We requested 3 rooms together during the stay while booking and celebrating one of our friends birthday Day , the lady in the reception was very impatient and non of our requests were followed...

We availed of the All inclusive package from Cove Rotana for an overnight stay (Aug. 12 to 13)... I have booked for two rooms, however I did not inform them when I was booking that I would like the two room be connected or at least near each other... He was able to arrange the rooms which are beside each other and I thank him for his efforts... We just had to wait for 30 mins for the second room to be available... The key cards for the second room were also sent to the first room that was assigned to us... The rooms are in the best condition, however I must highlight that the shower head in room 9823 needs attention and the phone in 9823 as well...

...Apart from the resort being astonishing, the room quality was much below expectations. It had a decent living room with a very small and very old fashioned Television (not a smart one) with cables hanging below it... My bedroom air conditioning vent was directly above my head and it dropped water all night long from every inch of the vent...

Our second room washroom was leaking and water came out till the bed and wen we called the house keeping they took almost an hour to come and clean the place... This time the stay was not pleasant, not worth the money we paid...

I was overcharged for upgrading from bnb to half board...took 2 staff and a manager to resolve my query after 3 days constantly going to reception... I paid extra for the lagoon view and when told your employee at reception, I was told its nature and I should appreciate it... Then we are charged for my 10 year old as an adult, when another employee said he should be a child... I bought items and went to return goggles that my children didnt need... So i went back to the shop where i purchased the volleyball 2 minutes ago, only to be lied to by the staff saying there's a no refund policy... I had to send my husband to argue and get a refund from them for a ball... I tried booking an incursion with him and the payment link didn't work... He said no booking until payment and I was asked to pay at 10am in the morning before the trip at 3pm... The rep was messaging me at 11pm at night trying to force me to go on the excursion...

...I was just wondering then why I have a deposit on my account and do I have to take my money to the beach to eat and drink so what I did is I stopped ordering anything at all This is the first hotel I have seen doing the above At least title your room according to location and don’t throw your customers at the back of the property...

Room cleaning is on a very good level. Our cleanrs Narender was very attentive and punctual... Plus the hotel is eco-friendly, they save water and try to minimize ocean pollution...

Were from Dubai and were staying from June 20-24, 2023 and everything is perfect here. It’s absolutely a paradise and room cleaning team are very attentive on cleaning the room... Its always tidy and provides all the washroom and room necessities under the supervision of Suraj and our cleaner attendant Praveen...

Poor service in Cinnamon restaurant. Non attentive staff not keeping tables clear or topping up drinks... Had to take wine glass to the counter to have it topped up one one occasion and at other times would get the staffs attention to ask for more just to be ignored...

...There is a lot of staff available and they offer the best service... It's a large area you can walk by our own (nice garden and plants) or service for pick up with golf cars is possible... I would like to mention the special services of Mohamed (Reception Manager)... It was a fault made by travel office but with the professional help of him it was solved quickly... Karim at the Cinnamon restaurant is very experienced and customer orientated... The room service was very good and Prakash, Ibrahim and Bhanu were always available to help ...

...yet I remain calm cause I dont want the day to be ruin, just to inform you that even we booked for a promotional rate it does not mean that we are not paying there are so many properties in RAK which offers a lower rate but then we choose to stay in your property expecting a proper service, 3rd the check in was so cold and robotic we are looking at her while she is so quite clicking her computer and we are looking at her so lost and thinking what is happening, since she is not talking I ask her while she keep clicking her computer the timing for kids club and her answer is yes I’ll explain to you later 👏seriously this staff really needs a training I really do feel she is not happy with what she is doing, she finish giving us the keys and being robotic she mention about the facility without answering my previous question, A kiosk will be much more better than the check in we had. I really suppose to mark this survey as 1 but then Hossam from buggy service was really helpful and patient to explain and assist us, Hossam really made us feel welcome after this check in management should always looked into this staff also I would like highlight Julie from all day dinning (dinner)he was kind and always looking into our needs, he even bought juice for my nephew from the kids area having this extra mile helps me to come back again to my vacation mode... During breakfast I’m not so happy as I notice that once the other table seat directly they offer coffee and tea yet for us we are already half of the meal before they offer, It’s suppose to be a lovely vacation you have a great facility yet the impact of the service is really disappointing also most of the staff in all day dinning is waiting to be approach I believe the staff should look into what our need during the stay...

...They have electric cars to take you arround but rarely available, when arrived in the middle of the night after a long journey we have to wait for 10 minutes to be escorted to the room and on departure it took 30 minutes and 2 phone calls to reception to get the luggage taken. Reception staff lack of training, friendliness and cooperation on both arrival & departure the experience was not great...

Visited the Cove for my 50th birthday with my mum as a treat from my parents. Check in was excellent and thanks To Faiza for ensuring the quick availability of our room and my birthday treats, I felt so special!... All of the staff are so lovely, friendly and pleasant but a special mention to Min from the beach bar and Frances from Breeze Bar... Cove Unlimited package is well worth having as all inclusive in all bars and restaurants but a few extras over and above the all inclusive package...

We enjoyed our stay so much but more specifically, our waiter Jerrico at the breeze bar was exceptional, very polite and super friendly. He was very attentive to the details and he responded to our requests very quickly...

We stayed here using the Cobone all inclusive deal - got the garden hotel rooms which was recently renovated and was very nice... There were also snacks/drinks available at their bars located around the resorts - our favourite was the bar at the beach which was full during sunset...

...Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and each room is fully equipped with tea/coffee sets, bathroom and tv. The common area has a kitchen also to store food but the stove is deactivated... Staff are very friendly and the service is of the highest standards especially Nanu... Will keep coming back to this resort and have been recommending it to friends...

...Despite the resort being huge, getting sunbeds at any family pools or the beach after 10am was difficult if not impossible... Most people seem to reserve beds but not use them for more than 1 hour per day!... Despite being all inclusive we discovered we were only able to eat in the buffet and a couple of snack places, everywhere else was chargeable...

Visited the Cove for my 50th birthday with my mum as a treat from my parents. Check in was excellent and thanks To Faiza for ensuring the quick availability of our room and my birthday treats, I felt so special!... All of the staff are so lovely, friendly and pleasant but a special mention to Min from the beach bar and Frances from Breeze Bar... Cove Unlimited package is well worth having as all inclusive in all bars and restaurants but a few extras over and above the all inclusive package...

We enjoyed our stay so much but more specifically, our waiter Jerrico at the breeze bar was exceptional, very polite and super friendly. He was very attentive to the details and he responded to our requests very quickly... I really recommend coming to Breeze bar and meet him!...

Love the villas , all around greenery , very friendly staffs , I got an upgrade from Garden View to the villa which is unexpected from staff , we are really appreciated. All restaurants including Cinnamon, Bacilico and Pool bars just amazing organised, clean in the evening you can enjoy the live music &chill ...
