As someone who has traveled to many countries and stayed at many fine hotels, this is truly one of the best. The service, location, attention to detail, cleanliness, everything is top notch. If you plan to visit Hoi An, this is absolutely the hotel you want to stay in.
Well as soon as we arrived we were given a lovely welcome and advised we had been upgraded to a Suite. The room is huge with a massive balcony complete with a swing. The gardens were beautiful and full of butterflies, birds and dragonfly. Both restaurants were fabulous, but The Temple food was luxurious. You must try the Tenderloin. So reasonably priced, both food and drink. There are 4 pools all with little private areas. Our favourite is the one overlooking the rice fields where you can watch birds including kingfishers. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. Lane and Nung are both amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They should come to the UK to teach hospitality! Thank you Lane for the extra special time and teaching me some Vietnamese. Gamun. You are funny and made us laugh. I am sorry about Neil and his teeth!…
The hotel sits on the edge of town (it's about a 15 minute unpleasant walk) and, from the road, it looks totally unassuming. Once inside, however, it is a large, beautiful oasis with immaculate gardens and pools sprinkled throughout. We got room 207, which had a nice balcony overlooking the main pool. The room is huge, with plenty of space to open luggage without clogging it up. Bathroom had bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast was good, but could be better (no freshly squeezed juice, no choice of coffee, limited cheese). Overall a good experience, thank you !
There's a reason for people to call it a Insta resort, everywhere in a resort can be a background for an Insta post. Other than that, service is great, good breakast buffet, the pool is amazing, and the location is just outside the old town, 5 min by scooters or 15 mins walk. The rooms are smaller than from the picture. Room amenities are ok, nothing special. What I like most is that they try to reduce plastic in the rooms as much as they can. If you want to enjoy the hotel's pools or you want to take lots of photos for your Instagram, choose this. If you just want a comfortable stay with a nicer room, there will be better options out there. All in all, my family and I have a great stay!
Good quality hotel comparable with big name hotel chains. Rooms and facilities are as good as advertised. Staff try very hard to do a good job and make their service count. Restaurant wait staff are professional and able to engage. Only downside is hotel's location about 1km out of town. Very manageable walk but just not pleasant along narrow busy pavements. They shd keep the shuttle svc. Otherwise a great hotel, good stay experience. Good value. Highly recommended.
Everything perfect🥰 the rooms, the amenities, the staff, the installations, the different pools, the atmosphere of tranquility. an oasis of pleasure and calm in Hoi-an. We are two friends from Spain, travelling Vietnam from Hanoi to Hoi-an. Gracias! Gracias gracias por todo. Siempre en nuestro recuerdo. Volveremos!👏🏼🥰
Our stay at the La Siesta Hotel was lovely! We were greeted on arrival by our helpful and friendly hostess Thuen with a welcome drink. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had all amenities needed. The rest of the hotel was great - beautiful grounds and swimming pools, a good gym and bar / restaurants serving a tasty selection of local and Western options. The hotel location was a short bike ride or a 20minute walk from Hoi An, so a great location too. Recommend a stay here to all visitors to the area!
Lovely setting - lush gardens, 4 pools, quality spa treatments, comfortable and spacious rooms and friendly staff. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes and explored Hoi An on the bikes. Location was good - a comfortable walk to the old town.
AMAZING HOTEL! BEST STAFF EVER I stopped here by accident on my way for my business trip. The charming design of the hotel is the reason made me stay and give it a try before coming back to crazy working days. The pictures on Trip Advisor will tell you all about its wonderful appearance. But I want to give their Staff a BIG SHOUT OUT, especially Tiến. She is so wonderful. I stayed here on 3rd May but by some reasons, I made a mistake when I booked on 4th May. She was a person who solved it all and made me feel so comfortable before and during my stay. You’re the best, Tien! Staff like you are an extraordinary addition to the success of La Siesta or EHG group. I know they have been through a difficult time during Covid-19. Please keep this spirit up! And for all travelers looking for a stay in Hoi An, La Siesta is really WORTH for your money!…
We came to Hoi An and stayed at La Siesta 6 years ago and we do not often return to the same hotel because I worry about the hotel not being as good as we remembered but it didn’t disappoint! The customer service, cleanliness, standard of rooms, atmosphere, food, staff, spa, pools are amazing. The hotel has in fact got better… more pools and accommodation. The cooking m class at the hotel is a must if you want to learn how to cook the local cuisine. The bikes the hotel borrow you are a great way to get around and see a little more of Hoi An. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough and we have travelled quite a lot and stayed in many hotels but this hotel is my whole family’s favorite. We were only supposed to be staying 5 nights and moving on to Hue but decided to stay another 3 nights because we were having such an amazing time! We felt sad leaving today but I know we will definitely be back. Thank you so much to all the staff at La Siesta.…
