I spent a long time choosing a hotel, reading reviews since I went to the Emirates for the first time. I took a week with breakfast. On the plus side, there is a large clean beach within walking distance. Everywhere can be reached on foot. The oceanarium after St. Petersburg is so-so. You can see the fountains in the evening and walk to the train market. The situation with public transport is sad, as well as with traffic lights. There is none of them! One of the advantages of the hotel is that the walls are thick, you can’t hear your neighbors. The window was on the side of the building and opened. So, on the chair in front of the window, everything dried quickly. Breakfast is so-so, you won't leave hungry. I went to the Nesto supermarket twice, they have everything, any fruit, yoghurt, sliced cheese and ham, I bought shrimp, good cooking, grilled chicken costs 16 dirhams. Everyone crosses the roads as they wish, but if there is little traffic during the day, you can safely cross. There was no iron, hair dryer, etc. in the room. I told the reception that they gave me everything right away. It’s convenient that you can take a beach towel every day and not have to worry about how to dry or wash it. Inessa works at the reception desk and speaks Russian well. Of the minuses, not a single review said that there is a mosque across the road and from 5 in the morning until the evening you can constantly hear prayers over the loudspeaker.

It's an average place, and generally speaking, suitable for those who are on a business trip and so would not be there for very long hours during the day. I definitely would not suggest this place for families, unless they are on a budget as everything is very basic. It's ideally suited for a person on business who needs a clean room and bathroom to start and end his/her day with and a good restaurant where at the very least he/she can get a decent meal.

We chose a hotel near the sea because we had troubles with transfers to the beach on previous trips.
We arrived in Dubai in the morning and arrived at the hotel quickly, in 15-20 minutes. While the documents were being processed, we were sent to breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise, since breakfast was not provided on the day of arrival. The room was large, (414) but old, with a tiny window. Due to the lack of light, the room is damp. The plumbing in the toilet is in working order, we got a room with a bath, which is very convenient.
They tried not to turn on the air conditioner because it was dripping from the ceiling.
The restaurant is located right next to the reception. There is no separate room for it. Several tables are surrounded by an improvised wall of flowers. As the hotel became full, the tables were removed or replenished. We had breakfast and dinner included, which can be changed for lunch. This is very convenient, especially if you are planning excursions. The choice is small, but everything is fresh and tasty. Shops are nearby. The sea is warm, the sand is fine. If you don’t look for flaws and don’t find fault with little things, then you can have a great rest!

My husband and I have been to this hotel 2 times, in July 2022 and March 2023. The hotel is close to the beach, the beach is free for hotel guests, the sea is super. In July +32, in March +24. Our room was large, they cleaned it well, every day, they brought water, replenished the soap and sewing bottles. Everything worked in the room. The food was good. But I liked the food better in 2022, maybe the chef changed in 2023. The set of products and dishes was the same. But you could choose to your liking. We had full board. And we didn't regret it. We are ready to go to this hotel again. The main thing is that the prices are reasonable.

Let's start with check-in. We arrived at 07:00. We were immediately given the keys and sent off to breakfast. Very few people at the reception know Russian. Very polite staff. Everything needed was provided. We took a short tour of the hotel. Thank you for this special thing. The room was clean (I cleaned it with a white napkin). The first impression was not very good, but then we got used to it. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, water (2 bottles per day), iron. board, iron, hair dryer not working (they gave me another one). Cleaning every day, as well as changing towels. Three meals a day (the menu was monotonous, but we weren’t hungry). The only big minus is the drying (there is no place to dry clothes). Once we gave things to the laundry (they gave them in the evening, they brought them in the morning, no complaints). The beach is nearby, free from the hotel (everything is great here). Leisure. Excursions (Saidtours, across the street from the hotel). I liked everything very much. Departure. No one kicked me out of the room, I was fed lunch (before leaving). Thank you very much everyone for a great vacation!!!

Stayed here as part of an athletics competition.
Good service, relatively clean, spacious rooms. Good cleaning by Anil.
Food was okay too, it’s in a good location, central to Dubai. Good service by Ravi Kasu,

Visited Sharjah on business. Booked by a local person as a good place. It is a good choice. The checkin process was good. We mistook and went to the adjacent Albustan Towers but then sent across the street. The room is spacious with a living room and a bedroo. With two of us, it really helped us. The building is a bit old but very functional. The breakfast is good as well. Standard stuff and there were some local delicacies. The waiters were extra helpful in telling is what is vegetarian and what is not. It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in that area but spacewise it was fine.

Have been staying staying in this place for more than 10 days and intend to stay till end of Feb '16.
The lobby is huge and welcoming with Cafeteria, reception desk, Lounge to relax and 4 elevators to reach 21 floors.
Keith the manager on duty is approachable when ever he is in office. Listens to your requirements and meets them. A very pleasant personality - Don't forget to meet him as he could add a smile to your face.
The one room hall flat that I have occupied is well furnished and takes care of your stay. The pad is cleaned and kept every day. Provision for tea and coffee are available, although the hotel could add few bottles of water to avoid inconvenience to the person who is moving in.
Price is reasonable. One missing point is breakfast - which is served to cater Arabic community but I understand that their large clientele are Arabs from GCC.
The experience so far is good.

The hotel is terrible, plus only one that is 8-10 min walk to the beach. Old , furniture all worn out, smell of staleness (weathered after 3 days only), in the shower on the walls fungus and mold, ruined the swimsuit (rusty towel rack). There's nowhere to dry your swimsuits and everything, nothing to dry.
Only English at reception, they know a few words in Russian. For several nights, the smell of smoke drifted from the floor when she went to bed. The reception said no one smokes...
The food is very monotonous, probably 2+ in Turkey, but you won't stay hungry if you're omnivorous. No fruit! And most importantly, the cherry on the cake, our pareo (expensive and bought in New York, excellent quality) was stolen on the eve of departure. They cleaned the room, but no one confessed or found anything. We flipped the whole room, the daughter in it was walking off the beach (wearing a swimsuit), couldn't lose... Other things and laptops are all normal. But the pareo was stolen...
Go rest, but not to this hotel!
