Regular guest in this hotel and I always have a great stay the warm welcome and friendly service of the reception was excelent the room is nice and clean. I will always come back here and will always recommend to my friends and family.

If you’re not happy with your stay, approach anyone from the team and we will make it right for you. This motto doesn’t apply at all in Double Tree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah and Marjan. For the guest/S that are planning to stay in this property, be cautious enough as some of the property staffs are bunkers and crooks (they are also doubtful and not experienced enough with what they’re doing and designation.) Be sure not to encounter any issues as they are not capable in rectifying any situations; they’re not approachable, flexible and reliable with their words and not professional enough, in addition without any word of wisdom as well - this applies with any issues as a guest/S may encounter; especially when it comes to money matters. Hospitality should not be based all the time in revenue and how to get money from your guest/s especially without clear justification to the point that the property will charge the guest/S without proper investigation and communication and documentation. Hospitality should be like putting your shoes even just for sometime/s in your guest/s shoes and not to fool them with hidden charges. Sometimes the property staff needs to have the capability and ability of listening and understanding your guest/s before making any decisions; especially if you’re the person who’s empowered to make the decision. We’re on business trip just for a very short period of time and for the first time we have tried the property and the experience was way too far from what we have expected in the very beginning, we are so frustrated and not happy at all and will definitely our last stay and not recommendable as well based on what we have experienced. We understand that everyone may face different situations however, in any occasions the property can show the genuine hospitality. Giving alternative/s is one way of being hospitable instead of answering NO directly. Hospitality training is very important and should be applied to the following (Mercy - RESERVATION DEPT, Anthony and Prashanth - RECEPTIONIST, Bilal - NIGHT AUDITOR, Ruth - GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER) as it will definitely assist in delivering quality service with all your guest/S at the present and future guest/s. Hilton is known for its standard and the above experienced in someway jeopardised the brand reputation.
