We were gutted to leave. The room was perfect with a huge conftable bed. Everything was cleaned and fresh water was given everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Only thing was the pool was slimy on the bottom in some areas but still very nice.

It seems far away but hoi an is so small, you can rent a bike for 30'000 vnd and be everywhere within 5-7min with your bike! The room is clean, the people are nice and the pool is good! The bathroom is just cool!! Only thing which wasn't really good are the cock who crow early in the morning (sunrise)... More

Relaxing villas, nice staff, really comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Well maintained. We enjoyed the villas for 3 day and had an amazing time! We would definitely come back. Amazing place to stay for your vacation and not too expensive.

We stayed 3 nights at Windbell Villa. The rooms are large by Vietnam standards with big beautiful windows for natural light. The bathroom was also big and both were very clean. The staff (family) were so kind, there was one young gentleman in particular who was very helpful - he helped us with our travel plans by recommending and booking... More

We slept 3 nights in this place. It is the nicest we have stayed in lately. The bathroom was so big and clean. They have a good restaurant with room service which is quite nice when it is raining in Hoi An. The swimming pool is just amazing. The staff was friendly but distant as well. They dont make us... We stayed six nights as a family of four - two adults and two kids. There are 16 rooms all spacious and clean. We stayed in a villa, which meant the kids had their own bathroom and a separate bedroom, our room was huge and included kitchen facilities and a lounge area. Breakfast is included in the price - local... More

We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had been in Hanoi for a week. After walking in the door (villa 104) I was amazed. The rooms were huge as well as the bathrooms. Bed super comfortable. Location was slightly out of town (10 min walk) but scooters were for hire from windbell at $5USD a day. Had a... More

Big rooms, lovely showers, comfy beds, decent size pool and a 15 minute stroll to the historic old town. Tips; book taxis early as they take ages. Room 106/7/8 are quiet. Don't leave your key in reception if you return after 2230. Cargo club restaurant is only worth it if you book a balcony table. Very very busy. Really wish... More

The room was beautiful and lavish though the a/c was small so it took ages to cool down. Service was excellent and Robby and his family were very friendly and helpful with excursions, transfers, etc. Pool was nice and clean but very warm which is unavoidable because of the heat in Hoi An. Breakfast was excellent and lots on offer.... More

Gorgeous and spacious room. A little far from city center but nice and quiet area. Breakfast was not so good, they served instant noodle (not real pho) - only negative aspect. I would still recommend this hotel.
