The Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is located just outside the ancient town and is within walking distance of the old town. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the pool view room. The room is extremely spacious with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. The water pressure in the bathroom was perfect. The room was very comfortable and I have nothing to gripe about. The front desk was helpful. Breakfast was alright, nothing fantastic to boast about. It had a good mix of Vietnamese and Western food. The pool is not an all-season pool but was large enough. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend it to others.

Location 5/5 Great location, 5 min walk to old town. Lots of food nearby. Grab food and car readily available. Check In 5/5 Check in was fast, you get a welcome drink which tasted really good. Not sure what it was but it’s orange and gingery. The book mentioned that you’ll be getting a refreshing cold towel as well though there was none ;) Room 4/5 Room and especially the bathroom is a tad dark, falling apart in certain areas. We had 2 rooms and the corner room with wide windows has a beautiful view from the bed. SOFTEST bedding I’ve ever came across in any hotel stays. Had a fridge, lounging chairs, adequate size, generous amenities kit and rain shower. Very comfortable! Breakfast 4/5 Good selection - cook to order egg station, pastries, toast and jam, daily rotation of fried rice and soup, sausage and bacon, rice noodle, traditional Vietnamese soupy dishes, juices, fresh fruit. I looovveee the fried dumpling (bun) and their eggplant. Service 5/5 Notable employees: the people cleaning our rooms were fantastic, friendly and ready to help despite the language barrier; the gentleman manning the front area - has serious face, didn’t smile at all but super attentive and helpful - we needed a map and he was getting it from the stock room, and lastly the receptionist lady who offered late checkout and luggage storage. We tried to book until 6pm but rooms were sold out so they tried their best in accommodating our stay. Mind you, it’s super hot and humid even in the lobby but we appreciate the kind gesture. Very near to old town area, just 5mins walk and hotel also free borrowing bicycle. Good water pressure in shower room· we stay at tatami style bed very nice· one thing need to improve is the plug at bedhead abit inconvenient.

We had a pleasant stay at Mulberry Collection Silk Eco. De staff was very nice and helped us with all the questions we had. They good ideas to do. So very good. Also the breakfast was really good. Time of the year it was rather hot, but good cooling in the bedrooms.

This hotel is fantastic because food tastes delicious and room condition including air conditioner is excellent, too. In addition, pool is convinient to go and water was clear. The most imppressive thing is that staff's kindness. I was so impressed that Huong is very kind. She is tried to help my family things,etc. 이 호텔은 음식이 맛있어요. 에어콘을 포함하여 룸 상태가 좋았아요. 수영장에 접근하기 쉽고 물이 깨끗했어요. 특히 흐엉 Huong 직원이 친절했어요.^^ 우리를 도와줬어요.

We stayed here one night, but wish we had longer. It’s such a beautiful little hotel, hidden in walking distance to Hoi An Ancient Town. The rooms are clean, food is tasty and staff are lovely. They have a shuttle available to take you to the beach and bikes for riding around the town.

I stayed at this Hotel for one month in February 2023. That was not my original plan. I stayed there for the whole month because everything about the Hotel was exceptional from the extremely friendly Team and excellent service from all departments. The breakfast was vey delicious lots of options and very fresh. I adored my room it was perfect I could not fault it in anyway. The position of the Hotel is so central I was able to walk everywhere any time day and night. I only took a taxi to the beach 15mins. I was travelling solo and because of my stay at the Hotel I did not feel I was on my own. The Hotel felt like Home.

We stayed 5 nights in Mulberry Collection Silk Eco hotel. So nice staff and breakfast. The hotel is located near the river and the busy streets, but no noise during nights. The hotel has a pool and a pool bar for drinks and eating. The hotel coorporate with a hotel by the sea, which means they offer vouchers for using theire facilitets.
