BM Beach Resort boasts a prime beachfront location that is highly praised for its easy access to the pool, beach, and city, making it a major attraction for guests. While the resort's amenities, including multiple pools, diverse food options, and entertainment activities, are generally appreciated, some visitors suggest there's room for enhancement. The atmosphere is described as vibrant with lively entertainment, though not without noise complaints and remarks on the datedness of rooms.
Guests' experiences with the service and room cleanliness vary, with reports of friendly staff alongside slow service and occasional uncleanliness. The value for money opinion is divided; some find the resort budget-friendly, while others point out hidden costs and subpar quality.

Got back Thursday from 2 weeks hols at this hotel. We arrived realy late so wasn't expecting food, reception called restaurant staff who said they would sort food for us. A very welcoming and helpful Gentleman called Argun put a meal and drink up for us even though we now know his shift was finished as restaurant was closed. The next day we went for breakfast and was greeted by a lovely lady Kumani who was also very welcoming and helpful. After we sat to have breakfast Kumani came up to us asking if we wanted a drink , which she got personally. I was impressed at how lovely and helpful staff were. We were finishing our coffee when the lovely Gentleman Anjun came over to us asking how we settled in, where we were from e.t.c also asking if we want another coffee or maybe orange juice, which he then got for us Personally. This is how we were treated every time we went for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My husband statted chatting about different curries with Arjun, who offered a extra spice curry, we couldnt say no, wow curry was so tasty. Arjun , Kumani and other staff would always make us very welcome at the restaurant. In our opinion they went above and beyond . I personally have never seen such a hard working, welcoming Gentleman like Argun. He was always back and forth with his hands full of plates etc, and always making time to welcome everyone. I watched Argun for two weeks and in the whole time he worked hard and welcomed everyone with a smile on his face, going above at beyond. I have been on numerous holidays over the years and have never wrote a review personally myself until now. I hope the hotel recognise what they have in Arjun as he is a massive credit to B M resort and think he deserves to be recognised as a very hard working happy helpful member of your staff. In my opinion you are understaffed in restaurant but luckily Arjun is so hard working he always pulled it together when he was there Bar staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. Daytime entertainment was OK night time entertainment needs looking into as I don't think 30 mins of adults entertainment is enough. Quantity or quality. Cleaner's sometimes didn't call until when we were back in room after 5pm, I think the hotel was short staffed for Cleaner's. Had lovely holiday overall evening entertainment let it down. Thanks guys Michaela and Paul

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveler reviews.
We had a great 6 nights here as part of a larger tour of the UAE. The hotel isn’t the biggest or most modern in the area but is perfectly adequate. The rooms were well appointed and very clean with a nice balcony, comfy bed, functioning aircon and large shower. By far the greatest aspect of this hotel is its staff, always cheerful and eager to please they cannot do enough for you from the buggy drivers and reception staff to restaurant and bar staff. The standout is Suma in the main restaurant, a lovely lady that checked on us each meal to ensure we were satisfied. Other staff who deserve a mention in the restaurant and main bar are Sandun, Mohammad, Nirmal, and Manowor who all went out of there way to ensure we were well served and content, they collectively made our holiday special. Food is very good with plenty of choice, peak dining times are best avoided as it can become crowded, but the restaurant is open for lengthy periods so going a little later or earlier to lunch/dinner will make the difference. All inclusive drinks are a little limited but this is normal for AI and I cannot complain for the price we paid for our stay. There is building work ongoing either side of the hotel but the reception staff made us aware of this on check in and allocated us a room so as we didn’t even notice the building work. The buggy to a from your rooms with luggage is a nice and appreciated touch. Don’t miss the happy hour is the ice cold air conditioned sports bar! Proper drinks such as Stella and Thatchers gold in cold glasses and during happy hour(s) UK pub prices! I believe there is an option to upgrade to a package that includes drinks and food in the sports bar for a very reasonable price, but we didn’t learn of this until near the end of our stay or we would have done so. Entertainment is the usual AI affair, some good, some not so good, but we made friends in the hotel and made our own entertainment in their company. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing beach stay, will we go back? Absolutely!

I would really have wished to give a higher rating than 'Average' but, on the grounds that we would not return, 'Average' seems fair. First the positives; the location is great, right on the beach looking across a bay to the spit of land and hotels opposite. The beach was really sandy and sloped gently into the calm water making bathing very safe. There were bars on, or close to the beach as well as a swim up. The resort buildings are only 1 or 2 floors high and our room was large, comfortable, clean and well appointed with a huge bed, spacious bathroom, sliding doors to our terrace, flat screen tv, air conditioning etc, etc. To be true, the staff were the greatest positive element of our stay; it's always unfair to mention names as every member of staff we met went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, but our special thanks to Medo, Kumari, Bishal, Niraj, Arjun and to all those whose names I didn't record - thank you! It seemed to us that the vast majority of other guests were from East Europe, possibly Russia? and the big negative was the food. We felt that, understandably, the food offering was aimed more at them than us; there were lots of dishes that we didn't recognise and the vegetable curries, dals and various rice dishes were very good, but not every day. By the time we left to come home we were both craving a burger or fried chicken, not food that we normally eat. So, to us, it was a mixture of very good (location and staff) and very disappointing (food and guest behaviour). For those who would like the food the BM Beach Resort offers excellent value for money.

There's actually nothing close to the claimed first line. The beach is closed, the machinery works around the clock, because nearby construction, even on the pool lie noisy. Yes, you can go to another hotel by sea, BUT 1) are you willing to spend 1 hour a day on just the road? + adjust to bus schedule 2) ready to fight to find and beat yourself a place on a deckchair among the vacationer of the hotel where you will be brought? 3) Are you ready to dine in the hot sun? (because "commuters are fed outside) 4) Are you ready to go to the bathroom every time on the steep stairs? 5) change in a cramped toilet stall where it's +40C, because there are no changing rooms? The staff is gracious, but most of the time, all the problems have remained unresolved. 2 towels, 2 waters were brought to the room with 3 guests, to make 3 lunch boxes - in fact, 2 were given, etc. During the weekend, be prepared that there are no pool seats and towels too, as local guests are added. If you eat three, then decide immediately who will sleep on the cot, as there are simply no rooms with three NORMAL beds (so that you are not told by travel agents). On the plus side, I want to mention animation and bartenders, thank you guys for your work.

Just returned from Ras Al Khaimah, BM Beach Resort 4*. I'm hot on the trail before I forget. Here we go. Lived in a Premium room, 336. Near the main and children's pool, near the water slide. The room has its own terrace. Noisy, music from morning to evening, as the animation is in the pool. For families with small children, this is important because it is hard to put a child to bed at lunch with loud music. The hotel requires renovation, furniture in rooms and public places should be changed long ago. And it's time to update the repairs, too. Cleaned the room every day, but not very well, the hair on the floor outside the bathroom door was when you checked in. No towels changed either. Recharged the water daily. We had an ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS rate. The hungry didn't go, there was always a choice: chicken, fish or beef, rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables. Fruit is always watermelon, melon, dates, oranges. Sweet biscuit with different cream and pudding. No frills and uniformly very. From drinks: juices, tea, coffee, coke, fanta, sprite, beer, wine. Plus the bar was replenished once a day, plus drinks during the day and in the evening in the on-site bars. The coastline is wide, from the hotel a strip of mounds of imported sand, further to the sea - a shell. Walk 300 meters. The sea is calm, warm, the entrance to the sea is smooth. There's a rising tide. View from the beach to the opposite beach with hotels and construction. Construction was also to the left and right of the hotel, construction machinery was making noise, even at night. The hotel grounds are large, green, there is a place to walk, there is a tennis court, a small golf course, table tennis, a volleyball court, a children's room, a stage (every evening a children's disco was held, and then until 10.30-23.00 music played quite loudly).
The hotel staff are friendly, sympathetic, there's no reproach.
Conclusion: the hotel needs renovation, at 4* no pull. I wouldn't recommend rest and I wouldn't go again myself.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. In the commentary earlier everything was described very correctly, global construction is under way, the beach is closed - to the sea you need to take a bus to another hotel where and your holidaymakers are beatcom. We bought this hotel only from behind the first line, eventually went into the sea once (water is hot and dirty, at the bottom of the silt), eventually the beach and is completely closed. Due to the fact that the hotel closes at the end of the year apparently all qualified staff have been transferred to another hotel chain, the staff is nice and smiley, but completely useless. Getting them to do something is very difficult. There are 3 people in our room, 2 mugs, 2 water and 2 large towels, no towels for feet and face at all. You call or you go to the front desk, you describe the situation - at best they bring one foot towel, face towels for the rest of the vacation we never saw. And that's the story after EVERY room service. The ceiling of the room is dripping - they told the staff, they shook their heads and that was it. There's a clogged drain in the shower and the water spreads out over the bathroom, you call the reception, a man comes in, buys something and leaves, and the bathroom water apparently cleans up. On weekends they let locals into the hotel without rooms, as a result it is impossible to get a towel by the pool and people bitcom. You ask for 3 lunch boxes for the tour, you get 2 in the morning. Any problem you have to deal with yourself, the staff, if they try anything, it's purely for appearances.
In general I have never met such a disgusting hotel, I completely do not understand where so many positive reviews came from, save your nerve and money and choose another place!

This. resort is 99% made up of Russian guests who tend to be rude have no idea of queuing for anything and Mainly just drink all day , but I’m afraid the resort caters for them and bows down to their every need. Hotel has got busier since being here and the cracks are starting to show, breakfast this morning no cups no glasses and no bread rolls left . Bar in the evening serve cans of beer with no real cups to serve it in, only ones they have are super old plastic, serving beer from cans is fine but you must supply a glass cans are stored in warehouses open to rats mice and all sorts of bacteria and you are letting people drink straight from them which is a health risk and you should know this !!!. The beaches are littered with cigarette butts also and no one is stopped from throwing them on beach ,needs more paths to toilets etc as sand is like larva . We found out on our second week this resort is being closed and knocked down at the end of December , which probably why it is running so under par grass not cut hedges not trimmed feral cats everywhere .Was completely disappointed and not the experience I paid for. The staff especially Kumani who is a treasure made it bearable. Who try there best under difficult conditions. If you’re not Russian don’t bother .

Arrived at the hotel just after 9pm and the first thing we were tasked with was them trying to get us to upgrade our room for 4400 AED then he reduced it by 50%, not an ideal start after a long journey. We booked the holiday through Mercury Holidays and had to contact them as there was no welcome meeting or any information regarding trips etc, it said our pick up time for return journey would be advised at the welcome meeting. The hotel itself is in a remote part of the coast, it has no shops around, nearest is 2.5km by taxi at 25AED. Hotel itself was very clean and rooms cleaned every day, mini bar was only stocked first day and not again for the duration of our 11 nights. Hotel did not advise that they ran a free shuttle to a mall 1 hr away we found out through dining staff Our real disappointment was that we were the only English couple for the first week when another couple arrived, it was full of Russians and Arabs at the weekend. The dining staff made it for us who looked after us and gave us preferential treatment
Hotel did no

At the beginning of September booked the BM Beach Resort from 17.10.2024 to 24.10.2024. Two weeks later, they accidentally learned that the hotel was under construction and the beach was closed. We immediately contacted the travel agent and operator Biblio Globe, who are hearing about this for the first time. Which you questioned the competence of both. They took the hotel purely because of the first line, because my husband has leg problems. They tried to rebook, but the tour operator issued a $400 fine. Eventually I had to go. The husband had difficulty transferring to a nearby beach, 25 km away, but the last straw was in 3 days the beach opened at the hotel, with dirty and smelly water, excavator and cement dust, without umbrellas and sunbeds in the burning sun. At the same time, the transfer to a nearby beach was cancelled. You won't be hungry for a medium meal. Alcohol normal (beer can) cocktails can not make. The staff is friendly. There's a free bar when you check in. Toothbrushes, paste and razor supplies are provided. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in dispensers. Cleaning every day. The pools are nice, deep, and there are children's pools. Internet throughout the hotel is good. The animation is normal. If it hadn't been for the hotel renovations, the valuation would have been higher.
