I spent a week at this hotel whilst on holiday and overall had a very good stay. Located opposite the amphitheatre and situated between cafes/restaurants and some small supermarkets to the rear of the building there are three floors of parking and concierge/travel agent facilities on-site. Check-in was amiable and professional and the facilities were as reliable as I had expected. Really good fitness room and spa facilities (available on request), small heated pool and rooftop cafe. Excellent buffet breakfast with a range of hot and cold options together with great views of the city-scape. I had a side room on a middle floor with no view, which was actually quite dark, however, there was multi-channel TV, Wi-Fi was fast with a reliable connection and housekeeping was very efficient. Bed/pillows and linens were really comfortable and there was a nice selection of toiletries. Complimentary bottled water as well as teas/coffees were each replenished daily. Particular thanks to Iden and Evan at main reception and Chamindra in pool/cafe area. Their customer service was exemplary and a great example of this hotel brand. This was actually my first stay in a Millennium property but after this experience I hope it will not be my last. This hotel is a genuine contender and recommended to travellers looking for genuine value for money. A solid mid-range option that goes the extra mile. Incidentally the taxi from Sharjah airport runs around 60 Dirham (AED), heading back it’s around 40 (20 surcharge levied on all taxis departing from the airport). I spent two nights here on business and I must say that even it's not much satisfied I will still comeback as they have tim hortons that good to stay and have some cup of coffee, there's a lovely lady who is giving me best service. The location of the hotel is quite close to my other business. During my stay here in the hotel is not much satisfied as the receptionist have attitude and rude tone of voice but there's one lovely lady in TimHortons wearing red giving me exceptional service that makes me encourage to come back again in this hotel. The room wasn't bad , but it wasn't great . If you are on budget I would recommend this hotel but they need to improved the receptionist service.

I want to give special review for Eman, the arabic lady . She assist me very well and her customer service is excellent. She is amazing and I will surely comeback because of her I am comfortable in staying in the hotel. They have also Timhortons and I really like the coffee . We stopped in Sharjah for a night to explore its beauty and chose this hotel for our stay. The exterior and main floor seemed appealing, including a small coffee shop (Tim Hortons). However, our experience was disappointing. The room had a strong sweat odor from the pillows and sofa pillows, which required airing out for 2 hours and spraying. The TV remote was damaged, and there were stains on the carpet. The room didn't match the pictures online. The bathroom and air conditioner had water leaking from the ceiling, trash cans are broken won’t open. The bed did not feel as comfortable as the previous hotels i was in and the pillows were so soft like it was cheap and you get one small pillow per bed. The pool, although on the rooftop, was small and enclosed by walls, offering no scenic view. The sauna/spa area was tiny, with space for only one person, and it was out of service during our visit. There was no gym available. The hotel's saving grace was its central location along the Corniche, providing a beautiful walk with plenty of activities and sights. The hotel's affordability might explain its shortcomings. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it or return, but if you're willing to take a chance due to the low price, feel free to do so.…

The wifis is absolutely horrendous, breakfast is mid very mid below mid, not much variety and ain’t all that ibr the dont even have a toast machine and the coffee tastes like plastic. They don’t even fill ur fridge and u don’t get slippers or robes ajd they don’t clean ur bedsheets until it’s VERDYYY DIRTY. They won’t chnage it if it’s a few small stains. The lighting is terrible and there is no cold water in the taps. So u shower in hot water and wash ur face in hot water in a hot country. The doors u have to literally shove ur bedroom door to open it and that resukts in ur finger getting caught sometimes when twisting the handle that is dangerously close to the frame - talkinf from experince. None of our lamps works and neither does the bathroom mirror light. Emen (the worker we first approached before checking in) seemed attitudey and rude. Idk if it was her accent or just her as a person. Fhe telephone in the room doesn’t come with a phone book so if u wanted room service idk how ur getting it. The TV remote also has dead batteries in it. If u complain about the WiFi they say they only give limited speed to guests which doesn’t make sense cuz ur paying. And I’d u want an upgrade in WiFi it costs 200£ for five days; the lowest cost is 40£ for one day. They don’t stock up the coffee great so we won’t bringing any extra sachets with us from here. All in all, it’s a downgrade form wat it was before, could be due to new management or the fact that’s it’s been a while. We will give u a review on Sheraton wen we go in sha Allah. Hopefullt that is better and lives up to the stars that it has been awarded…
