Upon arrival, you meet the receptionists and the hotel manager, who welcome you in a most professional manner, and, whether available, they eagerly upgrade you to a suite, at no extra costs. The rooms are classically decorated, are enormous, they are thoroughly cleaned and they offer all amenities you could ask for. The suite is exceptional, an I love the parquet floors. Internet connection is very fast. There is a very nice business center and you can access it any time during your stay. We really loved the breakfast, which was very rich and tasty, and made with fresh ingredients. We had a swim in the rooftop swimming pool, which was very clean and had a good depth. The nice thing about it, that it was never getting overcrowded. We have been visiting the Hotel during every weekend, and, although living in Abu Dhabi, it was quite a very pleasant stay. I know that some reviewers consider it a less than 5 stars hotel. This is not true. You are treated like a prince, while paying a very low fee. Be grateful and thank God for what you are offered, be objective, don't compare it to Atlantis, otherwise prepare to pay 7000AED per day for a standard room, instead of the very honest 267AED per day, for a suite, breakfast included.…

The best advice I can give you is to avoid this hotel if you want a nice stay in Dubai. It is certainly not a 5-star hotel. I think correct rating is 3-star. There was a stange smell in the corridors and the room. The minibar was empty upon arrival. One lamp did not have light and the room felt dark. The breakfast was not so good, but the polite and friendly woman from south-east Asia serving us coffee was the only 5-star on this hotel. But worst of all the swimming pool was closed for a long time. The fitness center was also closed. They did not tell the truth to me in the reception and told me the pool maybe opened tomorrow, but another employee told me it was closed for a long time. I really needed that swimming pool for my health and that was the main reason for my choice. After one night I decided to leave for another hotel because I had not got what I paid for. I claimed my money back but so far I have not received my pre-paid money. The last thing they told my agent was that we did not check out, although we delivered the key-cards in the reception and said we moved to another hotel. The man working in the reception said ok, checked our payment and confirmed that we had paid and where free to go. I think it is common business morale all over the world to pay money back if you dont deliver the product you promise the customer. There are certain words for such behavior in all languages. I think the bad smell maybe came from the old carpets that covered most corridors and our room. One more thing: The shuttle bus to the beach is only once a day. And when you arrive you wonder if this is a hotel, because you have to look to find the lift up to reception in 3rd floor. I really wonder how this hotel could have got so many nice reviews. How is it possible? You can really get much more value for your money in other hotels.…

Service above par. Buffets really sumptious and a great variety. Housekeeping and FB very satisfactory. Not to forget the excellent service from Tariq and Bertha. Emar was vwry hospitable and helpful. Had a really enjoyable stay from 21st January to 31st January 2017 . Keep it up.

The dinner was fabulous , breakfast was very good and taste they have everything for everyone, room are big and clean they give bottle of water everyday , they have shuttle for beach and mall but just 700 meters are mall ! The concierge are very nice .

We stayed 3 nights in total, 1 night just before our cruise and 2 nights before returning home. We pre-booked pick up from the airport with the hotel. Arriving in Dubai at 0.15 in the morning we had huge delay at customs. When after over an hour we were finally able to leave the airport, our driver was still waiting for us. When we got to the hotel the night manager was very helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was plentiful and with lots of items to choose from. Our second stay, a week later, was equally good. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 in the morning, way before normal check in. But no problems, we were given a room immediately. Our accommodation was huge, a suite with separate living room. Very nice! I had problems connecting to wifi, but everyone at the reception desk was eager to solve this, even the IT manager was contacted. Wifi was fast and free. We had a very early flight home, but the hotel arranged a wonderful breakfast for us (4.30 in the morning) and transport to the airport was also no problem. Good price too: 150 Dirhams either way. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Dubai, the beach and some days also other destinations. We had a simply great stay and will gladly return! Thank you!…

We have spent there nice two weeks at the end of February. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. We have combined both beach and sightseeing in Sharjah and Dubai.Our room in 10th floor was spacious and bright with a view to the town. Kettle with tea and coffee was welcomed because we haven´t got breakfast. There was also complementary water every day. We have used the possibility of going to the beach with free shuttle bus. Even at the end of February the bath in the sea was possible and refreshing. Weather was changeble, some rain,too but mostly was a pleasant weather. We have also used the pool on the roof several times, water was clean and warm, very relaxing. There was another shuttle bus to Mega Mall and Sahara Mall in Sharjah and City Centre in Dubai. All is interesting to see and connect it with other sights in the vicinity. As to shopping, around the hotel are many possibilities from supermarkets, LuLu Hypermarket and City Center Shopping Mall with Carrefur hypermarket and Wahda Shopping street. Everything within 10 minutes walk. In Sharjah we recommend to visit heritage area with some museums and, of course, Gold Souk and nearby Food Souk. We were very satisfied with our stay, the hotel staff was polite and helpful and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I stayed there for 5 days. Facilities are not up to the standards. Poor room service; don't keep enough water bottles, tea, sugar bags. We had to ask everyday. Less room service staff so existing staff cannot cover all the rooms. There was king size bed with two single size mattresses. It was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotel was great and clean. The customer service exceeded our expectation. The Reception staff Ravinda, was brilliant. He was professional and polite. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was peaceful and happy. He showed true passion for the hotel and advised us of surrounding areas and places of interests too. Everything was great... Staff, room, view, swimming pool, but I gave 4/5 just because one thing. One day while we were resting on the roof beside the swimming pool, there was 4 Indian guys who came and started diving, splashing, yelling and all the people went...The Guy who works there asked them to stop, but they just told them to GTFO. We have waited for about 15' to see will anyone come, but there wasn't anyone...
