We had a great stay at the K.A. Villa. This hotel is perfection. From the amazing breakfast, to the private beach area with loungers, the pool area, the rooms right down to the amazing owner and staff, this hotel checks every box. They are the most helpful staff and offer free bicycles as well complimentary laundry services, you couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this place to all travellers.

I stayed at KA Villa three weeks and enjoyed every day! KA Villa has a lot going for it to make your trip special but the owners and staff are at the top of the list! EVERYBODY at KA Villa was friendly, helpful, and sincere. You can stay at a very expensive hotel but I don't think you would receive the same level of service as KA Villa. The breakfasts are definitely worth getting up for in the morning. Each day three different fresh fruits were served plus a glass of fresh juice along with your meal. There is an extensive choice of Western or Vietnamese food which you select the day before. Sit down and your breakfast is served within minutes in a beautiful setting. I really miss those breakfasts! The rooms are spacious and VERY clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and a couple bottles of water are supplied. Another bonus was Netflix on the TV. The beach is a two minute walk and beach chairs are provided for hotel guests. There are good restaurants and bars nearby as well as a convenience store. I enjoyed just how quiet it was in the neighborhood plus staying at KA Villa is cooler than staying in the city. There was always a breeze at the beach so that dropped the temperature several degrees. Other benefits at KA Villa are free bikes, free laundry, a pool, and the wifi was good. Getting a taxi is no problem. Usually a taxi is waiting in the area and a trip to the city costs about four dollars. Give KA Villa a try and you will be happy you did. I hope to return to Hoi An next winter and will stay at KA Villa again. Thank you to the owners and staff for a wonderful visit!

Fabulous, smiling, helpful staff! The rooms are large and bright as are the bathrooms. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful served in an outdoor covered patio with a pond containing fish.. so relaxing. There is a pool , should you be too lazy to walk the 2 or 3 minutes to the beach where a beach bar and kitchen awaits. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Last, but not least, is the included laundry service so useful. Do yourself a favour and dont look any further.... you will thank me.

I had the best week at KA villa, everything from booking until I left was simply perfect. Nhung and her staff were all very friendly yet discreet, and all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Freshly cooked breakfast every day with a beautiful fruit platter was awesome, and they were able to cater to my very specific dietary needs. The room was huge, spotless and bug free (rare in Vietnam haha), the pool was a delight, as was the garden and the overall place just fabulous.
Location is ideal for a more relaxed and low-key holiday, with a beautiful, clean and quiet beach just across the road. But at the same time the old town is only a 15 mn bike or car ride. Lots of choices of restaurants and bars near KA villa but no loud music all night nearby which was lovely.
Overall, the most peaceful and easy stay I’ve had in a long time.

We have now stayed KA Villa Hoi An several time now an really love the hotel and location right on An Bang Beach. This is a small boutique hotel that provides a alternative to the busier parts of Hoi Ans locations. Whilst it is only short taxi fare to the old city costing less than $5.00 it is easy to venture in if you want. They have a pool which is ideal after a swim at the beach which is not crowded. There are several restaurants and bars located within a few minutes walk. They also provide a free laundry service. The staff are wonderful. We do look forward to our stays here! We couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredible. Very hospitable and attentive. They are always making your stay with them the best they can! Lovely area.
The location of the villa was easy to access tourist attractions, there was alot of restaurants walking distance with delicious local foods, across the road from the beach which was incredible to enjoy.
There was bikes to use free of charge to enjoy the surroundings of this beautiful villa which made it even better as we never had to go far for anything we needed

Where to start!! The recently renovated KA Villa Hoi An is exceptional in every way - from the warm and informative welcome, to the thoughtful little touches, the amazing hospitality, the beautiful decor, delicious breakfasts and perfect location. A stones throw from a lovely quiet beach and various little restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the main An Bang beach. Nhung and her staff do an outstanding job and nothing is too much trouble. A stay at this hotel is highly recommended!!

Best hotel experience ever! The hospitality that Nungh and her staff showed us was unlike any I have experienced in North America or Europe. Her whole staff treated us royally. The hotel was spotless, our room was made up minutes after we left it and the breakfasts were delicious. Nungh acted as concierge and graciously answered questions about tourist sites, things to do and booking flights. She welcomed our grandchildren even though they weren’t staying at the hotel and provided toys and books and even did their nails! You will not be unhappy if you book here. We loved KA villa and we are sad we only stayed 2 nights. The hotel is just opposite the beach, which is lush and tranquil. It’s a great quiet spot with bars close by. All staff are amazing! They were really kind and helpful in transfers trips and helping with our next accommodation. Rooms are very spacious with safety deposit box,toiletries, hot shower, air con, good WiFi and large bed some have balcony. The main tourist area is 5km away, however you can take a free bike or use Grab app for a taxi. Aprox £1.80 each way. We loved every minute! We had a fab tour of the market and cooking class along with ‘coconut boats’, organised by the hotel. Nhung, helped us contact our next accommodation, for which we are very grateful. They have recently renewed the villa to make it more comforting. I have visited over the last 2 year and visit the villa each time.Why?? Firstly the most welcoming and hospitable staff from the guards outside to receptionists. They all seem very happy to work here and as a result provide you with nothing but smiles and cheers. They are the type of villa that go above and beyond without you even having to request. The staff found out that I dont eat meat and so the next day made a special breakfast and made sure that they stocked up with all the vegetables possible. If you are looking for a great spot that is only also across the road from An bang beach and great restaurants and pubs I fully recommend this villa. Its in a great location, only 10 min taxi drive to the old town and 2 mins from the beach..it's worth the price.

The nearest restaurant is our neighbour. They serve local food and drink. If you don’t want to go out, you totally can order their food and eat at our hotel.
The nearest bar is just some steps from our hotel. Its name is Kahunas.
At a distance of 100m-300m from our hotel, you can find at least 5 more good restaurants and bars, both local and western style such as: Sea Crab, Salty Sea, Green Tree, Salt Pub, Moyo Beach Cluh...
About 700m far from our hotel, on the left hand side , there are many many more choices of restaurants or bars such as Purple Lantern, Tamarine Tree, Deck House, Soul Kitchen, Kukun Hoi An...

- There are only 4 sun lounges around the pool.
