I have stayed here several times and I have never been disappointed. Hotel is clean, light and airy. Rooms are great spacious, always feels clean. Staff are amazing, pool is great, staff at the pool are also fantastic. Food is great also. I always enjoy my stay here and would certainly go back again. Love this hotel and the staff. Keep up the great work.

I came to Ras Al Khaimah to work and was lucky enough to be able to stay in the Hilton Garden Inn. The room overlooked the Persian Gulf, it was spacious and comfortable, management put in a brand new fridge for me, a toaster and a microwave and it felt like home. The buffet breakfast has everything you need. The Garden bar is such a nice place to have a drink and a snack and around the corner, literally 50 metres away and walking distance, is a shopping mall where you can buy all the groceries you need at a very cheap price. The hotel is centrally located so everything is nearby. It also has a little store at reception where you can buy any midnight treats you like and downstairs on ground level it has washing machines where you can do your own laundry. Its the perfect place to stay in Ras Al Khaimah.

I had the pleasure to spend a week in Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah (January 2020)
From the very first moment I when I was warmly welcomed by the Reception, each day brought more positive experiences, making my stay a memorable.
Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is located in the Al Nakheel area by the creek, just few steps from the RAK Exhibition Center.
A walking distance to two major shopping Malls, the hotel is also a stone's throw away from the many local restaurants, shops and souks.
Hotel guests can utilize the beach and pool facilities at the sister hotel, Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa. Complimentary transfer to Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa is available.
The Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah is located 25 minutes drive from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport while Dubai International Airport is 70 minutes away.

The list of positives, related stay in this Hotel is truly long, however, I would like to draw the most special attention to a very nice and professional service and atmosphere created by the caring staff ready to assist you any time. The entire team members provided with excellent customer service!
I would like to especially thank to Chef Julian for her kindness and care!
It was a real pleasure wake up in the morning, meet the welcoming and friendly restaurant team, have a delicious breakfast and relax on beautiful pool area with a nice chillout music, under control of professional lifeguards Jenil and Robert. So I’m here on business... 6 nights. 1st day/night I thought the aircon was noisy so switched it off. No still a constant banging sound. Almost like I was near an industrial tumble dryer full of trainers banging in the distance coming through the vents... same the next night so I was having to put in music to get to sleep. 3rd night I rang reception after it woke me again. Reception guy kept insisting he would send maintenance to my room which I didnt want. 5 mins later the noise stopped. In the afternoon I was woken by what sounded like someone hoovering Above me on a wooden floor, scraping for about 10 minutes. My question is what was the noise as I’ve read other reviews and it’s not the first time it’s been reported. Also, which seems to be a thing in the UAE, the aircon on the wall lights up like a beacon at night, even when switched off. The gym cable machine has a bar and rope pull missing. At least it has free weights and cardio machines. 15/20 min wait for evening meal and had to ask 3 tines Iver 15 min wait for a pot of tea. I asked for a baileys coffee in the well equipped bar which they served in a small ceramic mug, rather than a glass mug! Reception/security staff are always pleasant. Housekeeping was good and rooms clean, shower nice, complimentary tea/coffee/water as standard. Hotel looks over water and pool settings catch the sun. Music is payed through hotel. I thought that might be to disguise the constant banging. I should imagine at the price is you get what your business pays for. Thankfully though when I rang at least the noise stopped.

As we are now living in the new normal due to the pandemic, Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al khaimah had exceeded my expectation in ensuring that the well being of their guests are their utmost priority. You can find disinfecting wipes and sanitizer in each corner of the hotel, face masks are also available in the reception and housekeeping on request. The property itself is well maintained and meticulously spotless clean! All staffs are adhering on safety measures and maintaining their distance. Not only that! All the service that you would require would be timely and authentic, from the reception, to housekeeping and until the restaurant. At the breakfast Chef Shiva is very thoughtful in attending to our request. Christine is always cheerful and available to help! The lady at the reception with glasses is very warm and polite. Other than that, the location is very accessible to any place you would want to go. This is a go to hotel especially if you are planning to stay for long.

We had booked this place for one night. The rooms are clean but house keeping is very laid back.. When a room is booked for three adults, atleast two bath towels are expected, there was only one . There was no bath mat even in the bathroom . We requested the house keeping to send us two towels as soon as we entered the room but they didn't send . Again late in the night we asked them to send towels but they didn't send.. Second day upon complaining to the front desk manager & social media manager someone came at the time of our check out to know what was the issue .. So basically two people couldn't take shower till check out ..

Due to covid the breakfast was buffet but served by the staff .. the lady server was not even wearing gloves while placing the bread in the toaster . Everything was served bare handed.. the breakfast options were also very limited , the idli was so hard that we couldn't eat.. for green tea I asked the server three times for hot water as they were serving hot water for tea at the table. After waiting for almost 20 -25 mins we got hot water ..

This is not the quality of service and support expected from such a brand . This was the worse experience we had with Hilton .

We visited RAK for the 1st time even after staying in the UAE for 12 years and Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint! From check in to room service to the breakfast and dinner buffet, excellent and friendly service from the staff!! I think this is a true testament of hospitality when you can give the best service during this challenging time. Breakfast amd dinner buffet are well organized and staff are quick to move, without compromising quality. They attended to each and every guests requests politely and very professionaly even the demanding ones! Maristel and Wai were soooooo professional and remained so kind even if theybwere super busy attending to people.

Will definitely come back in RAK and there is no other hotel I will chose to come back to!!

Good job to all in Hilton Garden Inn.

We checked in late around 8:30pm and left in the morning after BF did not stay long.

Artival experience;
no valvet aervice and the enterance is partially blocked with no parking signs and other prked cars partially blocked the way. We dis not get help for luggage (might be due to late arrival)

Checkin experience;
I requested if possible upgrade bigger room as we are with kids. They offered free "upgrade". The rate was wrong and I showed the hilton confirmation with price and corrected. I booked directly via hilton web site. Advance payment at checkin.

Room;
as booked it has 2 twin bed. or not upgraded. I called to check what is the upgrade and learned the view.

Room is clean and bed is a bit hard, that a liked a lot. We asked a kid bed for 4 years as she might drop and it did not arrive for 40 minutes and we did not call again as she slept meanwhile.

Had only 1 set of towels (1 person)

BF;
spacious venue and offer all BF items egg, cold cut, fresh fruits etc. also drinks are all served timely. It is not luxury but good and clean enough for 4 star standard.

Departure;
Just paid extras quick. Hilton points posted within 24h

Location;
easy to find with navigation and also follow the signs. pleanty of free parking is also available.

Pool;
We did not use but saw from BF/Room a bit crowded for under the week and one main pool only.

Others;
I see very first the in the UAE/KSA in a hote mold in the bathroom. Because of climate and on going air condition not friendly for mold. I add the pictures, very interesting to see at hilton chain and wel maintained hotel a remarkable mold.

The rooms and excellent with a very nice view over the water, very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful.

The food has so much choice and all tastes wonderful, I particularly liked the make your own waffle machine in the morning.

As we would be out during the day we had packed lunches and there was so much unnecessary waste from using lots of cardboard, plastic and foil which was not needed.

They do go the extra mile cleaning the room and making swans out of towels was a nice touch.

The trip was excellent. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

They ensured all the necessary measures that were required for the safe keeping of the visitors.

The rooms were clean and sanitized, and were clearly maintained really well.

The food service was great, the staff was serving all the customers to ensure nobody else was touching the utensils directly.

Thank you Hilton Garden for a wonderful experience, I would definitely revisit the location for my next trip to RAK!

Not sure as we booked bed and breakfast, I can confirm the breakfast is really good. A very large variety from English to continental breakfast as well as some meals ( I did see rice on one day) The rest of the day we were out and about but if we happened to stay in. We just ordered Fish and chips at the bar/ by the pool

Being a sister hotel. They always provide shuttle with free entrance as the Hilton Garden inn RAK is far from beach. I believe this continues but you could send email to their reservations team to be sure

"Valet service is available. Hotel is beside Al Naeem mall but would suggest going to Manar Mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel."
