It's cheap and a great location but doesn't feel very clean and the housekeeping kicked us out so they could clean the room. It's a weird set up without real dorms, we stayed in a room with 3 beds so us 2 and another girl. Breakfast isn't great but there's a pool (in reception) and the front desk staff are...

Good location, friendly staff, nice double room with good aircon. Water pressure in our bathroom as terrible though! Wifi also not very strong in the bedrooms. Overall a good value hotel. Breakfast is average - omelettes were undercooked but pancakes were good!

We are a young couple on a budget traveling around Asia. Hoa Binh is in a great location close to everything that's going on in Hoi An. The room is clean but basic, you get what you pay for really. The staff were lovely, and gave us some information on things to do and see in Hoi An. They also...

We really liked the breakfast which was really much with fruits, eggs, coffee, tea, rice, vegetables.... Absolutely perfect! But the room was so small, with two big backpacks it was really challenging. The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit shabby. The prices for tours, train and bus tickets are expensive and you ll definitely find a better...

Decent hotel, the breakfast on offer was very good value for money and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were below average. The hostel beds are a bit hard and the air con isn't great. Still okay for amount paid.

The rooms were okay, we were staying in a three bed 'dorm' room which had an air on unit which wasn't as cold as we would've liked it and a fan that didn't work, the light worked on and off but the beds were comfy enough to get a good sleep. Although there is building work going on in some...

If you are staying in Hoi An and want to be close to ancient town this is a great hotel. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute straight shot walk to the covered bridge and right around the corner from Kimmy's Tailor shop. We originally only planner on staying for two nights and stayed for 5. The staff was very...

Stayed in a double bed with a friend. The a/c never got really cold, but there was a fan which was good enough. Shower was small, but that wasn't an issue. Pool was over-chlorinated but gets you away from the unrelenting heat. Staff was nice enough. There was definitely a (maybe moldy?) smell in the stairs but it doesn't kill...

Very basic facilities. Pool is a plus. Breakfast is a so-so buffet. Terrific location close to the Old Town. Spent one night because it was my second time in Hoi An and I didn't feel like being alone this time around was suitable for the ambience.

Stayed for three nights, clean indoor pool in the lobby and buffet breakfast included in room price. Cheap drinks (water/beer) and really helpful staff. Manager remembered all of our names and was always trying to help and improve our stay in Hoi An by helping with directions, recommending yours or calling people on our behalf.
