The Resort provides 650 meters of private white sandy beach, villas with furnished balconies and views of the Arabian Sea. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Some rooms offer a sofa bed. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath and offer free toiletries.     We stayed for a week and one of the best service that we ever had , special mention to Redimi in the bar and Comfort in the dining hall, always looking after guests needs.. entertainment needs improvement only DJ and lady singer kinda boring in the evening entertainment there is a disco place the executive club not being advertised well so place quite , but anyway when we went the DJ so amateur choices of dance music is not inviting to dance 🙁 thats why nobody wants to hang out there...

    We booked easily online and was probably the best price for the standard hotel in Ras Al Khaimah... The check in and valet was smooth and we'd booked the club room as we had 2 adults and a child per room... The room was a decent size but a bit of a walk for my 80 year old parents... We did notice stains on some of the furniture and for some reason the room was freezing cold... The club room we had had a connecting door in it and basically we could hear everything next door and they had young kids... For some reason even though we turned it off constantly whenever we returned to the room, the AC was back on and it was freezing cold...

We were a party of 6 with 3 different rooms and everyone had glowing yellow water as if from the sewer... or I could have a 15% discount on ONE NIGHT for ONE ROOM...

    ...We only have a few minor complaints, Unfortunately we seem to be in one of about 4 rooms on the ‘sea view’ side of the main hotel building that had no view from balcony due to a solid wall, so you could only see the sea when standing, the rest have slated balcony’s that meant you could enjoy the view from your seats ... On our final night reception kindly offered to move our rooms but as you can imagine this would be far too much upheaval on our final night but was greatly appreciated, I think these rooms need to be kept empty ... We’d love to visit again but certainly in a different room!...

We went downstairs to speak to management and they said that they had no other rooms available with a better view, and they sent someone to clean the room again... The cleaner proceeded to use a pillowcase and some tissue paper the clean the dust from the room, upon questioning the cleaner, we were told the pillowcase is old so can’t be used in the room so it’s fine... By the time he came to our room, it was 5pm, so we had wasted the whole day and unable to use the facilities... We were then told the duty manager would come to our room and speak to us directly...

    Has been a long waited holiday, all the way heading to the Emirates, Double tree Hilton in Al Marian island is such an amazing place which has it all in a great atmosphere.Just about an hour drive from Dubai. The rooms we got was bit narrow,however they were so tidy and filled with all amenities, and the selections at restaurants are so reasonable for what we have pay, we must mention about the beverages which we have covered with an all inclusive package is just all what we needed having them unlimited in all bars and restaurants, Special thanks to the beach bar team for taking care of us Especially Martin,Xavier,Shahbaz...

We could dine a la carte at lunch time with an allowance which bought basically just a starter eg just one soup each for our lunch, a 5 star joke!... Even on our upgraded dine around package included drinks were absurdly limited to 10 non alcoholic choices, alcoholic drinks excluded light lagers, any fizz and had sparse list 11 drinks allowed plus their sweetened unhealhy 5 cocktails... But the overriding annoyance was the stupid and downright deceptive dine around all inclusive package with the restrictive drinks and food... Families are well provided for with good child facilities and freedom but as a couple wanting a luxury relaxing break steer well clear...

    ...Firstly if you are used to 5* hotels in Dubai then yes this isn’t as good, however it’s much cheaper, all inclusive, and still a wonderful 5* On the basic all inclusive package, you get all meals in the buffet restaurant... You get 60 AED allowance if you use the other restaurants, which means a 3 course meal in them will cost you around £25-30 per person, which for the quality of the food is amazing value ( see separate reviews ) Your all inclusive drinks are available at all bars and restaurants, this was clear at first, but makes eating and drinking anywhere so easy...

Waiter was very nice sorry didn’t get his name There was a event of at other end of the balcony which we were not informed about the food was ok 10 Mussels for a main course Is very poor value Didn’t have confidence in the management of that area which included the Italian Restaurant so we canceled that booked so we just eat at the other end of the resort for the rest of the week at Meze & Sanchaya The girl at restaurant booking desk informed me when I booked they we unaware of the party of 40 that night in the Italian !!!!...

    ...We had booked all inclusive (brown wristbands) but found out with reviews that the selection of drinks was limited before 12 midday and the main restaurant was the only one you could visit free of charge. We upgraded to the be exclusive package on arrival (green wristband) which gave us access to all of the restaurants, lunch from the pool menu and more drink options before midday...     Not the service you expect from a Hilton hotel, a lot better value for money around Marjan Island and other parts of the UAE. We are frequent travellers as a family, and felt absolutely conned at the all inclusive not actually being all inclusive and having to pay to eat in any of the a la carte restaurants despite booking on the provision we would get to eat at each one once per our stay included in the package... Other hotels offer much better value in this regards and everything around the hotel seemed to have an additional cost, which is just not right when booking a package holiday!...

    ...We’ve been here for 5 hours and this is already the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in... We were promised a sea view and at least 50% of the view was rooftop... We went downstairs to speak to management and they said that they had no other rooms available with a better view, and they sent someone to clean the room again... At 7pm, the duty manager apologised profusely and then proceeded to offer us with a ridiculous compensation offer of 1 extra buffet dinner, with only 1 free beverage each!... After wasting our whole day, being told we’re essentially getting the same dinner we have in our half board package with only 1 free beverage topped it off... We have no words, and honestly can’t wait to get out of this place...

    ...The thing that we are so disappointed with is the ‘All Inclusive’ package as we are definitely not all inclusive... This package includes the buffet and then 60 aed towards per person towards a meal in the restaurant and 30 aed for children... In the Asian restaurant a bowl of rice is 25 aed for example so your money doesn’t go far at all... Chicken nuggets & chips for children and 45 aed so their money doesn’t cover their basic meal or ice cream at the end... Children can’t get ice cream around the pool as it isn’t included in the package which is ridiculous... You can only get water before lunch time at the bar... It has been so disappointing as it wasn’t a cheap holiday - and then to pay all the extras that we didn’t expect has been really frustrating... If I was to recommend the hotel to anyone the first thing I would tell them about is how disappointing the all inclusive package has been... Last night we went for a meal and we had 2 starters to share, a main each and no deserts and it cost us £45 extra... I really think that this is unacceptable from an all inclusive package...

    ...The location from Dubai centre is around 1hr 15 mins in a taxi and its cost is around £60 to go, and £80 to come back. It’s always more expensive to come back in a private taxi but there are deals to be done in the hotel with the agents selling around the pool... I get it, they need to sell, but it’s constant and it soon be comes a headache having to say “no thanks” 100 times a day... They would sell a lot more if there wasn’t as much pressure... What I didn’t like is the lifeguards taking cash from guests and reserving sun-beds by the poolside... If you want to be directly at the poolside then you’re going to have to pay, I don’t like how that works and pics are attached of them reserving sun beds .The lifeguards are a pain in the backside, constant whistling all day if you dare breathe in the pool!... The all inclusive is the worst I’ve seen... no chance, unless your willing to pay for it... You can upgrade this but at an extraordinary cost, I was quoted £2000 extra for the duration of our stay!... We had a great 10 nights, The pool and beach are brilliant here but unless a very good deal was on offer then I wouldn’t look to come back... I’m not saying we haven’t enjoyed it, but we’ve certainly visited better hotels elsewhere for similar money...

If you're looking for a relaxing high quality get away, avoid this place!!... It's basically a Russian / eastern European basic all inclusive resort and no where near the quality you'd want for the price you're paying... We certainly won't ever go back and I wouldn't recommend it to any friends As it's too expensive to be cheap and cheerful and too poor quality to be high end....

    ...We booked the basic all inclusive package which was fine for us, however we did hear a few complaints as this did not include the Al a carte restaurants ( although you did get 60AED towards the cost per person). If you decide to buy anything extra to your all inclusive package it can be very expensive ( a tube of Pringles was £5)... It is well worth using the 60AED at the snack bars as the food is really fresh and large portions ( full sized pizza)...

    ...There are 7 pools to choose from that were warm, clean and well maintained, the beach is packed full of water sports, trampolines, slides etc... Our Housekeeper Nurul was so polite and accommodating making sure we had everything we required in the room and the gents in the Pool Bar Adhi, Chazaba, Aivin and David were top class, nothing was to much trouble for them...

    ...Whilst relaxing around the pool there is just a constant line of traffic coming at you trying to sell you services like trips, massages, spa deals, water sports etc... The pools are good, plenty of sun-beds available even if you don’t get up until late... The rooms and location we had were great, very well maintained and cleaned daily!... The hotel also have complimentary buggies taking guests too and from one end of the hotel grounds to the other… nice touch!... The all inclusive is the worst I’ve seen... You can have water before 12.. want a coke before 12??... You can upgrade this but at an extraordinary cost, I was quoted £2000 extra for the duration of our stay!... A quick shout out for the staff, they can’t do enough for you and will always go the extra mile... They’re always smiling and happy to help!...

Always greeted us with a smile, made the room look great and was a very nice and polite young man... Hasn’t always been the case having polite housekeepers like this at other hotels... Ashok made a difference each day we saw him... Addy in the main restaurant/buffet area was great... He made a real effort to entertain my 3 and 5 year old each morning... It can get busy at breakfast, but each time Addy always wanted to make the kids smile and small things like this make a difference and stick with children...

    ...It was always fresh, topped up and well cooked. The bit that set this hotel apart for us and made it such a memorable holiday was the staff... The customer service they offered across the whole hotel from start to finish was fantastic... But in particular the team in the Restaurant went above and beyond to talk to us and other guests to make sure we were enjoying our food and experience... Our Housekeeper Nurul was so polite and accommodating making sure we had everything we required in the room and the gents in the Pool Bar Adhi, Chazaba, Aivin and David were top class, nothing was to much trouble for them... Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, Are already looking at going back for our Holiday next year...

    Among the best Resort stays my family & I had in the UAE. Paula at the Honors check-in desk was fantastic, extremely competent, friendly, smiling & by the book and of course there is always the famous Doubletree Cookie... After all these years the Resort overall & Rooms were still in super shape, clean & perfectly appointed and had sufficient amenities, HK was also spot- on when we asked for extra pillows although here I do need to mention that these had a noticeable musty smell but which I`m sure can be tackled with a good dry cleaning... F&B went above & beyond, from the personal meet & greet with Subhash (F&B Manager) to the Amenities sent to our rooms to BF at the Bay Club the next day... The Kitchen & Service staff are true Rock stars... The consistent attentiveness, the friendliness and attention to detail of your service team by our Waitress named "Comfort", Manoj, Harinder, Shambhu and the brilliant Chef Ramy going the extra mile throughout for us, as well as the food quality, freshness, variety & choice of food on the Buffet was impeccable... The distinction, and recognition we received as Gold Members really was on another level & we truly felt distinguished and where I as a Hotelier can wholeheartedly say, here the Hilton credo of making sure that each Guest is cared for, valued & respected is distinctly alive...

Quotation for a Deluxe room received from Ernestina... Janet verbally agreed to a free upgrade based on poor communication resulting in no availability of Deluxe rooms... Sophie, at reception, checked us in without specifying the room category... Ashwani, the Duty Manager, was exceptionally rude (could be from the number of unhappy customers at reception complaining about one thing or another)... This hotel says 5 star and the facilities they provide is exactly that but the service from some of the staff was 3 star... They don’t seat you to a table, you have to go and find one for yourself... Dinner ends at 10pm I was at the dining hall at 9:20 went to the bar area in the dining hall at 9:45 because no one approached me to ask if i need a drink even though the dining hall only had 3 families and more staff then guests in the room at the time... The bar staff was rude and said I have just closed the bar but what drink do you want... I got my food I ate my food and no one bothered to ask if we needed a drink or what room we was in to check on us... Dining hall staff are more bothered about talking to each other, many times I ordered a drink and they seem to just pass the job on to someone else... They don’t have any sense of direction on providing quality service... They should take a leaf from other 5 star hotels and provide the basics seat your customers down take note to where they sat down take drinks orders come back and check on them to ask if everything is okay and if the guest need any more drinks... Shame that a Hilton brand with a 5 star facility provides 3 star service...

    This was our third visit to this hotel and second time with another couple staying in the Bay Club on the Be Exclusive package, this is the top all inclusive package... Food was very good at all the restaurants but what made it exceptional was the staff... They were all very good and one particular who looked after us so well was Kirti (Vesper & Brasserie restaurants) who treated us more like friends than customers... The pool guys when tipped would reserve and put towels down for guests very early in the morning to probably 80% of the beds around the pools which isn't really a problem if you just want to get two beds but when there's four of you it does make it very challenging and quite frustrating trying to find four together... Overall still a very good hotel and the Bay Club rooms are clean and spacious... Lovely staff, great food and just needs the sunbed / towel situation sorted...

    I booked the Doubletree Hilton Marjan Island for my husband and myself for 5 nights and were made to feel so welcome... Check in wasn’t until 3pm but the hotel allowed us to use the spa facilities until our room was ready... The room was ready from 12 which was great as we could freshen up and get into one of five pools... Plenty of places to get refreshments so there was no need to walk far in the heat... The staff in the Al Marjan restaurant were incredible and an absolute credit to the hotel... They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble... Look out for Manoj, the banqueting manager... The care he showed for his guests was out of this world and genuine... We enjoyed chatting to him and he even got his chef to make us an indian breakfast a few times which was very much appreciated... I’d love to say a special thank you to Manoj, Comfort and Djosa for making us feel part of their family... Please, if you get a chance to visit this hotel, take it and make sure you go and say hi to Manoj...

    Spent a lovely 10 nights at the Doubletree... There are a lot of sun beds around the pools and on the beach but if you want the Adults pool then be up early as guests (and pool guys) are out putting towels on beds from 6.30am... We were able to book for our entire stay on the first day... Everyone works very hard and we were well looked after especially by Kirti and Shadrad …… thank you guys...

The staff were amazing , must mention “Puti and Zin” in the Adult section who regular brought us our drinks when we ate there... There are add on packages to better this experience, but we often ate in one of their other restaurants and paid the difference... I would be happy to go back again , but on a better all inclusive package...

    ...Check in is not usually until 3pm but the kind man at the front desk got our room ready early so we were able to go in at 12pm. In this 2 hours between he gave us our all inclusive bracelets so we were able to use the facilities and get a drink... We were very thankful for this and it was a great start to our stay... There is a beach bar so we were able to be watered at all times... The staff were incredible, Dewi was our housekeeper and she kept our room to an incredible standard at all times... Manda who worked at the beach bar made our time even better, he was a great addition to our trip and always had a smile on his face when we was around him... Mohamed who works in the lobby took us on an incredible day out into Dubai city showing us all around where we wanted to see and took our professional pictures - I would highly recommend this day out if you are loookf to go into Dubai city centre and be a typical tourist like us!... - Mido was a great help to get the trip organised😁 overall, the staff were super helpful, super friendly and were polite and kind at all times... I think this is what made the hotel so great!... Also it is worth visiting the claw bar upstairs, me and my other half did this on 2 occasions to watch the football, when his team were playing and when mine were playing😂 you do have to pay for food and drinks in here as it does not come with the all inclusive but it was a great setting , staff were great...

    ...The service was of a very very high standard and yet it was never stuffy, a very relaxed environment with a laid back feel. We had such an amazing holiday thanks to all the wonderful staff who all seem very happy in their jobs too... They'd go the extra mile to ensure everything was just right and were happy to chat and get to know their guests... The pools had lots of life guards who were always on the look out for keeping everyone safe but at the same time they were fun and playful with the kids... The kids enjoyed going in the kids club for an hour after lunch each day to get out of the sun and play the playstation, they would have stayed longer doing the activities etc... The kids splash zone was perfect for our kids again lots of lifeguards there too... I have so many name checks for the lovely staff: Shilpa in the main buffet was so lovely, we had long chats and on our last night she arranged a special treat for us and the kids... The pool bar staff (Imanualla, Chanaka, Adhorsh, Alvin and David) who were always friendly and super efficient at keeping up with the continuous requests for chocolate milk shake from our youngest child... Thanks to them all for making our holiday so memorable and relaxing...

    We stayed at Marjan Island Doubletree for the second time... The floor manager immediately came over and asked what was wrong... I told him, he apologised and offered to make us a masala/Indian chai instead... They didn't wait to be complained to, they were constantly looking at how they could make the experience better for us, and that attention to detail was exceptional... Great choice of salads and Arabic breakfast also... Dinner was generally good and we were well looked after by the team...

    ...Honest review of a great all inclusive hotel. Firstly if you are used to 5* hotels in Dubai then yes this isn’t as good, however it’s much cheaper, all inclusive, and still a wonderful 5* On the basic all inclusive package, you get all meals in the buffet restaurant... You get 60 AED allowance if you use the other restaurants, which means a 3 course meal in them will cost you around £25-30 per person, which for the quality of the food is amazing value ( see separate reviews ) Your all inclusive drinks are available at all bars and restaurants, this was clear at first, but makes eating and drinking anywhere so easy... The inclusive drinks are from 12 til 12, before 12 you can get water orange juice or teas & coffees, after 12 it’s beer wine soft drinks and a range of spirits and some cocktails... In our party of 4 we had no problem with lots to drink large measures served, and all very good... The beach and pools are stunning, as is the whole hotel, we mainly used the adult only pool, which was never busy, and often we were the only people using it... Sun lounges were plentiful and we would leave our towels out at around 8.30 to 9am as we went to breakfast... Again all the staff and lifeguards were very helpful and so friendly ( all staff at the hotel are a true credit and made everyone welcome In the evening they had a singer near the buffet restaurant, but otherwise it was the buzz of people enjoying their meals and chatting, this was ideal for us... Our room which was a direct beach access bay club, was huge immaculate with lovely room service everyday, we loved the rooms - faultless We had an issue with one meal, but this was dealt with incredibly well, and we would like to thank Harry for looking after us so well……... Thank you From check in at 8.30am on our arrival to leaving a week later, we loved our holiday, and would highly recommend this hotel for a stunning relaxing holiday, with amazing staff, beautiful location and fantastic amenities in the hotel...

    We are currently staying at the Doubletree by Hilton Marian Island. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are brilliant and are so helpful... The rooms are clean and modern and there is loads to do in the hotel... Brilliant for children, my little one has love the pirate ship and the kids club and playground... I have stayed at other resorts in Marjan island which are just as nice and when you select all inclusive you have everything included... This package includes the buffet and then 60 aed towards per person towards a meal in the restaurant and 30 aed for children... Children can’t get ice cream around the pool as it isn’t included in the package which is ridiculous... You can only get water before lunch time at the bar... It has been so disappointing as it wasn’t a cheap holiday - and then to pay all the extras that we didn’t expect has been really frustrating... When you think you’re going to a hotel with so many restaurants you don’t want to eat in the buffet every night... When booking the hotel there was no option of food and drink packages - we thought we had booked fully all inclusive... The staff have been so welcoming and I would like to give a special mention to the lifeguard Ram, who has gone above and beyond to look after us and my little boys have really taken a shine to him... Also Sam and Abdul in the food & beverages, working in the main buffet have always been so accommodating and helpful... The holiday has been amazing - beautiful hotel, lovely staff, but definitely NOT ALL INCLUSIVE!...

    ...Waited over three years to be back after covid and it’s our very first time in this Island al Marjan where we found double tree Hilton. It’s all about the location,food varieties in the restaurants and the best part is having unlimited drinks at the beach bar 🏖 sitting whole day with the boys Jaffry and Shabaz swimming in the sea and having the best time... Also need a special shout-out to the life guards keeping eyes to our kids where we could even feel safe being with kids...

    ...It's 100% catered for all inclusive customers with them basically only serving cans at every bar... It's basically a Russian / eastern European basic all inclusive resort and no where near the quality you'd want for the price you're paying... We upgraded for a beach access room, which I'd recommend just for the convenience... The morning buffet is pretty average, but there's plenty of staff keeping things moving...

    ...Our two sons are aged 11 and 16 and this hotel was very well-suited to our needs, which were essentially to be able to relax with nothing to worry about for an entire week. The restaurant was always well-catered with very helpful, friendly staff with a huge variety of cuisines to choose from... There are many different pools on site, something for everyone... The beach was clean and had loads of space, never feeling too busy... The hotel was really clean and the staff were very helpful at all times...

    If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in this extraordinary heat and a tranquil place to visit with your family then this hotel is great... It’s always more expensive to come back in a private taxi but there are deals to be done in the hotel with the agents selling around the pool... Whilst relaxing around the pool there is just a constant line of traffic coming at you trying to sell you services like trips, massages, spa deals, water sports etc... The pools are good, plenty of sun-beds available even if you don’t get up until late... The rooms and location we had were great, very well maintained and cleaned daily!... The hotel also have complimentary buggies taking guests too and from one end of the hotel grounds to the other… nice touch!... The all inclusive is the worst I’ve seen... You can have water before 12.. want a coke before 12??... You can upgrade this but at an extraordinary cost, I was quoted £2000 extra for the duration of our stay!... This Surprised me as the hotel has a great waterpark for the kids and a kids club so I thought it would be set out a little more for the family... There are certain things like this and the sunbed situation that just wouldn’t make me want to return... We had a great 10 nights, The pool and beach are brilliant here but unless a very good deal was on offer then I wouldn’t look to come back...

    ...We are frequent travellers as a family, and felt absolutely conned at the all inclusive not actually being all inclusive and having to pay to eat in any of the a la carte restaurants despite booking on the provision we would get to eat at each one once per our stay included in the package. Other hotels offer much better value in this regards and everything around the hotel seemed to have an additional cost, which is just not right when booking a package holiday!...

    Such a wonderful place with a huge space around the hotel 🏨 which has a long walk way at beach and bars around the way is something which we really admire to have on a holiday. Our main concern was the beach bar and the times at the beach whole day having drinks is just nothing more we needed... It’s all about the drinks and beach for someone who seeks such an experience...

    ...We upgraded to the be exclusive package on arrival (green wristband) which gave us access to all of the restaurants, lunch from the pool menu and more drink options before midday... A lady at the front desk was amazing and helped my husband book another night at the hotel then took our dinner reservation as the lady at the reservation desk hadn’t started yet... Another lady at the online check in desk helped him order some flowers and arrange staff to decorate our bedroom with a birthday cake... We also spoke to the spa and salon sales guys whom we booked massages, hammm’s facials, mani pedi and blow dry...

    ...If you decide to buy anything extra to your all inclusive package it can be very expensive ( a tube of Pringles was £5)... It is well worth using the 60AED at the snack bars as the food is really fresh and large portions ( full sized pizza)... Plenty of sun beds around all pools and on the beach, sea temperature was like a bath, pools lovely and the same depth throughout... Staff lovely and forever cleaning and trying to make you welcome, particularly the barman in the Shoofee bar ( sorry didn’t get his name) In the evening the resort looks beautiful when lit up and the anchor bar is great for an informal evening...

    Hotel has excellent facilities many choices of swimming pools, easy access to a beautiful beach with beach activities. Clean Gym, sauna, steam rooms and indoor Jacuzzi... They have bars and restaurants everything needed for a 5 star hotel... Our package was full board including drinks... So we got breakfast, lunch and dinner at the dining hall buffet and optional choice to eat at the restaurants where you pay for the food but get 60AED discount per person... This hotel says 5 star and the facilities they provide is exactly that but the service from some of the staff was 3 star... They don’t seat you to a table, you have to go and find one for yourself... I got my food I ate my food and no one bothered to ask if we needed a drink or what room we was in to check on us... They should take a leaf from other 5 star hotels and provide the basics seat your customers down take note to where they sat down take drinks orders come back and check on them to ask if everything is okay and if the guest need any more drinks...

    I booked the Doubletree Hilton Marjan Island for my husband and myself for 5 nights and were made to feel so welcome... Check in wasn’t until 3pm but the hotel allowed us to use the spa facilities until our room was ready... The room was ready from 12 which was great as we could freshen up and get into one of five pools... The beach had plenty of sun loungers and was a stones throw from the pool and it was very clean... Plenty of places to get refreshments so there was no need to walk far in the heat... The sea water was quite warm but crystal clear!... We were on a bed and breakfast basis which was fine for us... The staff in the Al Marjan restaurant were incredible and an absolute credit to the hotel... We enjoyed chatting to him and he even got his chef to make us an indian breakfast a few times which was very much appreciated...

    Spent a lovely 10 nights at the Doubletree... There are a lot of sun beds around the pools and on the beach but if you want the Adults pool then be up early as guests (and pool guys) are out putting towels on beds from 6.30am... Our room was a Bay room but we did prefer the adult pool to the bay pool as no children splashing... We were able to book for our entire stay on the first day... Everyone works very hard and we were well looked after especially by Kirti and Shadrad …… thank you guys...

All the staff were extremely helpful from the beach bars to all areas of the hotel... Many thanks to the Concierge ANISUN who arranged our taxis very efficiently on our last day...     We arrived here mid morning ( my wife and I and our best friends) and were greeted warmly. Whilst waiting in the queue to check in we received our warm cookies... Our rooms weren’t available at that time so we went to the lounge to have coffee with our cookies... We were taken to our rooms, 2330 and 2334 , and were really happy with them along with the outlook over the infinity pool and the ease of access to the restaurants... We had breakfast in the bayview restaurant every day and found that there was always something to please us... In the Italian we were well taken care of by Ovi, Sai and Meliani on both of our visits, such pleasant and friendly staff,and funny... Unbeknown to me my friends wife had sneaked away one day to speak to the staff and when we arrived at the bistro I found that the staff had made up a table for me with balloons and decorations to celebrate my 73rd birthday ... During the day we spent our time at the infinity pool and were well taken care of by Ram, another outstanding employee...

There are 2 pools and a private beach just for those at the resort, however we spent most of our time down at the private beach... There is a beach bar so we were able to be watered at all times... The staff were incredible, Dewi was our housekeeper and she kept our room to an incredible standard at all times... I think this is what made the hotel so great!... There was lots of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was wonderful as we were worried that it may be the same thing every day but it was changed up every day, we always looked forward to what was going to be on the menu that day!... There are plenty of drink choices and I was happy with what they had to offer... I would highly recommend this hotel, I haven’t got a bad word to say about it and will be returning in the future!...

    We stayed at Marjan Island Doubletree for the second time... Overall we had a great time but you can see the hotel is in need of a little bit of tlc... They didn't wait to be complained to, they were constantly looking at how they could make the experience better for us, and that attention to detail was exceptional... We were in the bay club room and happy with it... The Tarzan boat was good fun and the kids play area suitable for kids upto 10... Ice cream has been added as part of the all inclusive which is a nice touch... The breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed it, especially the Indian section... Great choice of salads and Arabic breakfast also... Lunch was available in different restaurants and worked well giving the option to eat where is convenient... Dinner was generally good and we were well looked after by the team...

    I stayed in this hotel with my family in August, the stay was fantastic. The food was great and the facilities were excellent... The staff were really nice to us Particularly Bisrat Sinu and Calvince... They both ensured that buggies came to us upon request, they verbally guided us to all the facilities as the hotel is huge and generally made me and my family feel comfortable... I would definitely visit the hotel again without a doubt...

Hotel's Favorite
First of all we were worried about some of the bad reviews before we went and hoped they were wrong. They were thankfully, the hotel is stunning. It covers a huge area on the island with just about everything you could wish for. There were 7 of staying in 3 rooms with ages ranging from 9 to 56, so I can pretty speak for most visitors If you’ve booked already you are going to have a wonderful time EXCEPT if you need west end shows every night as there aren’t any. There is entertainment though a very professional pianist plays old and new songs in the main lobby bar area. There isn’t an entertainment team doing shows every night. Now that’s the only downside over with , if you can live with own company in the evenings it’s not an issue, we played cards and chatted. Moving on If you’ve read some bad reviews let’s correct some and let’s include some handy information for you. Firstly , it’s a 5* hotel, the tourist board says so after reviewing its facilities, saying it’s a 4 or 3 is pretty irrelevant and frankly silly. It’s probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Remember it’s a Hilton and not just a Hilton it’s a DoubleTree Hilton. So let’s walk through the stay and facilities The hotel is located 50 odd miles from the airport so an hour odd ride to the hotel along mostly duel carriageway. Check-in was smooth, but there is a government tax of 20 dirham (d) per room per night. It will be charged above your holiday costs at check in Your bags will be collected and delivered to your room from the taxi outside. THE ROOMS Our room was on the 3rd floor and was large with a corridor with the en-suite carrying on into the main room. There is a king size bed and it fits easily into the room with enough space for another single easily. The patio doors leading to a balcony with the best views of the sea and pools. There is 2 chairs and a table on the balcony too. The bed is firm and the pillows very soft. We arrived very late so bed straight after a quick drink at the bar THE BARS ALL BARS are all inclusive from 10am until midnight , between 10am and 12pm only fresh juices and bottled water is available NO alcohol. Then from 12pm to midnight alcohol is available on all inclusive. Stay all inclusive! Not half board unless you don’t drink alcohol! A bottle of Prosecco is 300d , we asked ! The beer is Amstel lager and provided in pint cans, plastic glasses are given for outside drinking and pint glasses (glass) indoors There’s local spirits which is NOT watered down and white, red and rose wine , all of which were tasty, not sharp THE FOOD All inclusive guests can eat in 2 restaurants free, that’s the main buffet restaurant or the brassiere (at lunch only) You can visit any other of the on-site restaurants for a charge but each person will get a 60d discount (kids 30d) off the bill. Drinks are all inclusive in every restaurant. We didn’t visit any of them as the main buffet was excellent quality providing a good array of food and vegetarian options too. If you’ve been all inclusive before you’ll know what to expect. I did consider this hotels food better tasting than others I’ve been to and hummus and the berry sauce exceptional. The breads are gorgeous too. Don’t expect pork sausages or bacon in a Muslim country - it’s there but made of chicken or turkey and we loved the change. There is no snack bar as such, but you can order snacks from a menu from the pool bars and it’s brought out to you in takeaway boxes, this is chargeable BUT if you are all inclusive the 60d per person discount applies , since most food is under 60d , it’s FREE THE POOLS AND SEA there are 7 swimming pools , adults only(enforced), family, child’s, floating sea pool, chalet pool, infinity pool and indoor pool, all of which are huge and if that’s not enough there’s a massive sea to go into, in august it was hot tub hot ! All pools have lifeguards that take it seriously, do something stupid or against the rules you WILL be told off via whistle - no bombing, diving, climbing on bridges, squirting people you don’t know, drinking in the pool, - heaven ! Just left alone to play nicely with your family. The indoor pool wasn’t to our taste and we left within minutes, it’s air con , not nice when soaking wet IMO Big brown towels are provided via a plastic card swap system GENERAL The staff are brilliant, very friendly and efficient, restaurant staff are attentive without being overbearing, house keepers are brilliant and clean the rooms every day without fail. If your room isn’t cleaned for whatever reason dial 0 on the room phone and ask for it to be. I’ve tried to be as useful as possible with this review, happy to answer anything you want in the future. Review tips We visited the hotel with our family and we liked it very much. Room is clean and tidy every day. Food is excellent.Pools and the hotel grounds are very nice and well-kept. Animation team takes very good care of the guests and especially the animator Sonic. 259/200 min characters

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel in November 2023. We arrived quite early and the reception was willing to arrange our early check-in as a complimentary gesture. Our room was cleaned every day and the bedding was changed every three days. Maids did their job perfectly. The common areas like pools, the beach and the spa were also clean and tidy. In general, the hotel’s staff was very friendly and welcoming. In particular, I would like to note the outstanding and excellent attitude and service of two young ladies - Aidana and Elnura who have always been very helpful and kind to our requests. In general, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel in Ras Al Khehmah. Great areas for kids/ playgrounds,water park,mini club/ good activities full day with entertainment team. Zumba, aqua gym,joga, mini disco and evening programs on beach bar or anchor bar. Food and rooms was great. Special thanks for Aisha, Koka and Jojo. Helpful hard working team manners. Beautiful 650m Long Beach perfect for families with childrens.

Very nice hotel! Spacious rooms and lovely staff! Went there with my friend and they gave us the best service! We especially loved the pool where we met sue who's very kind and welcoming. Will come here again!
