We got the RAKROADTRIP promo and the booking was fast. The whole resort was nice and huge, the beach was quiet though there are bars around the resort.
Our special requests were very well accommodated by MARIEL, the receptionist: like the king size bed, complimentary...More
Was fooled by the promotional stuff which made the resort appeal despite reading other negative reviews.
Main issue was the dining room which was regularly overcrowded particularly in the evenings while overworked staff appeared not to be fully motivated to replenish food plates & crockery...More
We have chosen this hotel because of very interesting price in last minute offer. Hotel is quite old and needs renovation. But is clean and comfortable with beautiful beach.
We had all inclusive option. Food and drinks were very good – even local alcohol was...More
At $113.50/night I expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. The cabana room was old, tired, dark, dingy and musty smelling with paint peeling off the wall where water leaked out from the noisy AC unit and onto the sideboard underneath. There was...More

We live in the UAE so this was a weekend escape for us during Ramadan. We got a bargain all inc price and didn't leave the resort. We always advise our family to change their currency in the UAE (but not at a hotel). Food is basic (but we didn't expect much given the price). Bar food was pizza, fries or burgers, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A couple of meat dishes were served and the remainder were veggie friendly - salads, rices, noodles, they were accommodating so I'm sure you will find something for every meal.
We didn't leave the resort on this occasion but Ras Al Khaimah has lots of daytime sights and plenty of restaurant options at the many hotels around.
