Hotel is beach front with good and neat pool...we have taken all inclusive package from this hotel it was unlimited food and alcohol beverages. Special thanks to Madu in hotel restaurants she is very professional in her service highly recommend.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They helped us through out the whole stay. Chef Arnav was awesome, he have a great knowledge of gluten free food and cares about the hygiene. He was knowledgeable about cross contamination so he prepared the gluten free food for us from scratch and made our breakfast to Dinner so amazing. He even made sure that he cook it separately with new clean utensils. The whole staff cared about hygiene and maintained clean environment. Maya was so good with the customer service and quite patient. Esther was good with her service too. Overall we loved it.

This hotel has recently been renovated and is excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and the food is very nice for what you pay for. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Service at both bars was quick. Hotel/facilities are not fancy but is definitely an excellent budget holiday. Beach location is lovely and there are lots of sun loungers. They put allergen information on the food labels at the dessert section! Salad bar has lots of variety and it is all very fresh. The recently renovated rooms have a homely feel with really nice tiling on the floor. Wine was quite nice considering it is an all inclusive.
Bad: Food at lunch time is often better then the evenings. There is a much better selection of mains. Went during Covid so there was not much in means of music/entertainment in the evenings. Lifts are INCREDIBLY slow. Some things in the rooms are still in need of renovation e.g old doors/sink. Spirits taste like what you would expect for the price.

It was our first visit to this calling themselves a 4 stars hotel but upon our arrival the shocking part was it's below 3 stars rating. Charging 820 AED for such a hotel is not acceptable we left as soon as we checked in.
No Vallet Parking Rooms are beyond horrible The toilet itself was a nightmare Cleaniness beyond zero Location itself was a mess The Front Desk Staffs when we asked for help & if we can be at least partially refunded they refused to even help.
The only friendly & helpful staff there was called Monawar such a helpful & kind person.

We stayed all inclusive for one night for my birthday and we’re very happy with our stay. The staff were wonderful, helpful polite and friendly. The alcohol on an all inclusive was limited and not premium but with the price we paid this was as expected. Pool was chilly (not heated) but sea was glorious. Rooms were a little dated but large beds, clean facilities. One of our group had been given a smoking room and asked to swap to non smoking which was accommodated easily. We missed lunch on our first day but we’re offered it on the day of check out instead. Food was good, lovely breakfast good selection.

Many of the older reviews stated that this Hotel is one of the worst... room smells of cigarrete, the aircon is hard to use, dirty carpet and walls, 2am noisy bar music which keeps them awake and the false alarms in the room with their smoke detector. But as for our visit, most of these harsh and negative reviews have been taken in by the hotel and used it for improvement! There now many signs of no smoking to avoid the foul smell lingering, the alarm inside seems removed and replaced, the walls seems newly painted, and I did an all nighter to do my programming and I waited if I will hear those music noise at 2am.. I do hear a little to none music and it isn't enough to keep us awake. The staffs are quite shy but friendly and helpful! The food is great, and the place are very clean and completely sanitized. The gym is great with free water dispenser, the swimming pool can be as deep as 3m which was very exciting, and the beach is very clean and beautiful! I would have rated this as Excellent but we did encounter some room problems... our key card suddenly stopped working, the lock on the toilet got broken, the tv is not consistent meaning you could get an older or newer version which is different per room, some room offer a full body mirror, the bath tub is present but the water block thing is no where to be found, the exhaust fan in the toilet seems to not work, and some electric socket is broken. When we left we forgot one bag, but then the hotel staff called us ASAP and we were able to take it back! Overall I would definitely recommend anyone to try this hotel and I would come back with my family to enjoy the hotel again!

Food was good and so was the quantity. It was delivered to our rooms due to Covid 19 regulations. Once the food was not according to our order and the manager was very apologetic and provided us with another complimentary dish. The room size was Ok, but none of the rooms have balcony. This is one of the things we missed a lot. Initially we were offered an old carpeted room. When I complained as that was not matching to the pictures I viewed before booking, they changed my room to a renovated one. The beach and the pool closes by 6pm so there is no other access to the lawn overviewing the beach. So from 6 in the evening, when we prefer to be outside, we had to stay in our room.

It seems the management changed and they brought new staff who are not well trained. What really upsets me is that i booked for all inclusive where they mentioned that we can have drinks unlimited but when we arrived they said no alcohol on the day of check out though the check out is at 12 and we always get alcohol till check out and we wanted to enjoy the pool with some drinks. They said we changed our policy. I told them you should inform your customers before, not to say in the offer unlimited drinks and then you surprise us after we arrive. They lied and They didnt say sorry they didnt compensate us for late check out or offering us drinks to please us , nothing. The food was also below average and the staff dont know what to do , we have to ask for the spoon and the tissue and the salt etc... Also we have in the offer 10 min kayaking AND 10 min stand up paddling but when we arrived they said this OR this not both. I am disappointed I dont recommend it and I will not go back there again because i didnt feel the hospitality that we usually have in the hotels and I dont like when I am deceived .

We booked for 2 nights we end up staying only one, I’m not gonna say it’s the worse place I been but I’m Going to start by mentioning that the “sea view “rooms are not really sea view , you get to see a bit of the beach but there is a lot of houses and construction behind it. The water in the pool it’s really hot, will be nice if they had temperature control, the bar in the hotel it’s okay, kinda weird for us since there was no music at all but it’s ok to go for a drink and some food . Let me add up about behind the hotel which were our window was facing,there is an alcohol shop lots of cars going at night noisy like traffic till 12:00am but what really ruined our stay was a horrible noise that woke us up at 3:00am , some kind of machine that was filing up water for the Hotel ,like We were surprised that the hotel management doesn’t know how noisy that is and maybe they don’t realize guests actually sleep, really disappointing ,We call reception they told us they will send maintenance to check out the noise , when the guy came he said “it’s the water pump,will be off in 15 minutes” , which it did but still, horrible experience. We decided to go to another hotel because of all this . I wont lie ,the hotel employees and service is nice ,the room service its cheap and good too ,we order a ceasar salad and carbonara that didn’t disappoint,another plus to this hotel is that they gave us free tickets to do the Jebel Jais zipline that was included with our stay!. They wanted a review so here it is,Hope they can improve,Thank you.

I was there for 7 days and I liked the place very much. The hotel isn't a brand new one but cosy and tidy. I had all inclusive, meals were great especially meat the right thing a man requires. Beer, cocktails were nice. I just have to write some words about the staff, quite positive and friendly people, all of them, who clean rooms, staff who work in canteens and bars and especially the animation team. These guys really made my staying there incredible. Games, yoga, archery shooting, volleyball, and even chess and backgammon. Evening shows almost every night. Now, you not gonna feel blue here, the place and people are really nice.
