When we walked in no one was on the desk then after when he latter came he was so rude at us and when we approached him about he's attitude he actually shouted at us,and after that he never spoke to us he did all the checki in process without saying any word he didn't even explain anything about the hotel facilities,checkout time,how to connect to the wifi we had to find everything on our own. In the morning while checking out he didn't even say hi to us. And we were so disappointed. Apart from that everything else was just amazing.

Have stayed there for a week but it was not upto the par. Rooms were old and in a run down condition. Though i had told them to fix the shower cubicle door but no one bothered to repair after being told for several times. Ac was making so much noise that one cant have their sound sleep.
Staff behaviour was not that exceptional though!!
Left my power bank there but they had denied that they didn't find it.
Apart from location nothing was great to mention about this hotel.

Average hotel but close to mall and many Indian restaurants, worth for Money. Hotel do not clean every day unless we request them (2-3 times). Need to request 2-3 times for everything, I stayed many times since close by restaurants

Disgusting hotel, terrible, dirty, with COCKROACHS! There was one towel in the room for two people, and I asked the reception three times to bring a second one, and until I caught the cleaner in the corridor on the third day, the towel was never brought! The window in the room faces the wall, so it’s as cramped during the day as it is at night! The location of the hotel to the sea is simply terrible! We bought a tour to this hotel and almost ruined our vacation, it’s good that we left earlier!

Worst customer service ever, unfriendly saff, worst hotel experience- not recommended at all, not worth the money, family requirements they gave 2 single beds join together, given room not cleaned, not sanitized, bed smell, lots cockroaches all over the room, dirty bhatroom with lots of hairs. No proper parking facility. No COVID precautionary measures are being taken at all. Not safe either. Dirtiest hotel absolutely disgusting.shameful customer service!

We visited this hotel on a 5 day trip to UAE. We got our bookings done through hotelclub.com. We got an awesome and we were very happy. Until....we got to the the hotel. It was 12 mid night when we got there, and due to a middle agent, in stead of a 2 BR suite, they had reserved a studio for us. Now once we produced the valid voucher, they said that "we will not honor that voucher. We can only believe the voucher we have from OUR travel agent". So the manager made me call the general manager of Tulip Inn. I spoke to him and he said he understood my problem....but then....he asked me to go and "Sue hotelclub.com"!!! He said all he can do is charge me extra and give me the room!!!! He would not honor it...I had two infants with me....and yet the hotel staff was only bothered about their money. I suggested I would talk to the agents in the morning....but even to that the manager said he will not let me in until I get a fax from the agents!!! I gave him my credit card as security and then 2 days later when the hotelclub.com ppl faxed, the manager said its too late and charged my card!!!! The hotel was nothing great and service sucked....Mr. Majdi the GM should be fired!

I travel frequently in & out of UAE, travel between UAE Cities. Hotels are the crucial thing in terms of parking, Sharjah and location. Tulip Inn Sharjah is one the best hotel I stayed in Sharjah & staffs are very friendly and organized. Rooms are nice and cleaned. The service is amazing the senior managers of this property are really caring which we can see on the staff behavior

This was my first stay at this hotel and hopefully the last. I've never felt so humiliated in my life ever.
When time of checkout, staff told me that some of the items from the minibar were missing. I told them I've never used anything because I removed all the items from the fridge and locked them up.
Staff didn't believe me and try to convince me that "maybe" someone else from my family might have used them and "forgot" to tell me. And they said I must pay for the missing items. The items were not expensive, but the thought of being accused of something ugly that you didn't do is very hurtful.
If I knew that I'll be accused of stealing things I'd not use the room before someone from the staff counter check the minibar with me so that they won't assume that the gust is stealing a chocolate bar or a bottle of water and runaway.
This is definitely the first and last visit for tulip inn sharjah.

Terrible place.. not clean!.. toilets are dirty and old sanitary fittings.
Restaurant and room service is not worth commenting on. Kitchen is dirty and front desk service is very poor. Food was way below standards and over priced.
