Bad service I give zero for every thing The server’s treatment is not good,. They treated us inappropriately, delayed when arriving, and the villas were not clean, dirty bed and stained bed sheets , under the bed so dirty and previous guest belongings under the bed?????? what horrible cleaning? in this covid time how we can stay this type of dirty fitly place ? badly bad, and the treatment when they came out..

Excellent Hospitality and the facilities were very good, clean villa and pool temperature was also perfect. All staff were professional and they know their guest needs. Childproof the pool is small but my kids loved it. The best part you get the breakfast in the morning ready. We really enjoyed here.

This hotel has huge villas with option of garden perfect for barbeque and also beach. We booked a 3 bedroom villa for a small celebration but the rooms are huge, it has private pool and staff are amazing. Thanks to Soufianne, Roy and Ladylyn who made our stay one heck of a getaway. Also the hotel manager Abdellatif did a good job making sure all guest are acknowledge even when they are fully booked. Would definitely come back soon.

Me & my family of 8 stayed at the best villas which had a private pool with 6 big rooms and a huge kitchen and two huge living rooms and it was a huge place. Great place with a sea view. The staff was very nice as they had escorted us to the villa and gave us the best experience. It also comes with a garage that fits around 3 cars . This was one of the best staycation we had in a while. I would highly recommend people to go and stay with family and honestly you all will have a great time and it’s going to be worth every penny spent. I am an influencer and coming across such places I feel so amazed. Thank you for such a great stay ! Hoping to have a stay once more.

The beds are comfy, staff very friendly, swimming pool is great, the pool is cold though since no heater if you're looking for a quiet place to be with your family, I recommend you Jannah place villas, Ras Al khaimah.😀

Location is very good not too far and not too crowded. The villa is awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is so nice and helpful. Mr. Sufiyan and Mr. umesh were really nice and helpful to us. The housekeeping is good they came to our call and gave us what we wanted. Very nice place to stay with a family. My only concern is the pool area, I think they should cover the pools in such a way that no one can peep from one window to the other or into the pool as everyone likes to keep their own privacy. Jannah place is best villas to visit in ras al khaimah i went to this villas for my birthday celebration as i am in the same travel industry i got a very good deal even on a weekend that is Thursda I love the style in the villa, i booked a villa with private pool it was awesome view from room. there also private access to the beach we enjoyed a lot in the beach As it was my birthday my wife she inform the hotel and they surprise us with birthday cake complimentary at midnight 12 so sweet gesture of them.awesome property must visit for a short break Thank you for all the staff gefry hicham ayoob for the hospitality
