We have stayed at many lovely hotels in Vietnam. Each was a delight in its own way but KA Villa is on the next level. There is something very special about KA Villa. You can feel the team’s commitment to quality in every moment. And it’s authentic. You can feel it in the small and simple things as well as the big things. We loved our spacious room with its contemporary design. And the courtyard with garden and koi pond is a delight. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the early evening with a drink. After experiencing the misery of buffet style breakfasts at other hotels, we felt ecstatic that the hot breakfast at KA Villa was cooked fresh to our order. (What a fabulous start to the day.) I stayed in KA Villa with my husband for a week in mid-June. This was our first proper vacation in three years (since before Covid), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were greeted with fresh fruit, iced tea and big smiles from Nhung (the manager) and her team. To our absolute delight, as the hotel was not too busy at that moment, they offered us a free upgrade. The room was big, sparkling clean, with a balcony overlooking a pretty little courtyard. The best feature by far is the wonderful staff, especially the manager, Ms.Nhung. She is extremely kind, friendly and helpful, and runs this little hotel in a very professional manner. They all went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and definitely contributed a lot to our whole wonderful experience in Hoi An. Every little detail was taken care of with so much kindness and consideration - from making sure the room was spotless, to drying and folding our laundry, and helping us cool down our scorching hot motorbike seat that we'd left in the sun all morning. :D KA villa is located just off An Bang beach, a mere two-minute walk from Tan Thanh beach. We actually found it way better than An Bang - not crowded at all, peaceful and pretty clean. It's also a 10-minute walk or a two-minute bike ride (free bicycles provided by the hotel) away from all the lovely seafood restaurants and cafes on the main beach, as well as a 10-minute ride from Hoi An old town. Breakfast was great, too. Their a-la-carte menu includes a good selection of local and Western options, and every single dish we had was excellent (don't miss out on their banh mi and fried rice!). The staff will gladly recommend local restaurants if you ask, and you are also free to order food from the outside for lunch and dinner, as the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. TL;DR - book a room, you won't regret it! You'll be made to feel at home, taken care of and pampered, at a very reasonable price.…

They have recently renewed the villa to make it more comforting. I have visited over the last 2 year and visit the villa each time.Why?? Firstly the most welcoming and hospitable staff from the guards outside to receptionists. They all seem very happy to work here and as a result provide you with nothing but smiles and cheers. They are the type of villa that go above and beyond without you even having to request. The staff found out that I dont eat meat and so the next day made a special breakfast and made sure that they stocked up with all the vegetables possible. If you are looking for a great spot that is only also across the road from An bang beach and great restaurants and pubs I fully recommend this villa. Its in a great location, only 10 min taxi drive to the old town and 2 mins from the beach..it's worth the price.…

We spent a fews nights in KA villa in winter 2019 and I couldn't recommend more that place. The owner is fantastic, friendly, helpful, always smiling. The hotel is small enough to be cosy and big enough to have a nice pool - great for the kids. Breafasts are wonderful. I highly recommend !

Ka villa is full of life and great hospitality. From the moment you arrive you are treated as part of the family. The smiles are genuine and the care and attention the staff take is admirable. Nhung is a great leader and sets the tone for the great service KA villa delivers consistently. The guys that clean the rooms do it with pride the guys that deliver breakfast do it with pride the security and drivers enjoy working at KA VILLA . The guys on reception are excellent and so helpful . KA villa exists because Nhung and her husband had a dream and anyone staying there is sharing it . Would highly recommend

Best hotel experience ever! The hospitality that Nungh and her staff showed us was unlike any I have experienced in North America or Europe. Her whole staff treated us royally. The hotel was spotless, our room was made up minutes after we left it and the breakfasts were delicious. Nungh acted as concierge and graciously answered questions about tourist sites, things to do and booking flights. She welcomed our grandchildren even though they weren’t staying at the hotel and provided toys and books and even did their nails! You will not be unhappy if you book here. We had a great stay at the K.A. Villa. This hotel is perfection. From the amazing breakfast, to the private beach area with loungers, the pool area, the rooms right down to the amazing owner and staff, this hotel checks every box. They are the most helpful staff and offer free bicycles as well complimentary laundry services, you couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this place to all travellers.

Spent 5 days in Feb 2020 with my family. From check-in to check out we felt well taken care off. This hotel is managed as a family and for a few days, you feel part of it. No hard deadlines for breakfasts, friendly attitude and relaxed check out time, all you can expect to make your family holidays a bliss.
