overall the hotel is good. the following changes are necessary. breakfast is monotonous and everyone has the same choice. the hotel was full and therefore the beach is too busy and there is not enough space. there are only 2 toilets on the beach, which is very small for the number of people. the hotel does not offer a shuttle bus to dubai. the reception staff is not welcoming. we would praise the cleaning lady Phoo who cleaned our room every day with euphoria and a big smile on her face and greeted us regularly. also the guys from the H2O pool bar were friendly. we especially highlighted the worker Lakshan, who pleased us every day with superbly brewed coffee according to our wishes. the smell in the hotel was penetrating and unpleasant. we have had this 10 times in dubai and we are used to pleasant scents that give off their pleasantness.…

I am a returning customer to Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah, UAE, and I would like to extend my appreciation of the hotel amenities as well as staff and customer service. Booked through travel agent, and check in was the smoothest, front desk managers are very helpful, special thanks to Araby and all other front desk members as well. Fast, professional, friendly, efficient - no complaints. Room was fresh, cozy, very well planned, ergonomic. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Very convenient digital lighting and room management. Housekeeping is very good, very attentive, I would rate cleanliness at 10 - haven't seen any failure. Breakfast is marvelous - not only because it is vast and tasty but because of staff first of all. Nothing is lacking at no time, staff is very friendly and effective, bringing plates, glasses, bowls, utensils, etc. Especially attentive when being requested fresh juices and coffee. I would like to especially mention Rochelle and Roshang as the ones I dealt with and they were outstanding. Towels are very efficiently provided, no deficit, very quick service, max waiting time is 15 sec. Especially to mention Hassan (I believe I got his name right) and Dapendra. At the beach sometimes sunbeds were taken but once asking for assistance I was never refused. Moreover, guys were finding sunbeds and tables and umbrellas and putting them in the places I asked for - leadership held by Abu Runnell and Suman who I was dealing with mostly. Very friendly, very professional and attentive. TO wrap up I would say this Hampton is among the Hilton chain leaders complying to the best standards in the industry and to my best experience of Hamptons in USA, Europe, Russia. I fell in love with our super new and clean sea-view room (pictures attached). Hampton by Hilton has nice amenities, including a sauna and a SPA. Both the beach and the pool were enjoyable at different times of the day despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked. There was live entertainment by the pool 6.30 pm- 12.00 am. Not exactly my cup of tea as I prefer more quiet and relaxing types of entertainment (e.g.: shows, quizzes, theatre). Disco and latin-american music was played at a very loud volume and non-stop- we could hear it loud and clear from the 9th floor! There were otherwise no sleep interruptions or background noise at night. We slept well throughout. We had lunch at Claw BBQ and ate a nice burger. We also experienced the breakfast buffet with a good variety of continental options. The staff was highly hospitable, helpful, and ready to make our stay most comfortable. As a pregnant lady I felt truly cared for, especially by Samhaka at the reception desk. Thank you, we will come back soon.…

It is a wonderful stay here. Big thanks to Mayuri who came to me while lunch to ask how my experience here is. She is a very hard working waitress at the “Flavours” restaurant. Excellent experience, Lakshan was so attentive to our needs in pool bar. First day we arrived I was in pain with arthritis he gave me ice in ice bucket to help. Lakmal bar manager sorted out a free upgrade for the room. Couldn't of asked for a better service. 10 out of 10. Thank you.x

I highly recommend a shisha at the pool bar. Hosny was very friendly guy and helpfully prepared us a sweet and sour tobacco mixture which was delicious, so we really enjoyed it. Hosny, you are the best!

We had booked a winter break and decided upon Dubai. Away from the city we found the Hampton Marjan Island. It was beach side and offered all inclusive. It is a family hotel and there were plenty of other nationalities staying at the same time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite a challenge from some of our European cousins. The facilities were excellent and we utilised the Spa Massage during our stay. The rooms all have a sea view and are spacious and very clean. The food was all of a high standard but the drinks were not branded so you got what you got. They have a bar grill if you fancied a good night out but this is not part of the AI package. All in all a great value relaxing winter sun break.
