Such a good place to rest in! Clean bed, no bugs, and good pool! Also, 4pm~6pm you buy one drink then get one for free. Very good deal. One of the employees called Mary offered me a very good experience in the bar during the happy hour 4~6. I will absolutely visit this hotel again in the future.

It’s my first time to family overseas trip . It was incredible due to this hotel. Thanks to Irene and Marky who are so kind. Whenever we came back to hotel, they give us with a warm welcome every single time. Marky, helped us check-in with a detailed explanation. Irene, helped us check-out with a warm smile. Actually, my major related to service so i’m really really impressed from them Me will never forget this memory in a hotel Thank you for central boutique hotel :) (If i had asked insta account to them i would feel more happy !!) Ah of course room conditon was best too👍👍 recommend aggressively 🙌

There's literally nothing bad about this hotel. The staff is very welcoming, and it's the first welcome drink I actually liked in Vietnam (because it wasn't over-the-top sweet). And things only got better from there. All the mattresses are real pillow-tops. Softest, most comfy bed I came across in all Vietnam. The inviting pool gets both good shade, and more sun if you haven't had enough sun yet. The rooms have pleasant balconies, and little touches like the air con NOT blowing directly over the bed, and being able to leave the air con on when you're gone, add to the experience. Oh... and they have free bikes, which really makes getting to the old city a breeze. Plus it gives you the ability to branch out further. One of the most rewarding things for me was crossing over to the islands and checking out the rice fields, kite flyers, and just a slice of local life. …

Great location, plenty of character, lovely breakfast buffet, plenty of bicycles to utilise, lovely large pool, reasonable balcony’s, clean and tidy, fantastic front desk staff, very knowledgeable, and always happy to help, especially Joy !

the hotel provided us with sensational services and the staff members greeted us with great hospitality. a big shout out to Kim and Rosie, who are two patient and great staff members! Hi have enjoyed the hotel very clean rooms , staff very helpful , at reception and at restarant. , food is very good and for every international cuisine. , close to markets , would recommend this hotel for future trips, at reception desk Joy and pink were very helpful with all our needs , great staff

The staff just want to please. Fabulous massages every day. Situated near the Old Town, it is an easy walk for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the pool and restaurants. I can’t stress enough about how much the staff and management want to look after us. One word. Fabulous…!!!

pink There is a swimming pool. The hotel is near the Old Town entrance. Hoi An Market has plenty of beautiful goods and sovenirs. Spa - buy one get one free. Very good service. Good living experience.
