Like most people, I was caught in the inefficiency of Air Arabia service, and I was stranded for 24 hours at Sharjah Airport. I actually initially planned to just stay at the Business Class Lounge as I don't have a transit visa, but then, while roaming a bit, I found this hotel. As the airport itself is not friendly for... I had a night lay-over in Sharjah airport and needed a good night sleep, so I had to stay at this hotel. When I got to the transfer section of Sharjah Airport (easily the worst airport I've ever been to), there was a booking desk for the transit hotel. I had read that we can book for a 6-hour stay... I had a 20 hour layover, and although they over charged for the room it was still worth it as I had no transit visa. The good night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning was truly necessary. Totally worst value for the money, but certainly better than sleeping at the airport as the airport is not very friendly... More

We had to stay here because of canceled flight of horrible Air Arabia. It was OK if you have no choice. The room had old furniture but was tidy. The bathroom was clean and small. It was a little quieter than the airport environment and the beds were narrow, so sleep quality was average.

Many of air arabia's flights have long layovers and though the Sharjah airport is not even a dwarfed shadow of the mighty and beautiful Dubai airport, it still guests a lot of passengers from many parts of the world, therefore, a transit hotel or a guesthouse is needed. There is one! It may hide behind the perfume and spirits stalls... More

This hotel is nothing fancy but we checked in as we were on an extremely long transit and the lounge, although pretty okay, had a 3 hour limit. If you need a power nap, shower and an area a little quieter than the noisy airport then check into this hotel. If not, no need at all. Food provided is not... More

The Sharjah Airport Transit Hotel is a place where you will stay only if you have a really, really long wait in between flights and you can't go out of the Sharjah Airport. It at least provides a place away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport. The hotel is in desperate need of an update: the room... More

Once I discovered my so-called elite cards are not eligible for the priority lounge , I looked lost. Then Transit Hotel came to my rescue. There was some difficulty in locating the Hotel through the maze of Sharjah Duty Free shops. Finally two smiling girls provided the relief . There is a dormitory with 2-tier beds at USD 10 per... I were staying here for a night when my flight was late. The administration was very kind and hospitable. I had a single room and it is clean, spacious and convenient but dark and without windows. The shower is old but with hot water. There is a place for smoking in the hall of hotel. The manager helps with telephone... More

I stayed here twice within a week at Sharjah Airport as my connecting flights were more than 10 hours apart and I had to have a place to rest as there was no time to have UAE Visa. With great difficulty I found this hotel on net. Hotel does not have its website and only website selling the rooms is... More
