. There are many complimentary extras, such as massages, boat rides, local food dinners, etc., included in the price. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has a lot of charm being a converted 200 year old Chinese merchant's house. There are only 6 rooms - 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs. The front rooms on Tran Phu are lighter than the rear ones and have a balcony outside (accessed from the corridor between them) but being on the street can suffer from street noise....

We stayed four nights in one of the few hotels that are within the Old Town. We stayed in the room that was used by Michael Caine's during filming of Quiet American. Large wood panelled room and bathroom with all the amenities one could wish for. A real treat is having supper with staff, when one can hear first hand...

Bang in the middle of the old quarter 100 metres from the Japanese Covered Bridge. Stayed here for 3 nights starting with Tet eve. First, few hotels have the history or character of Ving Hung Merchants House. Oak panelling and beams, this is one of Hoi An's famous tube houses. Only six rooms, one of which is named Michael Caine...

We have spent 1 eeek at this hotel. Perfect location, lovely staff and a quaint hotel. We have tried 3 rooms. The Michael Caine suite, and the 2 rooms in the back which are more quiet. Room 201 can accomodate 3 persons and has a huge bathroom. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony, eating street food in front...
