What a great hotel away from the unnecessarily expensive dubai. Great views from the spacious 8th floor room. Wonderful service especially from Islam. All the staff were courtageuois and polite. Great food too. Covid measures kept. We will return once all covid stops, hopefully prices will remain the same.

We regret that we have to stay only for 1day that’s why we will definitely come back in this hotel with fantastic beach and superb breakfast. The rooms facing the sea side which we had was amazing the sunrise and sunset is a joy to watch. Friendly staff from check in to check out.

we went to spent 2 days in the hotel but it ended with staying 6 nights. the hotel much better than before as they made some renovation. the staff were very friendly and professional specially the reservation manager and the swimming pool life guard

Stayed here for a day. Had a horrific experience. - Poorly maintained rooms - Internet not working - Very dull and dark rooms - Charged for items from minibar that was never used - Bad room service Unconcerned/Unapologetic behaviour of the staff despite raising concerns. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Better stay away from it.

A very good place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy swimming with your family especially. Pool was nice..and the beach was even nicer..it’s clean and lifeguards we’re very attentive..very relaxing especially during sunset 🌅 Their room was comfortable as well.

The beach is clean and the sand was fine..Big pool for adults and the kids pool area was well shaded.cottages are all over the beach and pool area. but what excels most are the staffs who are very hospitable and accomodating..Cheers to Ms. Mariam in the front desk and to Mr. Denish who assisted us and who honestly returned the money we had lost.

I 've been here in the UAE for more than10 years and I got a passion for beaches as a diver / snorkeler and just for plain relaxation and never found a beach like this in the entire UAE (Jumeira, Mamzar both in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quin, RAK and Fujaira) with pristine water, you can see your feet even at waist -deep level, pure light brown beach sand in the beach front with no rocks, corals that may cut you while wading in the water, clean surroundings, free of any litters except lack of trees and shrubs around otherwise it would have been a perfect place. The hotel amenities (room, pool etc) for a 4-star hotel were perfect, very cozy and generally clean. Main restaurant was also clean, spacious with good food selection in the buffet for a very affordable price and the same with the pool side café which serves good snacks with big portions/servings at a fair price. The hotel staffs, poolside& room service persons and specially the receptionist, May, who received us during our check-in and out, were all very helpful and accommodating. Overall, our stay at Carlton was very pleasant and relaxing, which was our main goal in spending our holiday here in the UAE. Thank you very much.…

We have been there only for the beach. The beach area was clean and well equipped. You can buy food and drinks and you have an interesting souvenier shop. The pool was clean and good. Only there were too less sunbeds on the beach.
