Just like all properties, this place is stunning. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Pool is amazing. Nar and Lorna did a fantastic job with our room. One staff in the resturent forget to name was excellent. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly be back. Shoutout to the team at the pool. All staff were outstanding.

I stayed in the Acacia during a business trip earlier this month. The first thing that strikes you is that the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere in the industrial area, so if you are on a business trip to this part of RAK it will suit you fine. Otherwise, there is little to do within a reasonable distance from the hotel.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and friendly. My room was on the smaller side and rather cramped. Some negatives were (a) internet was on cable so you cannot sit on your bed and work but have to do so on the desk while sitting in a rather uncomfortable chair, and (b) the room had no stationery of any kind, so if you have to make a quick note, you should keep your own pen and paper handy.
Dining was good, with a different theme night 6 days a week. I must make a special mention of Sushila, one of the staff members in the dining hall. She had a genuinely sunny disposition and her smile literally lit up the room!

The hotel is good overall. The staff is always ready at service. Pleasant staff, trying to serve the guests beyond the routine. Swimming pool is amazing. A kids swimming pool with lesser depth will add up to the stay. Sauna, steam rooms are OK. Jacuzzi is better.

I had booked a room here at Acacia before covid hit. When I was told they were shutting down the country I asked for my money back. They never gave it back. They decided to steal my money. Every time I would phone them they would tell me they'll send the money back. That never happened. Avoid these scam artists.

Value for money & excellent swimming pool with beach access. Buffet breakfast variety could have been more.. but its okay. Rooms are clean, good response by house keeping team. Excellent support during emergency situation during our 3 nights stay. For past 6 years am visiting this hotel, I will continue to visit again in future. Best wishes to the staffs & hotel management.

Stayed on the 7th of July 2015 until 16th July 2015

Despite paying for everything in full cash and leaving the Hotel having paid all bills.
I was horrified that this hotel did a Unauthorised visa debit transcation 3 weeks later
on the 7th of Septemeber for £356.
Tried emailing the hotel ...but they did not reply
I sent a local realtive to investigate ...
Hotel denies taking payment despite evidence of a bank statement with LLOYDS BANK.
Have contacted a FRAUD dept in UAE as well as the police.
Please DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD in the Restaurant these are fraudsters.

I had to sleep for a night at the Acacia hotel and I haven't had a very pleasant stay to say the least.
Bad arrangements and lack of communication between the teams.
There's nothing wrong with the building, rooms or facilities.
Better staff training and coordination would do a lot of magic.

When we arrived the reception guy welcomed us with 'congratulations you've got a free upgrade' and we thought great then he showed us the room and we knew then that he was trying to fob off a poor excuse of a room. The bed wasn't even made and the room (apartment apparently with its own little kitchenette) was smokey (we requested non-smoking). We finally got the room we booked which was nice but the bed was rock solid and so uncomfortable! Breakfast the next day was a nightmare, no control over how many people could fit in the area so it was overcrowded and staff could not keep up with clearing the tables. We just left in the end, couldn't wait to get to our next hotel which was a welcome relief. Stay down the road next to the beach at one of the Al Hamra places you'll be better for it!

Such a good and value for money hotel with exceptional service from Kenneth, Adrian and Myra.
The location is just perfect and the rooms are cozy.
Pool is like an oasis in the middle of the desert.

I stay in this amazing hotel 3 times and sure it will not be the last
Every stay I am more impress with the service specially the reception
Starting with the high level of welcoming the efficiency of check in and the time it takes me less the 3mn to be in my room the room are comfy you don’t feel that you are in a hotel the price are good the location fantastic
They have the most delicious buffet and not expensive, nice bar and club and if you are there don’t miss the hublly babbly the real oriental test
For any traveler we are looking for tree valuable thing price quality and service

They have very good buffet restaurants, and I think they would give pool access if you booked table there.
