Stayed at Mughal for 3 months (march to may). Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not "home" and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to "upgrade "your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).…

Visited Mughal Suites mid November with friends & the experience was so pleasant & overwhelming . Especially the manager, Mr.Abilash was very co-operative & took care of our stay to ensure we had a good time. The hotel is located just opposite the beach which makes it a perfect location & it has a lovely swimming pool to enjoy as well. The breakfast was also great & the chefs were also very kind . Even the room attendants & cleaners were good . In all a great experience & will recommend anyone coming to RAK to stay in Mughal Suites . Family, Couples or Friends, this is a perfect place to get away & enjoy urself .

The place is good, but make sure you will not expect extended hours, since they will charge you instantly. 12noon is a must to check out. No consideration...I prefer not to stay in, if your looking late check out.

In fairness to the place, its average compare with other villa, but if you are looking for late check out, i dont recommend this place. Strictly 12 noon you need to move out. Out of so many hotels, i can put a 2 stars.

It was so beautiful, clean and the best service ever. We’ve lived at 214 Room. It was amazing! The apartment were so big! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one hall and kitchen. Simple but best Royal experience. Full of Villa type stylish Rooms. Thanks to OYO for this amazing stay. Reservation staff was good but not best need a lil more hospitality smartness. Suites was amazing .. Feel Royal home with all facilities including kitchenware to spend time with your family. Very near to corniche ..walking distance.

We came for 2 nights and stayed 5. Lovely pool, short walk to amazing beach, efficient, friendly staff, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and second toilet, comfortable beds and all very clean. We will return here on our next Dubai visit.

Well, I have stayed in this place for 1 night during the weekend. In fact, I checked out today. Being honest, it was below expectation. Its not the staff but the facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. It is an average hotel so you should not keep high expectation. The rates are reasonable looking at as we have booked a two bedroom suite. They can still do a lot to make it more attractive.
