The villa is clean, simply well decorated and garden/pool is spotless. Staff members are friendly and hard working, we felt so comfortable with staff members. Only I felt unhappy was when we checked in. The manager who helped us to check in, set forth orientation authoritatively as obligatory. As she cut short in explanation of how to use whole villa, we had to face lots of difficulty to feel comfortable. But we all figured by ourselves so no problem. Other than that, it was fantastic and I definitely want to go back to the Villa.

Room Tip: We rented a whole house, so the best room in the villa is not facing to the pool.

The Red Bridge is really a gem in Hoi An. Lovely get away with hassle free hospitality. I arrived at dinner time and asked Nicholas to cook food from their kitchen, I end up a lovely meal in the villa with the quality of a good authentic and the comfort of eating in my own home. Breakfast every morning was sumptuous. They provide a home chef service w/ 4 people serving us great local food and good coffee. Follow up with a free boat ride down to the Hoi An city. The house is large, comfortable, quiet, private and cozy. Surely is my top choice if I come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Bridge Villa. Everything was as described. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms were wonderful. The villa is situated in a picturesque location outside of town right next to the restaurant and cooking school (which is a very fun experience). Taxi into town takes about 10 minutes and is inexpensive. There is a mobile phone provided and you can call for one to pick you up. Don’t really recommend walking as there is no sidewalk and the traffic can be busy. The highlight of our visit was our two cooks, Yang and Muoi (hopefully I spelled their names correctly). They were delightful and the breakfasts, superb. We felt their noodles (both Cao Lau, and Pho) to be the best we had anywhere. They also did laundry for us each day which was hugely helpful. Bottom-line; completely loved staying here and that was in spite of a tropical storm making its presence known with wind and rain for a couple of days! Rain or shine, it’s great!

This was my family’s first trip to Vietnam and I’m so glad we found this place, the villa was huge, had a pool, backyard, beautiful walkway to the villa behind a private door/gate, and the cooking school at the restaurant was a huge hit for our 3 young children and my wife. There was AC in every room, and we were very comfortable once we arrived and started the AC. It was also close to the town with less than a 10 min taxi ride. Things to note, Grab doesn’t work in Hoi An due to some problems they had with taking jobs away from Taxis or something I heard, so getting a taxi if you don’t speak the language was hard for us. We were given a phone with numbers to taxis which was helpful, but when we called we couldn’t communicate and was unfortunately a struggle to get transportation, except when we walked outside to the main entrance a couple times a taxi dropped by and we got a ride to town. For women, be aware that the lighting in this place isn’t ideal, especially for trying to put on makeup and such (so my wife said). The beds were fine, and no loud noises are around. A great place for a big group. The host had 2 women come and let themselves in to make a great breakfast at whatever time you walk. Try the omelets and banana pancakes. They also cleaned the place for us when we left. We were all very glad we stayed here and would do it again. Thanks so much for the experience and hospitality!
